Walmart needs to let these mother fuckers go.This company sucks ass when it comes to business

I wish I would have checked the reviews prior to ordering from this company but by them having affiliation with Walmart, I thought they were legit. I placed an order on December 4, 2020 for five Christmas Matching Family Jumpsuits and I have not received them. I received notification that they should arrive on December 15, 2020...no update on shipping has been annotated since December 5, 2020. This is very unacceptable. I need immediate feedback. I wish I could have given them one star.

I placed an order on 12/11 the package has been in transit since 12/12 and it is in Atlanta, GA. I am in Richmond, VA. It should not take over a week to get here. (it has not arrived) There has been no movement on this tracking. I contacted walmart and they tell me oh it was lost during shipping. how do they know that. Tracking doesn't say anything about being lost. I am pissed. Christmas is less then a week away and I will not have a gift for this person. Walmart needs to end their affiliation with this company as there are A LOT of pissed off people having the same issue. WALMART get it together.

I see that my review is no different than the others. I ordered Christmas pajamas from Wayren through Walmart. Received a notice immediately that the item had been shipped, however after tracking the shipment it was in "pre-shipment" meaning USPS had not received the packages yet. After 16 days of sitting in "pre-shipment" I requested a refund from Walmart. This is not the first time this has happened with this exact vendor. I will not be purchasing through Walmart again.

Well I see that I’m not the only on who has been hoodwinked by this company. I ordered from them early December and my **** has not arrived. Walmart should end their contract with them. Raggedy turds.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order anything from this "company". It's a scam. Walmart should do a better job vetting its sellers. I ordered something three weeks ago and it showed that it was being shipped. Nope, they created a shipping label and I've reached out and got nothing except "it's on the way". I would give this ZERO stars but it doesn't allow it.

I only rated this interaction "1" because there is no "0". All of the correspondence indicated my order had been received, processed and shipped. The delivery date came and went with nothing (in spite of indicators that it was on the way.) I contacted USPS and after they investigated, they said they had no record of the items ever having actually been placed into the USPS system. I've let my bank begin investigations into the possibility of fraud. Run, don't walk from this vendor. Walmart should be able to do better.

I ordered pajamas from you all at the beginning of December so that they would arrive before Christmas. The order is now delayed and you all have not responded to my customer service messages. Horrible customer service, I will never order from you all again. It should not take this long to ship.

Agree with the terrible service and that they need to be removed from Walmart's platform. Ordered Christmas pajamas before Thanksgiving and only got 2 out of 5. They told me they shipped in separate orders and to please wait, but they won't provide a new tracking number, so I don't believe them.

You all are terrible and keep lying about my order and when its gonna be here. I order decorations for my Christmas in NOVEMBER and message after message of its on the way lies and then I wake up this morning and I have another bullshit message that my order will be here christmas eve!! You suck and im over your lies and I want my money back!!

I order something from Walmart on 11/23/20. Was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday. It’s been three weeks and the tracking now says delayed. There’s no reason why a package should take three weeks. These guys are scam artists. Read everybody else’s reviews they said the same thing

They are scammers. You order a product it’s never received and then no refund after multiple attempts. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Walmart please remove them from your seller list because they are selling defective merchandise and then give customers the run around how they resent the product, then want you to track it through the postal service and ask your neighbors if they have it. I have been going back a forth with them for over two months on a faulty grill brush, that they claim they have sent to me twice, however they have no tracking numbers. Walmart please get rid of them, they are making you look bad!!!

I ordered my facemask on August 2 and still haven't got it yet! Now they will be delivered on Aug. 31 or Sept. 4. This is ridiculous I know we have a pandemic going on. I have never had an issue with the mail before.

Ordered Matching family Christmas jammies for our Christmas Eve tradition , ordered on November 25th still not delivered and Walmart says they must have gotten lost in the mail so they say they are refunding my money we shall see if that happens. The same day I get an email from waywren USA saying that my order will be here by Christmas Eve . I will believe that when I see it. Hey Walmart if you continue with this company that makes you look bad you might start losing customers. We have all been screwed with this Pandemic for almost a year now don’t start messing with Christmas that’s when this mama gets really pissed off! I give you -10 stars.

I am pissed, I ordered 2 pairs of Medium pjs from this company on December 7 way ahead of time so that I will have them back before Christmas, lies lies líes, I see from the tracking number that they were sent off on the 8th of December on the 17th I see that my package wounded up at Pitney Bowes in Monroe Township NJ and still sitting there in PB awaiting for them to deliver to USPS, still haven’t been delivered and tomorrow is Christmas Day. There has been no kind of updates since the 17th, no telling when I’ll get my package, I want a refund and all these companies need to be reported to the BBB and shutdown for bad business, if I could rate a 0 then I would. I’m in the same predicament as the other customers on here, it’s just RIDICULOUS.

Order was placed on 12/3 and was supposed to be delivered on 12/15. It's now 12/24 and no word. No reply from the seller when contacted. If I could give less than a star, I would. Never again from this seller!!

Order Christmas pajamas for the family on December10 and never received them. This may be a money laundering company as all the compliments are similar and Walmart continue to conduct business with them.

Ordered Dec 3rd, says it's delayed Dec. 18th, USPS is still awaiting on it's arrival even...

I ordered baby bear pajamas 11/9/20 and received them 11/21/20. 12/8/20 I sent a notification of the item being defective "washed and tried them on to verify fit" and requested a replacement, which was accepted. On 12/10/20 I sent a notification I would be returning them which I paid for shipping myself and provid the tracking number on 12/11/20 in which the company recieved the item 12/15/20. I asked for the replacement to be shipped asap for Christmas and was told it was sent on the 12/16/20. On 12/22/20 I reached out for update/tracking information because it never arrived. On the 12/24/20 I was told the carrier was contacted to speed up the item in transit. I again reached out to inform the company on 12/30/20 that I have not received the item. 01/6/2021 I was notified that the "2nd replacement try" would be shipped since the last one never made it, again I requested the tracking information and received no nothing. On 01/7/2021 I was notified that I would be issued a refund which could take up to 4 days, today is 01/13/21 making it 6 days in which I have not received a refund. The outfit was for our child so they could have Christmas pictures. We have delayed putting up our tree in hopes to receiving the item but seem to have just been getting the run around. In no way should it take a month to receive a item. A item in which I myself paid return shipping on. I can not recommend anyone purchase from this company.

Do not buy from them, clothes are not even close to US size bought sweatpants 3x when I always buy 2x and they look more like med at best, I blame Walmart for this as it seems most buyers are not happy and I will go after Walmart next

I order Christmas Pjs on November 27th. I did not receive them until December 28th! That’s right , AFTER Christmas . So I returned them via FedEx and was only refunded for 1 pj. I put in the dispute through Walmart who said 5-7 days to refund . Still nothing !! So I will dispute this with my bank .

I see alot of 1 stars and complaints about slow or late delivers. I to asked for my money back and same LAME ASS excuse. They sent me a email stating I could keep the clothing and refund 100% of my money. So far I have been refunded for 1 of 3 pair of PJs. I too have filed a complaint with Wal-Mart. Asking them to part ways with Wayren USA. LIARS, THIEVES, and scum of the earth. May be I can find the city they are from and write a letter to the local "BBB" or the state attorney General's office and file a complaint of my stolen money. They get things done.

This company is awful! I ordered 7 pair of pjs for my family for Christmas day. I placed the order on December 12th and as of today January 1st I still have not received them nor has USPS. This is absolutely ridiculous! Walmart needs to sever all business ties to this company. They are a scam! I wish I could have given this company zero stars! They suck butt!

I have tried contacting them twice and like everyone else, they keep saying the products is on the way, which clearly is a lie. Only other step I know of taking is putting in a dispute with my bank. Walmart really needs to separate from this relationship before it gets global attention.

Terrible company with cheap products that never cheap. Don't expect any communication with the company and if you buy through Walmart, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company because you will never get your package and never get a refund.
