I ordered one 1 set of chairs. Each box that arrived was marked “set” Total of 4 boxes Chairs are sized for children not adults Company wants to deduct 40% for returns....3 of 4 boxes were not opened Company refuses to pay return freight No one to talk with to explain or receive complete refund. They offered $25 discount if I keep 4 (small) chairs

I ordered squat racks from this company on the Walmart website a few days ago. The order says delivered today at 1pm but my order is no where to be found. It was NOT delivered to my door otherwise I would have it! I was told by a Walmart representative that this company will contact me through email I’m 24hrs. This is NOR satisfactory to me as I paid money for a item only to get disregarded as not important after my money was taken! I want a full refund immediately or litigation will be my next recourse! If I could give this review no stars I would but I had to give it a star to leave this review!

I ordered a SOFA SIDE TABLE Model # 410850 via Walmart. The package arrived smashed with missing hardware and miss-matched parts. The two item (H) did not match and the item (H) would not fit into one of item (H). Also the end cap was missing. How can I have this corrected? Please help me get the correct and missing parts.

YES, my name is Willie E Brown , I prefer to called SFC Brown, last year I ordered Two(2) YAHEE Bicycle Repair Stands for an amount of $ 49.00 + through WALMART online , order # 6271937-730224, and was to recieve them in December 2019, yet I never received them In following up I am told they were delivered on January 2, 2020.... which is not true. The stands were never received at my home and on scouring my community and contacting the local WALMART store ( #605) on 1/16/2020 at 1600hrs, they were not found to have been delivered in error to at any of the places that were contacted. I have also made contact with UPS , (tracking # 1z62f0960325958945 ) and they swear it was left at my downstairs door, where I never get deliveries. I donot have a good telephone number for you so this is the way , the only way, I can lay my claim to your firm , WALMART and UPS. The rods of my bed I ordered are missing and I cannot complete my assembly of it. On your manual , there’s not even a number I can use to contact you to send the missing parts!!!

Ordered and received the Yahee tech desk with drawers and received 2 boxes, both were 2/2. Never received box 1/2 so I'm missing half the desk to complete assembly. Contacted walmart.com and explained their shipping error. Waited another week and received the SAME 2 boxes (both 2/2). Still missing half the desk to properly assemble. This isn't rocket science...ship box 1/2 and box 2/2. It's that simple! Now I'm starting all over again.

Wondering why my item shows a shipping label created 11/26/18 but the item has not shipped nor has it been delivered by 12/4/18 as shown? Please, let me know what the problem is!
