Bought a Macbook Air 13 1.8GHz 128 GB. Was advertised as having Catalina on it. Received it with High Sierra. Tried to upgrade but installation failed and no disk was offered to reboot on. Downloaded Catalina and created a USB bootdisk on another Macbook. Again installation failed an no internal disk visible. Called them and as I bought it through Walmart no remote support was given, had to return it through Walmart. Refund is initiated but has not arrived yet.

Horrible refurbished phones do not buy from this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM WOMBAT RESERVE. Phone had a big scratch on front screen and cellular data would not work on phone. Zero stars.

On August 10,2020 via walmart application online, I ordered the following from you: A Beats Solo3 Wireless On-Ear Headphones - Beats Club Collection - Club Yellow. I paid $158.67 . The reference number for my order was 4942066309155. I was expecting that the items will be complete as what it was written. But sad to know it was incomplete. There are lots missing such as: 1.Carrying case 2.Universal USB charging cable (USB-B) 3.Quick start guide 4.Warranty card and the headphone is not even new and not even on its original box “beats” Its like i am deceive as a buyer and it saddened me so much to trust a big amount to you as seller. I hope you will do something on this abd deliver the missing item or might as well replace the item with a new one and complete as soon as possible.

I bought a iPhone through Walmart I was under the assumption that it was a 64 gb I later realized it was 16 GB I was wondering if I can just do an exchange. But from all the previous comments stating they try to exchange and got nothing back in return I think I’ll just be stuck with the 16 GB unless the exchange can be sent to me first then I’ll send it back but everything else was fine with the phone so idk I hope someone contacts me

So I ordered a 43 Inch Smart TV from this seller and it literally came in beat up, and poorly packaged, I sent it back and from the looks of the tracking number it's been delivered on Friday and I've yet to receive my refund, these people do not want me to take a trip to get my money because I don't mind traveling... Y'all got 5 days and I'm called the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a MacBook Pro got it yesterday and it doesn’t come on. Thought it could’ve been issues with the charger so I went and bought a $90 apple charger from Best Buy & it still won’t come on. Contacted Walmart and the told me I have to wait 24-48 for Wombat Reserve to contact me.

I ordered a MacBook Pro from this company through WISH 2weeks ago, afterwards I came in here to read all the Negatives reviews, went back to cancel my orders but they say I couldn’t cancel, I’ve been waiting on that order ever since with No tracking number nothing & there’s nobody to talk to, you can’t get hold of nobody, at this point I just want my money back, all other companies you’re allowed to cancel your order, but not this one. Received our iPad looks nice ..but we are unable to get into it because there is a password. I have called the 844 number and emailed CS but has been difficult getting a live person. Looks like I will just return it ..don’t want to make it a bigger hassle.

Worst place. Do not buy anything online from these people. They are crooks and con artist. I ordered a phone “acceptable condition”. From them and when I got it the screen was so glitchy and pixilated that it looks so used. They said their phones are “refurbished” which means someone certified looked over the phone and made sure it was good to use” they did not do this however or I wouldn’t have had to return. They got my package Monday and tell me they are going to hold my refund for 5 days until Friday. So They lies about the phone now wants to hold my money. Don’t do BUSINESS HERE, they suck

Never buy from this seller... I bought 2 refurbished iPads from Walmart from this seller. I purchased them on March 8.... gave one to each of my 2 kids on Easter (4/5/21) and now one of them won’t charge at all... they’ve both been in otterbox cases since before I even gave to my kids now they’re saying they can’t help with anything so now I’m stuck with a broken iPad !! If I could leave 0 stars I would !!

Ordered a 2016 refurb iPad Pro thru Walmart and so far it works well, however, it did show up turned on in the box with less than advertised “minimum battery %” and as I used it more post setup, I noticed a scratch in the screen that looks like dude just used safelite on it and I now I cannot unsee it. Not sure if I should expect more or not. First refurb I’ve bought.

Negative 100 stars. Im not buying. I saw these 0 star reviews going back to 2016 and was like uh huh. Anytime you have this many bad comments on a vendor and especially on walmart you know its Chin ese scammers. They never learn. I see their Modus Operandi all over these reviews. Reviews are everything. To the scammers: You better learn it, love it and live it or your just going to keep getting bad reviews which translate into loss of $$$.

Beware of this buyer, they function under many different names and storefronts, and sell defective merchandise. Do no buy from them.! If the number is 844-637-1400 based out of Linden New Jersey, it is these people. Not only do they have multiple websites under different names, but also many different walmart accounts, ebay accounts, and amazon accounts. Examples are Cellular support, Kanga Supply, Koala Stash, Back in the Box, etc.

I purchased Galaxy Ear Buds from this seller. I purchased them on July 23, expected delivery on July 27. On July 27, it was supposedly out for delivery, but I never received it. Later that night, I get a notification that it is in transit to the sender. I was very confused by this and contacted them with my shipping number, yet no help. Also, they pretend to be Walmart Customer Support by using it as their signature to appear more trustworthy, but it clearly reads Wombat Reserve as the email sender. A day or two goes by and “Ennovi” contacts me saying that the package is still in transit to the warehouse and I would get my refund after it had arrived, however, I had reached out to FedEx and was informed that it had in fact been sent back. I was robbed of hard earned money from an unethical, incompetent, terrible third party. If I could give this makeshift dumpster fire a -100 star review, I would.

Got a pair of Beats Solo Pro wireless headphones and the right earpiece quit working. When I called Apple they indicated the merchandise was never properly sold to any sellers, they only show mis-delivery which could indicate stolen property or a scam. Apple has no record of my serial number even having been sold and delivered. Even though I bought the headphones just over 3 months ago, Apple says I have no warranty. Terrible seller it seems.

I purchase an iPad that stopped working in 90 days they refused to fix or refund all they kept saying it's last the 30 days. This is unacceptable being that this purchase isn't cheap ! Ordered an Xbox from what I thought was Walmart only to find out it was from these guys.. AND shortly after I placed my order, my bank called with 7 fraud alerts. Timing is definitely suspect and I'm sure it was these guys not having adequate security or just an overall crappy company. So here I sit on vacation without a card.. awesome.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 from this seller. When I got it i went through the set up. Selected English (United States) then went to Select Region/Country and USA was nowhere to be found. It wasnt under America or North America there was only like 10 countries listed in the selection. Called them twice left a message. Finally talked to someone this morning and he tells me as long as I select English that it didnt matter what country I chose. He told me it wouldnt affect the functionality of the watch. Wished i wouldve read the reviews before purchasing this watch. I clearly cant use it here because its foreign. BUYER BEWARE.... Thankfully since I purchased through walmart.com I can take back to the store and get a full refund.

I order a Chromebook I waited all day till 9:30 p.m. at night and gave up on my order being delivered so I called Walmart and they said I needed to call the seller which I didn't know it was it was a third party and then I needed to wait 24 hours to check with my neighbors and all around the area should have been delivered what was supposed to be delivered to my door and I told him no it wasn't delivered he was very helpful send me an email that he sent to wombat whoever they are explaining the situation they sent me an email right away in a text basically telling me the same thing customer service helped me at Walmart and 48 well 24 hours they refunded my money to my account vs. sending me another Chromebook and I didn't even know they refunded me my money until I just happened to check my checking account and there it was which now after seeing all the bad business they have done with these people I'm glad they just gave me my money back. I'm not proud to say this but after I made my complaint and they refunded my money I was telling my son-in-law who I live with that I was expecting a delivery but I didn't get it and he tells me oh I forgot it's in my truck where was it you sit down by the gate they were supposed to deliver it to my door the way my daughter and son-in-laws schedules are we don't see each other very much yes he could have just brought it in like I said he forgot I don't know well my Chromebook was packaged great it looks brand new no problems other than the OS or OC I'm not very good with electronics but it's not compatible with a lot of printers and that was because that it wasn't updated or something so it's useless to me but I kept it they should have delivered it where it was supposed to be delivered so technically I got a free Chromebook it was $35 so with the money that was reimbursed to me I went and got a printer that was compatible but still the trouble I'm sorry to those who have lost their money and his gotten such bad service I don't know how Walmart continues to sell products for them I will never purchase anything from them again. And I do have to say in all fairness I did receive good customer service they're respond time was very good for that I give him a five star..
