This is a horrible fraud. I do not know how they have got the backing of Walmart. They sell cell phones that are locked and claim that it can be used by all carriers. Since Walmart compels them to issue a refund, what they do is this. They deduct a charge of $30 as shipping and handling. Fight for getting your full refund back if you have bought a cell phone from them.

Not the easiest company to deal with after point of sale. Products are poorly advertised and contacting Wireless Connections is very difficult.

Walmart Order#: 3421881-045703 Charging port does not work! Battery always reads 100% even when fully discharged! Repair to charging port is $80 with the risk of cracking screen, for another $150. Pretty bad for a phone that was listed as "new Out of Box". Understand its been awhile, but this is NOT GOOD! All in all, probably the worst purchase I've made online!

No wonder it's a 30 day Warranty they sell pices of crap claiming they are referbrished my phone started to crash before the 30 days I just thought it may be much usage it wasn't now I'm out money and no phone do not buy from this place it's a waste of money

Dont buy from this company. Nothing but problems with the 2 phones ive bought and there customer service is horrible. Very unhelpful and untrustworthy. Im suprised walmart does buisness with them

This place is horrible. I received my “new” phone and it is not new at all. It does not hold a charge at all. I have been trying to contact this company to send them the phone back and get a refund and I keep getting forward to voicemail. They have an open report on BBB. Maybe y’all should not be aloud to sell on Walmart.com?
