I have emailed customer service 2 times for an exchange to be made on gloves since they sent me wrong size and have heard nothing. Poor customer service
- written by Lori Almond on Oct 19, 2020 at 12:57: Seller sent me wrong size, returned, and still no refund week and a half later. Instead of exchanging it, they require you to get refund and reorder. They are also WAY over priced around 30-40% compared to other sellers for same product.
