WONDERFUL PRODUCT LTD.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They offered me $5 on an $100 order so I could 'avoid time and shipping costs', and then bumped it to $10. The product does not work that I ordered, and I want a full refund. I should NOT have to pay to ship this back either. I will be speaking with a supervisor.

I ordered a 4 camera security system from this joke of a company. Hooked up one camera and it worked but as soon as I connected another one, the first camera went black. Unhooking the second one didn't fix the problem, stayed a black screen. Tried for hours to get it to work to no avail. Requested a refund for my 100$ purchase and they offered me 10$. Are you freaking kidding me?! Another email from them asking if I want 25$. Ummm...did I pay 25$ for this crappy ass security system??? And why would I wanna pay to get it fixed somewhere when it should work right to begin with!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen!! -5 stars in my opinion. I will be telling all friends and family to never buy anything from this shitty ass company!!!

Here is my reply to them and them to me: $16 down the drain I ordered on Walmart web site. Should have checked out feedback FIRST. Will toss item in trash can. This company is a fraud. Do not purchase anything from Walmart that comes from this company. I'm upset with Walmart for using them as a supplier without looking into the company first. I ordered a teeter totter and received face mask . The company told me returning items to China would cost lots and to sell the item I got . 0 rating from me

0 STARS would be more appropriate for this company. its appalling that any company would works with this company. I just recently found out that Wal-mart suspended them. I was issued a full refund for my product. I love Wal-mart loathe this company!!!

Do Not Spend your MONEY with this Company I am Outraged with Walmart.com as I thought I was Only ordering from them, I had paid over a Thousand dollars for items And four items I ordered came from these crappy people please don’t pay for warranty it means NOTHING they will and deal to only give you a PARTIAL PAYMENT of a few bucks when you have paid hundreds of dollars they say keep they product I bought a double screen computer and a kitchen table which when I received it Walmart said they can’t return it I have to send to Wonderful Products Ltd these people are a Joke DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, HELL im done ordering from Walmart period, waste my time and my money I am Pissed

Follow up to the review, Walmart did end up refunding my purchase. It did take contacting Walmart.com twice and being escalated to a supervisor. I believe the first contact, they tried getting Wonderful Products to do the right thing . The customer service workers for Walmart were polite and professional. They indicated that they might be yanking Wonderful Product LTD from being a seller on the Walmart site.

I ordered a power pack that included accessories, etc. I got a 5 volt adapter, without any of the pictured items. This company than offered me a 15 percent refund. I feel ripped off by both Walmart.com and Wonderful-product inc that sold via Walmart.com So far neither company has be honorable. They deserve negative stars.

I ordered a TV antenna from WalMart and was surprised that it took two weeks for shipping. What a disappointment when it arrived. It was a miniature antenna. 150 miles. How about one local channel. The LED on the antenna went out and then all faded to black. Forget it. Defective.

Terrible! The product I ordered was defective and they refused to refund me my money. They offered me a partial refund (not even half) to keep the product and avoid " time and costs associated with returning the item." Um.....no! I want my money back. The product was defective and I do not want a defective item and they should pay to the costs associated with returning their defective product! This is not positive for Walmart, as I will no longer buy from their Marketplace since they do not stand behind the products being sold on their website.

I would never order from them again, I was asked to send a video of the issue. you can't send a video of the chocolate fountain not heating up. they never returned my 4 voice messages & Walmart will not help with their products either. STOP selling products you do not back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG....... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY..... ordered 2 IP security cameras..... total cost 190.00 ... after back and forth emails I sent the following one yesterday .... NO, I am unable to send a video of me telling what the problem is. The problem is I am UNABLE to use these cameras in ANY capacity. I am NOT saying the cameras do not work. I have not used the cameras because I am unable to setup the cameras to be ABLE to use them. They are useless to me. I WANT TO RETURN THESE CAMERAS. I cannot state it any simpler than "I WANT TO RETURN THESE CAMERAS." They are not compatible with my system. I explained in my prior email..... as stated below: I knew all this info you got from supplier this is exactly why I don't need these cameras as I indicated that in my last message to you. There was no indication in the sales description the cameras would not work with an ip cam finder tool. I was under the assumption that they would since they are ip cams. Now I need to return these cams for refund. I can not run BlueIris and Sricam at the same time,these cams are useless to me. And even if I was to try and use these Sricams with the Sricam App I would not be able to take videos and still shots because these cams lack the SD memory card port as stated in the instructions. If In the sales description for these cams stated that they were only visible to the Sricam App I would not have purchased them. So I would at this time like to return these cams for refund. Or exchange these 2 Sricams for 2 different Ip cams that had the capacity to work with my current system like Insteon hd 75790wh (which I have now) and work with IP cam finder tool Ispy or BlueIris applications. These Sricams that I bought from you can only be accessed through the Sricam App on Google play. Now the issue is we cannot log into the Sricameras using browser bar by entering Sricams ip address. The Sricams are blocked from 3rd party apps like BlueIris and Ispy surveillance applications on Windows. So unfortunately the Sricams can not be integrated into my current configuration. Lastly the Cams that were sent don't even have SD card input with in the cameras internal components as described from manufacturer for the Sricam SP015 so even if I wanted to use them I would not be able to record video or audio using the Sricam App with the cameras. These two cameras the SP015 are locked specifically to be used with Sricam App and that makes them useless to me or anyone. I should be able to enter the cameras ip address to log into it but its blocked. THIS WAS THEIR RESPONSE ; Dear customer Thanks for your message, so sorry for it. How about we partial refund you 8 USD? And you can keep it or resell it to others who can use it? , do not required to return, as returning for refund cost your time and money, and it's hassle, right? How do you think? This place is awful !!! The product was described wrong , very loud and smelled like burning plastic ( I bought a duck egg incubator) It wouldn't fit duck eggs so I used it for my chicken eggs. It was a horrible product that wasn't usable. I called them 4xs ,got hung up on each time , then finally got some lady that spoke poor English ,she told me to email them the issue , I did that ..got a email back that asked me to send a video of what's wrong and how I used it .. I emailed them.bavk pretty mad at this point , I didn't receive a return label or a order receipt with the box either ,she had told me that they needed to send the video to the tech Dept to see if they can make it right ...I emailed them again and demanded my money back , she got back to me again and tried to bargain with me that she's give us back 50 % of the product and told me to bring it to a local servicer which would fix it ... Pretty mad about this , never thought any company would be like this !!!!!! Called Walmart.com , they escalated my issue and gave me a full refund. I will be filing a report

They say 30 day return but its a lie. They will tell you to keep the product and refund only $3... I had to contact Walmart few times and they on behalf of these idiots gave me a refund.

I PURCHASED AN HD CAR CAM FROM THIS COMPANY, THE BOX WAS WAS BROKEN AND EVERYTHING INSIDE HAS DUST. THE CAMERA WAS NOT NEW, IT HAS FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER IT. (I TOOK PICTURES OF IT AND VIDEO WHEN I OPENED IT). I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING WALMART AND BBB.

If I could leave less then one star I would! I ordered a children's play seat, and when I received my order it was a nebulizer. I contacted the company to let them know there was a mix-up and they had sent me the wrong item, it took me a few days to finally get ahold of someone via email because no one answers the phone when you call the 800 number provided, they sent me an email back basically saying they did not believe me and that I needed to take a photo of the package itself the package label that was sent to me on it and my order form from walmart.com of what I ordered. After I did that they still told me that they did not make a mistake and offered me $6 out of the 20 that I spent for a refund and that I could keep the product they sent me by mistake because it would cost too much time to replace it. After four more emails and complaints to the company they offered me a 50% discount but still refused to send the original product that I ordered or give me a full refund. I had to contact walmart.com hire office in order to get my refund and make a complaint about this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ANYTHING AT ALL THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK UNLESS YOU CONTACT THE MAIN PARTY AFFILIATE LIKE WALMART OR AMAZON!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!! The next time I order something online I will make sure it does not come from this company because if it does I will order it from someone else!

Ordered with them through Walmart. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!! The worst! I tried to return a $60 item and they gave me the run around and then tried to only offer me a $5 refund to not return the item. Told Walmart to drop them.

Orders 5 items received 1 item they put the same tracking on all 5 items and never sent me the 4 items It cost $200 when you call their line it plays music and wants you to leave a message and no one calls back

ZERO Stars ... I ordered a "non-glare" laptop screen film protector. ant It arrived in a flimsy plastic envelope with dents and bends from shipping and handling. It was NOT anti-glare, but glossy finished. I contacted W P Ltd through walmart.com. They asked for photographs, which I supplied. They offered 20% and 30% refund with no acknowledgement of the product damage, but giving patronizing dialog, in poor grammar, about their burden of loss of the product and shipping cost, while adding they are concerned "for my buying experience". OK - my mistake for not checking reviews before this purchase. :-(

Wow. I should've read the reviews on this place. Placed my order since March 25. Still hasn't shipped. BUYERS BEWARE . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
