Ordered a lock online. Then we found it cheaper. Tried to cancel online ( the only way to can't order) and the email could not send.

I ordered a nozzle through WalMart.com and when I got it, I didn't need it until now. I put it on my hose, and the threads won't allow for the nozzle to sit completely on the hose, and water sprays everywhere from the bottom. I can't return it to WalMart because it was shipped by this company. Six dollars isn't much to some, but on a fixed income, I can't afford to throw away money. I am so disheartened about the crappy nozzle that I can't seem to return.

Last week I ordered a nice RED cat collar with excellent reviews from Walmart.com. for my BLACK cat. It was advertised as a Wideskall collar. I received a BLACK collar that is thinner, cheaply made, looks nothing like what I ordered and is made by a totally different company. Walmart customer service contacted Wideskall and said I would have a call or email from Wideskall within 48 hours. I did not. I called Walmart customer service again today and the rep called Wideskall while I was still on the phone. She said Wideskall said I would be contacted today. I was not. I called Wideskall myself but no way to get through on so e “ global” phone network. I sent them a message, no response. I simply want the collar advertised and paid for on Walmart.com. Why would a company not use best business practices on a cat collar of all things? Why would Walmart.com continue hosting the company as a partner seller in its marketplace? My sentiment of the moment —BEWARE ALL if you care about getting the product ordered, not wasting your time, not wasting your money.

These people are thieves! They say it's my word against theirs (through Walmart), that I did NOT receive my strainers, and that I'm lying. It's $7.19 for the strainers. I just want my item, or my money back.
