They are awful. Don't be scammed by them on Amazon. Do your due diligence. Just because they have 4.8 stars on Amazon doesn't mean they're a good company. ANYONE can buy reviews these days. ANY ONE.

Company did not honor sale price on item from Amazon. I will be sure to never buy from this company again.

this company did not honor the price of their product on Amazon. Once I ordered, they indicated there was a pricing error due to “spam” which makes no sense. I refused to cancel so they sent me a fake FedEx tracking indicating it was delivered. When I called them out on it, they basically used it as a means of a refund. I contacted Amazon customer service. They sent a email to them to inform them i want the items i order. They then sent fact FedEx order numbers. Horrible company do not use them

I got a notice of a good buy on a product I buy at Amazon so I ordered 3 of the product and it was going to take about 10 days to receive however instead I got a notice of a refund of the order. It said order was on a dock. I got the refund but never got the product or an explanation as to why I didn't get the product. From other posts I get this is very common with this company. Very frustrating!!!!!

Ordered Keurig cups from them. Said delivered at 4:56 pm checked door at 5:01 pm no package. Immediately called Amazon and said never received. Contacted FedEx and they said track number for different product and not my name or address seller told Amazon refunding money but never received money back as of yet very poor customer service, very poor business practices. Do not order from this company ever

Similar to most of these reviews, this company did not honor the price of their product on Amazon. Once I ordered, they indicated there was a pricing error due to “spam” which makes no sense. I then ordered at the same price since I did t receive the product and they AGAIN provided a fake FedEx tracking number that said it was delivered. VERY disappointed that Amazon would allow such third party sellers with so many complaints on their site. I have no recourse but to post this review. And that isn’t good enough.

They shouldn’t even be rated they should be shut down and investigated for fraud! Collecting all this money and sending fake tracking numbers. No one should accept them as a business. Do not allow them to continue!

This company had gift basket with snack items at a great price on amazon. I ordered 2 for my out of state adult kids. I was extremely disappointed because it was to take 10 day for deliver and the tracking stated it arrived to my city but then I got a refund notice. I found it products showed delivered on tracking but only to my city not my address. I emailed the company with a response of ...you were given a full refund sorry for the inconvenience. The company did not explain any issue so sounds like this company is doing fake tracking and delivery information to do fraudulent business. This is very disappointing and waste of time. If I could give a negative star I would.

Ordered from this company through Amazon. Two days later they stated there were “pricing errors” and spam orders so they needed to cancel my order and reorder. DO NOT ORDER FEOM HERE!!!!

watch out... these people are taking orders and never shipping items. and when they do its fake shipping or tracking numbers. massive fraud going on. taking money and customers are never getting their items.

I found Blue Buffalo wet dog food on Amazon being shipped by this seller at a discounted price of 9.99. I placed an order for 5 cases. I imagine the price was incorrect but instead of contacting me they flagged my order delivered and refunded my money. I would like to know how they got FedEx tracking to show delivered. I will never again buy from this shady company.

This is not about the product, only about the company, ZHH Ventures. My order was placed on 10/31/21 for 5 packages of Mr. Clean 10 pk extra cleaning sponges. The order went through fine. The next day I received notice they were shipped, but with no shipping info. I emailed the company for the shipping info. Meanwhile on Amazon it still showed delivery in 3 days. I received an email from ZHH Ventures completely disregarding my request for shipping and said my order had been refunded. Meanwhile, the items showed they were shipped 2 days before they're response. I finally see a tracking number on amazon, then by the third day it said they were received. Not by me! Apparently this order never went out. MISLEADING. They were never out of stock either. I checked the next few days, and they were in stock. I have a paper trail of everything. They did not want to honor the price in my order and never sent it out, poor response, poor communication, poor customer service. Poor integrity!
