I ordered a kids ride on fire truck for my son for Xmas. This truck is awesome but they didn’t send a charger with it and haven’t responded to Walmart about the issue. I haven’t been able to find a charger for it either which I feel this company should make it right.

i purchased a mirrored table for 175 the table arrived today feb 9 2021 the nightstand had a chip on the top and 2 broken knobs i cant use and a scratch on the drawer iam returning

They delivered my package to an address in a different city and has yet to respond! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and officially including Walmart for doing business with these shady people!

I ordered a Shirt from Ware-Smith Woolever & SC through the Walmart app September 18th and the tracking said it was shipped but that’s as much info I can get out of it , at first it said delayed due to hurricane so I knew at that point something was iffy since they are in Kentucky and I’m in Tennessee. It’s now November and still have not received package. I will check out all companies from now on even through Walmart. Rating is minus 5 stars

I have never order anything from Walmart, that i couldn't track my order!! I ordered from your company and I have to wait 8 days for my order which is come from Midland, MN. It was shipped on March 18, 2021 @ 12:41 am, and the tracking on Walmart is still showing the same place and time today on March 23, 2021!! I have tried to track it through the US Postal service, where it is told that they will be delivering my package and they don't have it, because they are waiting on your company to send it to them!! What kind of company is Walmart dealing with, here?????? My RATING "0" when i can't track my package!! I do believe that's why you give a tracking number, right???

Didn't receive product. Can't get a hold of anyone. Ordered through Walmart they referred back to this company. Haven't been able to talk to anyone. BAD Company!! on all levels.

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased, paid, and never received. no response from vendor. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered in 6/23/20 a pet carrier and paid an extra 9.00 to have it delivered within three days and had confirmation it will be delivered 7/6/20. Cancelled the order being I paid an additional 9.00 and received confirmation it has been cancelled. Package was sent anyway to another address 7/6/20. Seeing all these complaints why is Walmart using them. They charged me and I called Walmart and put in a complaint. Just terrible.

Should not be in business. They are MORONS! They do not respond to any messages. Shipped to the wrong city!?

Waiting for package for over 2 weeks. Says order number isnt valid but it is copied from them. Emailed with no response.

Do not buy anything from this company! They promise to deliver an item 5-8 days from the order date, but change the date. It then is 15 days later... No stars! Not even one!

This is the worst company to purchase anything from. I purchased a guitar via Walmart.com. It is trash. Literally it broke upon taking it out of the box. Walmart doesn’t accept it as a return and there’s no way to contact this seller. After two months of being given the run around we are now outside of the return period.

This is a really shady business. I accidentally made a purchase on Walmart's website for which this company does business on. I immediately contact Walmart to cancel the order but was told that I would have to cancel through this WARE-SMITH--WOOLEVER & SC company. I sent multiple emails, texts and phone calls to no avail with the customer service here and was told by a Walmart employee that my order would be cancelled and i would be receiving my money back. Not only was the order not cancelled but it arrived late and I am unable to return it even after not opening it. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was blatantly lied to and now I am out money that otherwise would never have been spent.

so Upset they sent my item with missing pieces then even at that the items are so cheaply made! Walmart should be ashamed of themselves and take these people off their site! It just confuses us online shoppers when we’re not able to return an item that we aren’t satisfied with! I should have read the reviews first

VERY HORRIBLE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! WORTHLESS PIECES OF CRAP W/TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER. HOW COULD WALMART ASSOCIATE ITSELF W/THIS TRASH... SO SAD!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING YOUR $ AWAY! Not worth the one star!!!

Worst company ever. I purchased the canopy tent through the Walmart website & tried canceling the order within 2 minutes when I found out that it would take 2 weeks to get & it's from a 3rd party seller. I ended up postponing my party by a week waiting for the canopy tent to arrive. It is so cheaply made. When I did get it up it took 2 people about an hour because the parts lept falling off. When it was finally up I went into the house for about 5 minutes to bring some items needed outside. When I returned outside the canopy tent was flipped over and the metal poles were bent and broken. The so thin and torn that a single square piece of single ply toilet paper would offer more protection from the elements. I have tried to initiate a return and keep getting sorry, we're having a problem. Please try again later message. I have tried to call them only to get a busy signal each time. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I need a refund and all I'm getting is stressed and frustrated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
