This place is ridiculous!! Trying to get a refund back is like pulling teeth! Why does Walmart continue selling with these people? I saw bbb over 4,000 complaints, wish I knew this sooner. What a rip off.

I ordered palazzo pants in size 3x. What I received was a size large. Called the company and got the runaround. They don't deserve the one star rating that was given.

Wrong size jacket for My Son, sizes run to small .After reading reviews I'm scared to send jacket back for a larger size and I should of read reviews before ordering Walmart needs to quit advertising for them ...

1st time ordering from them through Walmart and will definitely be the last. I ordered a Fleece Coat, wrong color sent, item looked as though it was pulled out of someone's closet and was shedding. To add injury to insult no packing slip or directions on how to return for a refund. BEWARE!!!!!! No even worth 1 star!

The worst customer service on the planet. I cant get a refund even though I returned the items to walmart. I am never ordering from Walmart.com ever again because they font send behind the customer. The sizes were not true to size. This is totally fraudulent

I ordered palazzo pants from Walmart. I didn't know they would send that order to a company like this! I ordered 2XL size and they were labeled 2XL but were about XS !! Made of very cheap, itchy, scratchy, thin material that was totally unacceptable. The packaging info was written in chinese, no labeling or anything to even tell me who I had ordered from. I traced the tracking number to find out what company I had ordered from....nothing in english, no shipping latel etc. I called walmart.com and finally, thru the chat site, talked to someone who is sending me return label by email. I am so disappointed that walmart would deal in such a low quality vendor. You don't know what company or country the purchase is coming from. Walmart told me it was WODstyle. I will know next time to never do this.

This company should be taken off the Walmart website, the jacket I ordered was to be a men’s large it wouldn’t fix a teenage. The sleeves were at least. 4 inches short and the jacket length was also very short. Their size chart doesn’t match what they sent. Walmart gives you ten different answers on what you must do to get your money back. They also refuse to give you the phone number they say they communicate via email. How convenient! Your best bet is to contact your credit card company and let them chase down these con artists. I will no longer purchase any type of clothing from Walmart till they clean up their websites like this parasite company. That’s a minus one.

Buyer beware you can not return and you get less than 1/2 of your money back

I never received my package and when I inquired I was told it was delivered and to check with my neighbors and the post office. My mailbox is with 30 others in the front of our subdivision and I am supposed to go door to door to see if someone has it? I am supposed to tell my mail person that they put it in the wrong mail box? Terrible... I do not understand how Walmart associates with them. What a terrible company

Poor quality! Returned the product but have not received my refund for returned items even though tracking shows they received it over a month ago! Have not been able to reach anyone to find out why. I will NOT do business with this seller again and I urge others to think twice before doing business with them. I wish I would have read the reveiws prior to ordering. Zero stars! Unfortunately have to give them 1.

Haven't recieved my refund yet, smh, even though they have those ugly cheap looking shoes. They were dirty, no name on the shoes. Should i just give on my refund and take it as a lost? Walmart isn't any help either. With all these bad reviews about this company it seems like walmart shouldn't do business with this company and refund people money back. Sick

I had to leave a 1 star review, but they don't even deserve that. I bought a pair of sandals and returned them because they were so cheaply made; couldn't buckle the strap and such thin material. I returned them the very next day with the return label printed. This was May 8 and I still have not received my refund, nor has Wodstyle LLC replied to any of my emails. This company is so unprofessional and I would NOT recommend buying anything they sell. I did find a phone number which I'm going to try. I want my refund!!!!

I ordered 2 shirts through Walmart from them and they were too small and I returned both one still inside original package not opened as they were the same just different colors they received them both back on 5/19/2020 and I still have not received a refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank as they have not replied back to my messages and the phone never gets answered just rings then disconnects.

I ordered a swim suit from them and never received it. It shows that it was delivered but I never got it. I have made several attempts to contact them and no one will return my messages. I don't think they are even worth a one star.

purchased a HD Webcam Support 720P Internet Video Computer Autofocus Microphone Web Cam. it came in broken with parts rattling around inside the camera. notified them immediately and was told they would refund my card within 24 hours. Never received refund and cannot return item because they changed the “return by” date. Do yourself a favor. Do not use WODSTYLE LLC

Got my hubby a jacket and now im worried seeing all these reviews because as soon as i seen it, it looked really thin and cheap compared to the pic it is showing on the internet. It said I only had until a certain time to return it but the return was before Christmas so he would either get his gift early or it cant be returned. So i guess im screwed too and out of $50. glad thats all i paid but still to me thats enough.

Ordered a long red trench coat for my wife as a Christmas gift but only came below the waise. Very dissatisfied. Cheap & thin material. They will go out of business.

Sent an item back about a month ago because it did not fit. Called Walmart to check the status as I haven’t heard anything, Walmart informed me that I ordered from a 3rd party seller. They looked up the tracking number and said that they are seeing that seller isn’t accepting the package. Called seller to see what was going on and also to notify her that I got a new card number due to fraudulent activity and what steps I should take from here. Seller told me that she would look into it, took the tracking number and my number down and said she would call me back. Haven’t heard from seller in a week and tried calling her back and she will not accept my call. I looked at the tracking of my package and see that there are MULTIPLE “delivery exceptions” since November 24th! If I could give ZERO stars I most definitely would!

Purchased a coat for my grandson, who lives out of state. When I was finally able to pick it up, it was past the return time. I contacted Walmart, saying they should extend returns due to the pandemic. They informed me I would have to contacted Wodstyle, who offered to reimburse me $12 for a $50 coat. I am making sure my family (who are far flung), my friends, and co-workers never buy from this company.

I wish I had looked at this site before buying. The customer service is non-existent. They seem not to answer emails even from Walmart, through whom they are presumably making a boat load of money. How does Walmart allow these clowns to treat customers - and Walmart itself - so poorly? I suppose there is only one answer - $$$.

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this company. Worst customer service, they won’t respond to my email. My item says SHIPPED but didn’t receive any because they said the item is lost. I think they didn’t ship my order intentionally!

Beware do not buy from this company. Shoes are not true to size they are cheaply made. I paid $35 to get a pair of shoes wrapped in a plastic bag the material of shoes paper thin. The shoes are not worth the one star.

Don't chance buying from this site. Shame on Walmart for doing any type of business with this company. I bought a 5x and my 8 year old granddaughter could use it for a gown. So disappointed with them and Walmart. It is like they are letting them rip off their customers.

I ordered my product on March 17,2021 I was supposed to receive it on March 26,2021, I still have not received. Supposedly the post office messaged me that I will get it on April 2,2021. We will see. I don't think I will order from them again.

they sent my shorts to the post off when i clearly said to ship to my home.......my shorts got sent back to seller, im handicapped so i must have my stuff sent to my home..........thanks for nothing

Item purchase was not as it was pictured or described. The company wants to haggle over full refund. First offer, 20% to not return and refund. Then the next offer was 40% to not return and refund.

This company deserves a0! I paid 30$ for 2 blouses and when I received then they looked like a 1 year old tried to sew together 2 pieces of material. Now I can't get my money back! Or just exchange it !

Don't buy from this company under Walmart. Terrible products are hard to get answers to and won't stand by their products. I bought the extra-large dog bath to use as a splash pool for a three-year-old child. The description says for dogs or kids. We filled it up and two bellows split which made the water go between the interior and outer liner covered in foam. Over the course of a day, 6 more bellows separated from the force of the water which was approx half full of water. Trying to get full credit is impossible. 20 percent and they said I could use that to fix the pool. Also, the pool was emptied to dry out but the black mold was growing on the foam liner. Don't buy from this company. I wouldn't even give it a 1/4 star.

I ALWAYS TRY TO CHECK WHERE THE COMPANIES ARE FROM. I FORGOT SUNDAY...CANCELED THE ORDER WITHIN AN HOUR. SAID IT WAS ALREADY MAILED.....ON A SUNDAY???? I THINK NOT. I ordered a dog jacket from you through Walmart. It is too small for my dog even though I bought the size my dog wears. You did not include any contact information or a phone number or any instructions for returning this item. I spent my money for nothing and I am a senior citizen on a limited income. I only wish I had read the reviews on your company before ordering. I will do my best to make sure no one else gets ripped off by you. I will make sure that I never buy from you again.
