Ordered a calming bed 45 " order number 6142091-842642 on 12/8/2020 , was charged and item was shipped . in the middle of shipment stated it was cxl'd by sender on 12/9/2020. Have been trying to reach through EMAIL and WalMart . Got one response back stating they changed shipping method and gave me another Fed Ex tracking number which comes up invalid when I put through to Fed EX....I also have left msgs for someone to call me back.....Very upset with this customer service and want my refund !!!

We purchased a 10 x 30 Outdoor Canopy wedding tent from Zeny, the markdown price was very good. Unfortunately, we set it up the day before our outdoor service was to take place, and it just so happened to rain that evening. When we arrived the next morning the canopy had collapsed on its self. The poles were bent or broken and the canopy cover was full of holes. Perhaps if the product were made of better material we would have been able to use it at least once. I do not recommend this product (made in China) for purchase. Sharon

I recently purchased a Zeny vibration platform and it sounds like it’s falling apart. It makes so much noise. No other vibration machine makes this kind of noise. I wish I had read Zeny reviews before I purchased it. Walmart should stop selling these products online. Never again. I’m going to tell everyone I know to never buy anything with the Zeny name on it.

I ordered the Shiatsu foot massager. Have been dealing with them back and forth for a month now about returning the item. They do not answer the phone so I leave a message and when they call back, it is always another question and then they will send an email to their overseas office and let me know the next day. Have not heard from them in over a week, which I have called and left messages. The product is not that good, it works but it hurts your feet and legs because it is not padded. The customer service is horrible!! Zero stars

I ordered from Zeny and the hardware for my wine rack never came. I was promised three times that the hardware was being processed and still nothing. zero stars. No customer service.

I never received the product I ordered. They were unwilling to ship a new product out after going back and forth with them showing that fed ex never received the package to ship for almost 2 weeks. Had to fight to get a refund and when it came it did not include the shipping fee. Had to fight to get that back as well. No customer service at all from this seller.

2021 worst customer service of any co. to date. no wonder BBB gives no raiting to this co. embarrasment for walmart ,, amozon or anyother co. to platform sad!! truely a buyer-beware outfit. should get 000 for rating.!!

hard for zeny to stand by cheap china goods. it seems they might know this!! money first, customer last!!

where is the customer service ? just a run-around !! they need to take lessons in customer care from walmart ,, Mcdonalds or any co. they need help !!! maybe the china owners only care about taking the money!!!

I ordered this motorcycle jack from Walmart.com .A friend of mine also got one he got his first.It doesn't fit up under the bike stable and can't get to the oil drains.Took it back to Walmart they won't take it.Sent Zeny email after email ten days before heard from them now they want pictures and a detailed way to fix it.Dont ever buy anything from Zeny.And for Walmart I'm done with Walmart totally.

Buyer beware! Bougt a coffee table from Zeny specifically because all the photos on Walmart.com show it had adjustable feet. I just got new hardwood floors installed and don't want to scratch them up. When the table arrived there were no feet. Contacted the seller to resolve the issue, but after having to explain endlessly and sending them their own pics from the Walmart site that clearly showed the item had feet, the seller implied the feet would be sent to me. They gave false tracking information, which showed the item was never even given to USPS, and nothing had been done other than the label being created. After waiting several days for the tracking info to update, I confronted the seller and they asked if I wanted a replacement table. I said yes, so long as it came with feet. So I finally get the 2nd table and guess what - no feet! I now have 2 tables with no feet. I even tried to contact the manufacturer to ask about the feet shown on their product, to see if I could get specs to order them separately. The company phone number I got from Walmart was the wrong number, it was for Dunn & Bradstreet, a financial company which has nothing to do with furniture production or selling it. If you've tried to deal with this seller, you may as well go thru the Walmart site, get a refund, and make them pay for the return shipping if they've even bothered to send anything out for you. This seller is run by con artists and shouldn't be allowed to sell on the Walmart Marketplace. I wish it was possible to give NO stars for the rating!
