I don’t recommend getting anything from them all their stuff is not work so just do not take your chances getting any. I had got an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB and it will not let me connect with my carrier and it has a whole different serial number and the description of the phone said that it was unlocked. I have no idea why Walmart is still working with them. So I say before you get anything off Walmart look who the Marketers

Do not buy from them. The first iPhone 7 I got did not work with any apple chargers or earbuds. I had to send it back but was without a phone for a week. The second one I got displayed a no service message and I have to get a new one.

Ordered two iPhone 6 phones from this company. Walmart .com said fully tested, fully unlocked. When we tried to activate the phones. Phone#1 was reported stolen and the battery would not hold a charge. Phone#2 was carrier locked. We bought two paper weights from this company. They are not testing the phones at all. Hoping for replacement or refund. Why is Wal-Mart still working with this seller?

On aug 17 2020 I ordered an iPhone 7 for my daughter the phone arrived 2/3days later the fed ex man knocked once in left it on my front porch second the phone home button was crack in the camera is shaking I have been trying to get in contact with the company for three weeks now want to Walmart they said they can do nothing what so ever I have to connect the company this is bullshit especially when you work hard to get what is needed is there anyone on here that know there number something please

No sounds or vibrations. Seri can’t even talk to me. I can talk only on Speaker phone. It does ring for a phone call and alarm clock settings. Nothing else. Can’t even play my bought music. No notifications sounds or voicemail alerts. Just want it fixed! Everything I have is downloaded to this phone!!!

I ordered an I Phone 7 plus from this company. 6/24/20. Received it on 6/25/20 which was great. Tried to connect to Sprint but it isn't capable even though I specified my carrier is Sprint. My son took the phone to the Sprint Store it was a lost cause. I've tried to call their number but their voice mail is full. Also email won't go through. Next step is Pay Pal that's the way I paid for it. I should have read the reviews. I'm sending it back promptly.

This is a fraudulent seller. I ordered a 64 gb unlocked phone, they sent me a 16gb locked phone. No reply, going through CC company for fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I got the Iphone 6 and the SIM card reader is bad. Now I have to mail it in to Apple to get t fixed. Lots of time on the phone and a major pain in the a@@!

Phones are not unlocked and can not call anyone to resolve any problems buy a new phone so you don’t spend days trying to get their phones activated if ever at all

DO NOT..I REPEAT...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIESE CROOKS Purchased iPad air2 mini..BEFORE reading reviews. Requested cancellation based on reviews within seconds of the purchase. Contacted Westend...was informed the order was processed...lie #1.....Contacted WALMART customer service who requested cancellation. Westend ignored request....Westend said it had shipped...lie #2. It shipped the day after the cancellation request from Walmart customer service. The device arrived...would not hold a charge...charging port was defective. Westend did say I could return it...but it is not worth the hassle. I will sell on EBay...listing the TRUE condition of the device. The iPad came with cheap dollar tree charger that fell apart. I was promised genuine iPad accessories lie #3. I was surprised to even get the device because some customers received empty boxes (read reviews)...wish I had. ALL IN ALL...UNSCRUPULOUS...DECEITFUL...CROOKS! Run away from this company.

It is unfair that I am not able to rate them less than one star. I purchased a tablet through Walmart from this company and the product I received was defective. Further, they did not ship the appropriate materials like the correct charging cables. Getting a refund processed has been a nightmare and it is impossible to contact anybody at that company via their telephone number. I don’t know who is running this operation but it is very poorly managed.

I got the IPad and it was still signed into an account in Portuguese! It took me a few hours to get it into English so that I could reset it and set it up in my name. Then it would not charge so I bought a new $20. charger. It worked for a few weeks then would not charge unless I held in the the charger, then it would not charge at all, so I had to return it. Good thing this happened within my return period. This seems to be a common complaint. Maybe they sell Ipads that were returned because they don't charge and don't do anything with them.

Bought a refurbed iPhone 6 for my 93 yr old mom so we can FaceTime since I live 4 hours away. Battery dies down very quickly after charge. Don’t know how to contact the company for a replacement battery. I do have insurance on it but I need to be next to the phone according to the insurance company for information so will need to drive the 4 hours. This has been a freaking nightmare purchase.

i have ordered an iphone 8 plus they send me an empty package please don't order anything from this seller and i still didn't get refund but i report it to the police department and i took pictures for the package even they don't respond i the phone call from walmart and from me walmart can't do nothing for you and didn't protect you from this fraud

Beware!! I just purchased a iPhone 8 unlocked 64g on 01/18/20 and returned it yesterday 01/22/20. Appearance looked fine but it was definitely defective. Had issues with home button getting stuck and flickering of the screen. I took pictures of everything and reported to Walmart. The number provided by Westend Enterprises for customer service just rings and doesn’t allow you to leave a voicemail. So I took it up with Walmart and they provided me with a shipping label to return it back. Good luck people !!

DO NOT purchase products shipped from this company. We purchased iPhone 8 through Walmart.com and it was a scam!! The phone is useless!! Buyer beware. If I could give negative stars I would! Emails bounce back from the company and the phone number is someone’s cell phone- not a corporate number.

Not even worth 1 star. Bought iPad mini for my grandson for Christmas. It works but very outdated. Can’t get [email protected] to reply or answer a phone number they gave. It of course goes to vm that has not been set up. I found the reviews when looking them up online. Wish I would have seen before I threw $100+ away

This company Westend enterprises, is a total scam job. They send you junk and you pay your good money for it. Bought mine through a Walmart site, third-party site that is, did not know this was a third-party site. I received junk just like everyone else on this review. I contacted Walmart they have refunded my full amount spentOn this product.I have filed a complaint with Walmart and Capital One for a dispute about the 20% restock fee and a $15 return fee that’s a scam. They send you junk and scam you out of your money. Contact Walmart to get your refund. Good luck people

My advice keep your money because this company sells defective phones and won't refund money when called on it. I bought my 13 yr old an iphone 7 and it was defective. Now he is very upset because it don't work. Beware
