I ordered a Nintendo switch Mario Kart Bundle Neon Red/Blue, what Workdwide sent us was just the Nintendo switch bundle. When I questioned them about the game they said it was in the box. Both my daughter and I checked the entire box and no Game. My email went back and forth with Workdwide and it finally came to the last email from them that they are filing a police report and fraud against my account. Nice since I’m not the one that on purpose sent the cheaper game system. Turns out a game was hidden n the flap of the packaging. I did call Walmart to file a claim and I feel they just yes me to death. They did say they apologize for Workdwide and they will get in touch with them. Yup, they did and you know the next email I got from them is “It’s in the box”. I think from now on I will pay a higher price and go to game stop or Best Buy. So Azita S from Workdwide Distributors you and Walmart lost another customer. PS I’m giving a 1 Star only because the is no negative star

They are scammers. Sending wrong packages to mark shipped. Those two kids better be careful.....

Ordered a Nintendo switch over a month ago for $499.00. To this day I have received my switch. The only thing I received was a set of Joycons. What am I supposed to do with that?! I have emailed several times with no response. My bank is working with me to get my funds back. Worldwide Distributors is a joke, they should be called Prestige Worldwide because they are a bunch of dumb goofs like the movie Step Brothers.

I ordered a brand new PlayStation 4 for $400 abou a month and a half ago and I went on it to play and the system turned off on it’s own and when I went to turn it back on it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried every system plug and different outlets and it still won’t turn on. I did not pay $400 for a defective system. I plan on fighting until I get my money back.

I bought a Nintendo Switch from these guys. The package was delayed by a day (not their fault), but other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I recently ordered an Nintendo Switch console with the neon blue and red joycon remotes that come with it. I paid $499 plus express shipping fees of $99, instead of the company servicing the community with online merchandise; during this pandemic!!! They are trying to rip people off!!! I have not received my console yet and it was supposed to be here on 4/16/20; instead this warehouse packed a red and blue joycon remotes separately and another joycon pair pack. I have my financial institution looking into this shady transaction. I have tried reaching out to them, and I found out that they are not offering phone customer service support. Instead they are asking you to send them an email that they never answer!!! If I order something from Walmart I don’t want to deal with worldwide Distributors!!! They will not get away with their employees stealing my merchandise and trying to send me something worth $400 less than what I paid for it!!!!!

Greedy Rip-off artists.....I returned an item, unopened and in it's original cellophane wrapping. The item was 4 lbs. I was charged a $77 restocking fee! Why would a restocking fee be a percentage of the item cost? It costs the same for a warehouse person to restock the item whether it's $10 or $500 so why wouldn't it be a flat fee? I know why, because the owners are greedy. No other reason.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Bought an item, and waited for 2 weeks for it to be shipped. Never received the item and shipping date passed by and i kept waiting. It was a gift for someone and the birthday had passed. Finally 4 days after delivery date seller sends me an email that item was cancelled as per customer request. Spoke to walmart and they had no clue. Bottom line is this seller world wide distributor ran out of products but because of greed was still taking orders and when ran out of it, they simply cancelled orders without informing. Don't order from them or you will go through horrible customer service.

Do not do business with this company as they are using companies that rip people off, I know firsthand I ordered a TV through this company and have not received the TV but yet they took my money for $$499.99, and now I’m trying to get my money back or get the TV and everybody from worldwide distributors keeps hanging up on me so I’ve contacted PayPal and started a grievance and I am going to get my money back and I am going to flame based you on public sites so everybody knows not to do business with you and your company,

I bought an xbox one s for a Christmas present. It was open when I got it and when it was unwrapped Christmas it had a European plug. Useless to me . Now they want the system and say they will refund my money but I don't trust them

This company is fraudulent and she be put out of bussiness. Bought a brand new x box one s 4 months later would not come on. I took it in to be serviced they told me it was unrepairable it had alot of issues. Also the serial number had been tampered with even though it still should have been under warranty you look that number up on Microsoft and it expired 30 days after I bought it and the guy that tried to repair Saud the box had been opened before and the serial number has a seal that was broken when it is tampered with. Do not buy from these people they deserve 0 stars.
