Ordered mine on the 9th of December and did not receive it until New Year’s Eve. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap with nothing else. It worked fine until today where it will not charge or turn on unless connected to a charger that does not even charge the speaker. It is also stuck on 40 percent. Should I return it?

very deceiving page for UE boom 2. product was late by a week and was used not new as they lead you to believe online. very disappointing.

Purchased an item for Christmas never received , USPS said they created a shipping label but never brought the item to ship, first time dealing with this, found the review from a Walmart rep DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE TRASH SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!

Sold me a 3ds charger with a charging tip that was too long so it wouldn't charge the device. It was literally broken.

I ordered two UE Boom 2 wireless speakers, and the speakers that I received where two refurbished UE MegaBoom wireless speakers. Very disappointing, I strongly recommend not buying anything advertised by WLL Tech Solutions.

Item took forever and arrived in a mailing envelope. No packaging, no paperwork.

Label was created and then nothing. Emailed Walmart who then reached out to WLL Tech Solutions Inc who then shipped me a broken UE Megaboom speaker in paper envelope. Not in original box and without any padding of any kind. I go to Walmart to return the item to be told I have to package the item up myself before they will accept the item for a return. Truly awful experience and awful Marketplace seller. I wish I could give less than a one star rating. F*ck you Paul and WLL Tech Solutions Inc. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

Never buy anything from Walmart that uses the third party WLL TECH SOLUTIONS INC. It’s a total scam and they will never send out your product. DON’T ORDER THROUGH THEM. Walmart, get your act together and stop doing business with them. They are a scam!!

Fraud. They issue a tracking number and never send them. Scammer.

Horrible company! BEWARE! They created a shipping label but never sent my order. Trying to get in touch with Walmart Customer Service for a refund but they’re not very responsive.

Do not buy from them. They will not ship the product. Walmart should remove them from the marketplace. Competitors would not allow this company to stay on as they don't ship the item. Missed getting the item promised for my daughter's birthday. What a scam. Walmart - why don't you remove this seller??? Who was time to deal with this??? So maddening.

Terrible! lost my first order. i had to contact them about it, was told through email they were shipping a new one out an i would get it asap 3 days later,. never received it! asked for a tracking number and have been ghosted, nothing. no order ,no email ,no refund, no apology. SUCKS!!! Will never buy from them and will not recommend them..

I will never buy from Walmart online again! WLL TECH SOLUTIONS has done a horrible job shipping . No one gives you a clear answer. I’ve been waiting forever for a speaker I paid over 130$ for and no one seems to want to help !

To the guy below me looking for his speaker I think I have your tracking number if you live in New York, I have also been scammed by this awful company and ordered it on 6/9/2020 and today 6/20/2020 he has sent me an order number for an item with a label created on May 27th. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. There hasn’t even been an apology for the delay instead a pretense that this is normal and fine and I am impatient. I have made an incident report on Walmart and hope no one else gives a cent to this awful waste of a company. Also pretty sketch to have a single employee working for this company that you are unable to call or contact. Hi Paul hope you learn some basic business practices.
