Shame on you. I ordered a ps3 game nearly 2 months ago and it's still sitting in a warehouse ( I imagine) in California. When I contacted the company I was told to never call or bother him again. This was before the company name change. I tried other avenues and was told I would have a refund but never got one. I stopped waiting for it. So I went out and bought it in a store. It's not worth the one star. I would have liked to give it much less of a star.

Fraudulent Marketplace listings: As a customer and investor in Walmart I find this very concerning -- on Walmart marketplace -- order #3932070-67xxxx sold by Wholesale Values /Torch Trainers-- I believe this seller is accepting payment on fraudulent listings on Walmart marketplace. I placed the above order on 5/1. The tracking provided- USPS MARKETPLACE Tracking Number 940011189956222xxxxxxxx - with estimated delivery 5/19—this delivery estimate was maintained until the product didn’t arrive on 5/19. this item weighs 800 pounds – after contacting USPS I’m told that it is not eligible to ship via USPS -- I believe it's a fake label that was generated with no intent on shipping this item. Multiple calls and emails to the seller have not been returned or answered, and the voicemail box associated with the # has not been set up. After investigating, There are at least 20 reviews on on Walmart marketplace posted in may 2020 –and Amazon in august 2018 and the Better Business Bureau -- describing identical instances with this seller. I intend to instruct my attorney to file a criminal complaint citing fraudulent online operation with the FTC, Bureau of Consumer Protection, FBI business and internet fraud division, and separately, mail fraud with the Postal Inspection Service. If I do not receive acknowledgement that I'll receive full restitution in the next 48 hours, I will cite Walmart as complicit in facilitating this fraud, by providing a platform and connecting this seller with buyers, despite multiple reported instances.

Terrible company, no customer service, lies about when they send your item. Good luck getting what you order from this company.
