Ordered a Telescope and was supposed to be here on 12/23. Says Delivered to a different state!! Verified Delivery address was correct. I have sent many messages and have not got one response!!

I ordered a sweater dress from them, through Walmart. After waiting a couple months and not reviewing any product or word, I contacted Walmart and they informed me that the product was lost in transit, and no replacement product, refund or any communication at all was sent to me. Atrocious customer relations, will never order their products again.

Looks like a complete fraud and apparently Walmart does not screen vendors on Marketplace. Ordered a hearing amplifier and so far it is shown on order tracking as just sitting in some fictitious "shipping partner" , awaiting for three days just 80 miles away. My bad - did not pay attention to details or check seller before order. No more Walmart Marketplace!!!!

Wish i had of seen this before, ordered a couple of t-shirts and a jacket from this company thru Walmart.I was given a false tracking number that doesn't exist . Don't buy anything from this company. Now i have to see if i can get my $65 back.

i purchased a jacket in small and received a medium. I assumed i was buying from Walmart with their return policy. This Chinese based seller XHTANG is not legitimate. When I contacted that the coat was too big this is what they said Dear friend Sorry, because the customer reported that the clothes are small, so we all send the bigger one You see if you can wear the size one, you can wear more clothes inside to get warm We are willing to refund 15% of the order as compensation, hope you can keep it

Don't buy anything from this company there are a ripoff. They said that my item has been processed for shipping but there is no tracking. It's just sitting as tracking slip made and know I see that they haven't ship the item and it's still on hold. Walmart needs to stop dealing with this company on there website. I sent an email asking for a refund. Lets see what happens.

Now on day 35 of waiting for a Fortnite backpack. My mistake for not paying attention to the fact that it was a Walmart Marketplace seller, not Walmart. Not here in time for first day of school. Contacted the seller, received an email asking "What your problem?" and then a DHL tracking number that does not work.
