I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this company. I ordered a wooden wine rack through Walmart.com and the measurements on the website were misleading. It did not fit in the space where I wanted it. Since then, they have updated their website and have a picture of the item with the measurements to clarify. I contacted them for a return and they tried to bribe me into keeping the item by saying they would refund $15. I declined and said I wanted to take it back to my local Walmart. I have an email from WL Depot saying I could take it back to the store. When I went to Walmart, they said they could not refund my card because they couldn't scan the item because this vendor was not an authorized Walmart vendor. The service manager called the 800 number for Walmart.com and the rep said Walmart would send it back to the 3rd party vendor, WL Depot so the local Walmart service manager was authorized to accept the return. Unfortunately, since they could not scan it, I only have a handwritten receipt. I have contacted customer service at Walmart twice and twice they have assured me that the vendor would resolve this issue. I returned this item to Walmart on October 21, 2020 and I am still fighting to get a refund. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and we will see what happens. Buyer Beware!

This company is a ripoff and a fraud . Never received my order and am still waiting for my refund . Been over a month . Discover is investigating ther practices .

Terrible, I ordered a desk/table, arrived cracked and broken in several places, when I contacted them they told me I was going to receive a 30$ credit and told me to fix it myself with superglue, its absurd

Bought a camping item through Wal Mart and need to return. But must go through this company. Not able to get any information to do so. Regrettably, I didn't know this when I purchased the item online. I no longer need the item, but can't return it. It's still in the box!

Please don't buy from this company. They create shipping labels to get your money then never ship your items. Scam!!!

Ordered a treadmill 2 days after the purchase I was notified it shipped, that was 11 days ago and according to the FedEx tracker the item has not even been picked up yet, this tells me its probably out of stock or backordered and they dont want to say so! I contacted Walmart they said to contact the vendor, so I emailed them they refunded me $15 like I give a crap about $15 I want what I paid for. They keep trying to blame FedEx for the delay but I think they are taking orders for merchandise they do not have on hand and just hoping no one says anything. This is ultimately Walmart's fault for doing business with such a shady outfit then just shrugging their shoulders when complaints come in. I only gave 1 star because their's no option for negative stars. This is the last time I will order from Walmart.com

I ordered the Jaxpety 12V Ride On Car Kids W/ MP3 Electric Battery Power RC Remote Control Red for my grandson’s birthday. It stated it would be here July 14th (his birthday is the 15th) but didn’t need it til his party which is the 18th. The tires and tires only arrived on the July 16th, called WL Depot the lady said oh yes the rest of your order is still here, I stated so if I had not called it would just sit there she said yes. Asked to speak to a manager she stated no managers are in due to COVID but yet she is in the office. The only thing I got was I’m sorry this happened. And I stated I wanted it shipped over night and she stated yes ma’am I will send and email and you will get a response in 24 hours. What good does that do if I want it overnighted so it would be here in time for my grandsons party!!!!!! I will make sure nothing is being sent from this company before ordering anything else!!!!

Gave one star, only because zero wasn’t an option. Bought the COZIWOW dog ramp. Description stated for dogs up to 200 pounds. Mine is a 90 pounds Pyrenees mix, and she’s also 14 years old. This ramp bowed with weight on it, and I won’t risk my senior fur baby being injured. Wish I had the reviews on this product before purchasing. Walmart wouldn’t give a refund, and after reading these reviews I’m not wasting my time calling. I won’t buy from this seller again and do NOT recommend this product.

I ordered a shed and it was not what I aspect and trying to return it lifted message no answer back yet I'm very unhappy.

I’ve been trying to return an item for 5 days. No contact from W L depot even after Walmart.com said they would contact in one business day. Now Walmart.com has me on hold for up to an hour. I would give zero stars if it was an option

Bought a shed from Walmart - only 1 or 2 boxes delivered. UPS said they only had 1 tracking, called W L Depot and the lady hung up on me after I told her what happened!

Tried to return a step bench to 2 Walmart stores, One said they don't have labels for a third party seller, I went to another Walmart and told they don't accept returns from a third party seller. I did an online return and rec'd an email from Walmart that the seller would contact me in 1 day, never rec'd any thing from this seller. Trying again to contact the seller and got another formatted response from Walmart that the seller would contact me in 1 day.

Ordered the Jaxpety nightstands set of 2 and it came completely damaged. Sent photos to customer service as requested and they wrote back saying they will refund me 30 dollars and if I could super glue and paint it lol wow! I spent 90 dollars on these and was expecting to come fully in tact since that is what I paid for. Now it is crickets when waiting for a reply on my return lable. Do not order from this seller!

I ordered a microwave cart from the Walmart web site it was a Jax Perty brand it was not as expected I would like to return it as it was missing parts

I ordered a tv stand thru Walmart.com on Dec 7, 2020. W L Depot created a shipping label for Fedex and marked it "shipped". As of today, Dec 17th 2020 Fedex has not received the item. Called Walmart customer service today to cancel the order. Based on reviews from other purchasers of goods sold by W L Depot, I have canceled my order at bWalmart and the representative told me to expect a refund in 3-5 days. Time will tell but based on my experience so far I would NOT recommend buying any product involving W L Depot.

Literally the worse customer service ever. I spoke to Brian who was a complete asshole. He hung up the phone on me multiple times while I was trying to ask questions regarding my order. He does not deserve to work in customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order with them!!!!

I ordered jexpety jeep over a month ago as a Christmas present for my grandson. I emailed the company several times regarding my purchase and the arrival date.. I was initially told that my purchase would arrive on December 9th. .I received box 1 of 2 a couple of days before Christmas ..Still haven't received the tires for jeep.. Customer service is blaming the delay on COViD.. I will never purchase anything from wal mart website again..Amazon will have all my business from now on

Rate them a zero! Ordered a Tobbi ride on Jeep and it was mailed in 2 separate orders (late) and with no owners manual called Walmart. Com that I wanted to return it or if they can email me or send the owners manual just to make sure everything was correct with all the wires.. 2 1/2 weeks later never heard from them , so I went into Walmart to return my item had to argue with customer service there to be able to return it there. Ok to receive the return they told me it was going to take another 2 weeks . I did receive the refund but not my complete refund, they don’t want to refund me the warranty that I had purchased for the tobbi Jeep.. so I will NEVER purchase with them again..Rip off!!!

Wish I would have read these reviews sooner. Definitely not buying from them again. My ítem arrived broken. Walmart won’t take it back. And WL Depot wants me to send pictures of the item to see if they will refund me. So complicated.

Ordered a Tobbi pack-N-play for my infant daughter and now that I unpacked it and set it up the threading is loose on the sides, the trifold is broken from one side which is surprising because I thought pack-n-plays contained wood planks with a thin soft padding but this one feels thin and seems like there’s absolutely no padding just by feeling it through the fabric. unfortunately I can’t use this, babies don’t deserve products like these!!! Currently waiting for a reply about manufacture information.
