WARNING!!! I PURCHASED A WATCH REPAIR KIT SET FROM THIS SELLER FROM WALMART.COM. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE SIGLE PIECE FROM THE WHOLE SET. WALMART CONTACTED THE SELLER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED. THEN I CHECKED THIS SELLER ONLINE AND I READ LOTS OF COMPLAINTS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! BE AWARE!

Not to happy ordered a Electric scooter Trike, rode it fifteen minutes to work, now it shorted out , it just won’t work now, I just want a replacement . It was delivered with a cracked fender, a scratched up light lens. I paid good money for a scooter I can’t ride.

Very disappointed. I ordered this and noticed within minutes, if not seconds that the product was in cm not inches so it would not work with my poster. I hit cancel within 2 minutes of ordering the product and the company is telling me that it was already sent off to the postal services when I ordered this at 11pm on a Friday night. They now will not let me cancel the product and are forcing the product to be shipped to me and then I am supposed to deal with the hassle of returning this item. Very unsatisfied.

They sent me a used product with missing parts. In the box was a amazon return label. It was someone’s return. They are trying to get me to let them refund me 25% of what I paid. I thought I was buying a new product from Walmart. I have wasted so much time trying to get my money back.

I ordered two boxing sets for my grandkids birthdays in April. I ordered these very early. Got trachanged information, but it was for another customer. After countless phone calls to Walmart, finally got a refund. Walfront does NOT answer emails nor provide correct information. Do not use this vendor!!!!

Bought a infrared thermometer. Shoddy packaging, wouldn't turn on. Went on Walmart.com to print a return to store barcode. Because of Covid was just able to return pharmacy products to store 15 June 20. They couldn't accept the return. I called Walmart.com who contacted these fools and were told too late to return. Thankfully Walmart.comm ate the cost. Avoid this seller at all costs! They suck.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give them no stars, I would because 1 star is too generous. I wish I would have reviewed this company's website prior placing my order. Walmart needs to ban them from their website. My story is the same as ALL of the others!! Checked tracking which said my item was left on the doorstep. Not my doorstep!! My package was sent to a city 200 miles from my address. When I spoke to Walmart all they could do was refund my money.

When I opened the mailing package, the box of the thermometer was damaged. The directions said the thermometer needed 2 AA batteries, but only AAA batteries fit. After I had put the batteries in, it would not turn on. I have tried everything, pushing all the buttons and holding them down.

SOS.. Same ol' story. Thermometer showed up in a dinged up, crushed box. Specification on the box and the "instructions" are incorrect, claims to work with AA batteries, but only AAA fit. No joy on the darn thing working. I tried to take it back to the local WalMart store and was told that they could not take the product back as it is considered pharmaceutical. I tried the WalMart "Customer Service" number and was told that it would take at least 19 minutes before someone could help. I will protest the bill through my credit card company. If I could use a zero or negative number, I would. Very disappointed with WalMart over associating themselves with a company such as Walfront LLC. It's a front all right.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...item received wrapped in a Walmart grocery bag with duck tape and broken. I emailed them twice requesting return authorization and never received response. I finally got through to Walmart who refunded my purchase. They do not deserve one star.

Completely cheap, made in China garbage!! When I tried to return it through the Walmart app, I received no response from the vendor. I just had to send a threatening email in order to try to get someone's attention.

I ordered the FT-888. Only beeps loudly and displays a green screen with no verbiage. Can't get anyone to communicate with me via message, email, and they even hang up phone calls.

UPDATE: Well, well, It finally (mysteriously?) showed up on my porch today 5/18, four days after it was reported delivered in Clearlake Oaks, CA!??? Nothing changed on the tracking page either? Seems like they need some training on the shipping software or something??? Anyway, updating my rating to TWO stars... 1. I did finally get the product. 2. They were about $50 cheaper than the next guy. Previously --- Sounds like these guys have this scam down to a science... (Is this interstate mail fraud or something? Where's the FBI when they aren't chasing Trump???) Ship a small package to generate a tracking number (mine was a large item, FedEx shows a small box! when you dig in their website), after it gets close to the buyer change destination to some random address on the other side of the state to be delivered. No biggie, it was probably an empty box. Keep the money and file a claim with FedEx! Double Dip! I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card... Saved ALL emails & screen grabbed tracking info... Say La Vee! ;-/ p.s. That's a MINUS One Star Rating.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a forehead thermometer and it came in a smashed up package and the thermometer did not work. I tried several times to contact them through their web site and NO response. I called their phone (1 833 200-4905), there was music and then it hung up. This appears to be a SCAM organization. I called Walmart Service and they gave me the phone for their Internet Customer Service (1 800 966 6546), needless to say the hold time was 52 minutes. I have to call another day because of other commitments. Maybe I should stop doing business with the Walmart Internet. That is where the problem originated and they should be responsible for their suppliers. JDM on May 18, 2020

Oh how I wish I would have read these reviews. I figured if Walmart was letting them use their website it must be an upstanding company. That is WRONG. I too can't believe Walmart allows this company to be associated with the Walmart name. I ordered a health thermometer and it worked about 3 tries and have not gotten a correct temp since. Ridiculous. I have sent 4 emails and still waiting for a reply. At least Amazon stands behind their sellers. At least I haven't had a problem with them. I have a number to call got that from Walmart after I waited on the phone for 59 min. The representative was just not that into helping me but gave me a # and they are closed till Monday. Doubt they will answer tomorrow. We will see. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

2nd time over the last few years to order from them and both my packages mysteriously got delivered to addresses on the other side of the state. Fed Ex says it is this companies fault.

YES, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Walmart needs to ban them from their website. I purchased 50 pairs (100 pcs) of nitrile gloves 2 months ago. I received 25 pair and when Walmart Customer Service emailed the vendor on my behalf, they responded that the order is for 25 pair (50 pcs) which is not the case. I provided a copy of my order and asked for the rest of the order to be sent to me. Never happened and now no responses at all. Will follow up again with Walmart Customer Service.

Bought the Lyumo hand press punch machine to attach 1/2 in. grommets to tarps. Was very impressed with the machine itself, and the price was very good. Only problem is I can't use it. the necessary pieces to attach a 1/2 in. grommet to a tarp are missing.

Order Details #6892169004915 I just received WALFRONT 3 5 LCD Digital Video Door Viewer purchased at Wallmart ... and not satisfied with the item and manual: I. In the manual shown two horizontal slots in the mounting bracket and I received a bracket with one vertical slot ??? 2. In the manual instructed to remove the protective film from the screen and camera There is no protective film on-screen and camera in the received item....just a short piece of tape imitated a pul to remove film...... 3. I can not use any screw to fit it on my door! I have to cut the screw shorter to fit it... Did I receive a substandard item? What kind of quality is it? I need somebody from WALFRONT to explain

Purchased a food grinder which arrived missing parts and poor quality. Attempts to get a refund were rebuked. Instead they first offered me $5 and then $10. With the offer to keep the broken product and resell it on my own. Plus they have a 30 day return policy that only becomes apparent when you try to return item. No warning given at time of purchase. Walmart needs to get rid of thi seller

I purchased their LYUMO dog grooming professional trimmer on Walmart Canada. When I received the item, I realized that I can’t use the charger because it has a Euro plug on the power adapter. No where on the item description does it indicate that this trimmer has a Euro plug. They should not be allowed to sell their stuff in Canada at all,their customer service is horrible, I am fed up with being ripped off with overseas companies like these guys.
