Walmart you know better than to allow this person to tarnish your reputation. Get them off your sellers account. I buy an Apple Watch and it still had all the precious owner’s information on it and I can not access the watch nor pair it to my phone. You suck! And don’t worry about the rating cause I would have gave you any stars.

Wrong products and damaged , no attention to they customers service to resolve customers problems

Recently I bought a Samsung galaxy note 8. Since Vovoya is a certified seller of Walmart that gave me the confidence to buy with them, to my surprise the phone came with a broken camera and malfunction with a hotspot. I contacted them by email, their response was "sorry there is nothing we can do" I can believe Walmart has approved a "certified·" seller like this. You get one star because I have to give you one

They are unresponsive. Emailed them Friday morning —it’s Monday evening & no response yet. They send me a damage iwatch. It even had the previous owners email, text messages, photos etc information on the watch. I was not able to reset the settings. Will never order from them again. The hassle is not worth it.

watch came locked into someone else's account and would not allow for a factory reset. No way to use it because it wouldn't hook up to new iTunes account. Isn't that a basic of "refurbishing" a piece of tech, making sure the damn thing works as intended ? call the support and they said email support only. wasted time and $$

I purchased a “scratch and dent” Apple Watch series 3 cellular from these guys... when it arrived it was in demo mode with no way to get it out of it. ie it was a completely useless watch. Upon further research I discovered that when you receive a watch in demo mode it usually means that the watch was STOLEN FROM AN APPLE STORE... Pretty shady if you ask me. I am coming for you Vovoya. You will not get away with this one.

I received one of your phones (iphone 8)- purchased through walmart.com as a gift. The phone was advertised as new and on the box says 'fully functioning'. Too bad that it wasn't. Ended up having to call Apple, which to no avail, then hand to wait another week to get an appointment at the Apple store for them to run a hardware diagnostic. It ended up being the front right speaker- which means I would need a WHOLE NEW PHONE. Imagine my surprise! And when I called to tell the company, the message was about Covid and how we have to email them. Which I did on a Monday- didn't hear back until Wednesday evening, after hours at 6:28pm ET. Saying that since it was after the 30 day return window they can't refund me. How convenient. Sell a product under false advertising and then say you can't refund. Perfect to scam people out of their money.

Beware of ordering refurbished phones from this company. They will sell you phones and not inform you that it will come without a SIM card. Now I can’t set up my daughters phone.

Im terrified for my future package based on the reviews I just read on this page about the company Vovoya Inc. I hope that everyone on this page got what they payed for and ordered. It is crazy that the company has 1.1 out of 5 stars on the as a whole but are still able to work with and threw Walmart, and Amazon as well. This is horrible and I pray that everyone finds a peace of mind from their negative experiences given by the company Vovoya Inc.

I just got an iPhone for my daughter it run slow it don’t allow her to download YouTube, or let up update and the sim don’t read . I should of looked them up before I order the phone

I purchased refurbished iPad 4, received it in days, just thrown in a padded envelope. I couldn’t down load certain live Shows as it said it wasn’t campatable. When I went back on my recent purchase and clicked on my iPad, it was far cheaper within days, and was another company. I ended up returning it 2 weeks later still no refund which was returned in the same state only 4 hrs drive. After 2 weeks I contacted Walmart they sent my email over to them they never responded , I sent another one to Walmart they contacted the company again. They finally responded saying they were sorry and my refund was on it’s way. They sent $30 less then I paid. I contacted them and was told it was a restocking fee. I’m waiting on Walmart to look into this. Now I see it’s a different company now. They are scam artists. They got their product I want my $32

The mistake I made is that I didn't read review here before I ordered a phone from it. The iPhone 6s i got is useless and the battery is dead. I don't understand why Walmart allows them to sell from WalMart platform. It really hurts the reputation of this platform. Looks like I am not the only victim. I have to add my comment here. Very bad experience !

THEY SUCK!! I ordered their product from Walmart, 3 refurbished iPads for a certain amount of money. I only received one of the three, I emailed them to let them know that I haven't received my other items and asked when should i receive them or a refund back? They told me that I didn't order that from them and I should talk to Walmart. I told them that I already talked to Walmart and they told me that I ordered from this company and they said there is nothing that they can do to help me.

Total Rip Off is right. Never ever buy anything from this company. Worse company in the world. I was sold a defective apple watch that I was never able to pair with the new phone that I bought. No one answers the phone. No response on extended warranty. To be honest I would not even give them 1 star . A negative 10 Stars is more like it.

Follow up review regarding this company. I received an unlocked phone, Samsung, prior to Christmas to give as a gift. Arrived scratched, not in factory box and obviously refurbished which was nowhere on the WalMart site. Immediately sent email questionnaire to their customer service address. It is now 05January without a response. Why WalMart continues to do business with this company defies logic.

Ordered a Samsung phone via the Walmart website. When phone arrived it was scratched and obviously not a new phone. Nowhere on Walmart's site did it mention the item as being not new or refurbished. First and last order from this vendor

Horrible company with horrible customer service. I ordered two iPads for Christmas. When they arrived one didn’t even work and we didn’t even bother with the second one. They will not allow us to return and will not email back. I’d give zero stars if possible. What a joke of a company!

Scratched/scraped/missing paint on top, side & bottom of phones edges. Hole with glass missing at bottom edge (on screen), small but noticeable & could probably slice your finger. It doesn’t really affect the portion of the screen that lights up but it’s there nonetheless. If the screen had been replaced & a color corrector of some sort had been used for the scrapes & missing paint I would have no complaints but for over $300 i just can’t bring myself to keep it because a new screen alone would run me about the same as the phone itself. (& once it has one hole or crack it’s more likely to crack easier if you drop it or something after the fact in my experience). If anyone reads this and is wondering whether or not to make the purchase with this seller, I’d say go for it. As long as you accept ahead of time that there may be noticeable cosmetic damages. I, however, will be making a return unfortunately.

Walmart said my package was coming today and now it’s 8:30 and nothing came. I looked at the tracking, and it said it’s clear out in Kentucky. I live in Utah!! Wtf

I did not know that Wal-mart went through a different company for their computers and after reviewing the reviews I can see why I’m having problems getting a hold of anybody!!! This pisses me off!!

I order a product from you company and tried to exchange it at Walmart for a newer iPad and I could because the SR# on the box doesn't match the iPad I was sent ... it's off two letters. I will be disputing this through my credit card company, if I have any problems getting my money back. Walmart way are you still using this company???

Yea I ordered a Samsung Galaxy smartphone it has not worked correctly yet I can't make calls I can't get on apps for more than 10 minutes without dropping Internet connection and of course, I'm just being the outside of my 30-day return policy when this company choice to reply. Vovoya Inc. is the worst! is a straight scam! do not order from them you will be so sorry. Walmart I'm going back to Amazon 'cause you're using people like this, I can't trust this is very poor judgment allowing this vendor to continuously scam unsuspecting people who think they are ordering from WALMART.

I ordered an item from this vender (iPhone X) and it was never shipped, never delivered however I was still charged. I have called this company, emailed this company and have revived NO response. This is criminal to charge for an item that you don't ship, then ignore the customer. I will continue to take action for this criminal offence. PLEASE, do not use this company. Shame on you Walmart for using this company on your website, your customers deserve better.

I’ve bought a Samsung galaxy a 11 and can’t use it on any network... I’ve spent 300 dollars on different carriers and sims and plans and the phone connects to only a 3G network and disconnects... I’ve had my phone for over a month and the company decides to email me back finally... to tell me absolutely nothing just that my phone works on neither carrier and I had to contact Samsung itself! You definitely suck!!!!! Don’t ever purchase anything from these ppl

I bought a use ipad from Vovoya Inc through Walmart. It took almost 2 months to come. It has sand under the screen and the corners of the screen lift off the pad. I called and asked for a replacement. The person who answered said send an email. I did three times with no response. I am sending the ipad back and refusing the payment through my credit card. I believe their delay tactic have something to do with the time limit on credit card disputes. Very disappointed.

WORTHLESSNESS in customer service! I have tried six times to reach them by phone at two different numbers (No answer to my messages), I have emailed them at least four times, I begged for help in my review on Walmart .com (Hello?? Is anybody there?? DO you even read those reviews? ), I even sent Voyoya Inc. a Certified Letter, which they signed for, so I know they received it in early March..... ALL THIS TO NO AVAIL! Wal Mart, you need to dump this seller or be willing to respond to your customers. Now I am stuck with an IPAD I can't use with no way to get my money back. I have never dealt with such a SHAM OF A COMPANY! And apparently I am not the only unsatified customer . Wake up Walmart!

I ordered two iPhone XR, They have never been shipped, Walmart told me to wait two days after delivery expected date. I waited only a day and was told wal mart had to contact this company and they would have to contact me back. Vovoya did reach back out to me to claim that fedex had my phones and they have opened a claim. They told me that I would have to call my bank to dispute my transaction. I was so upset I called Walmart back after 3-4 calls Walmart finally refunded me ‘ thank goodness’ but tagged a note on each item (can be donated, kept or discarded ) as if I am ever going to see this items. Could this be tax right off fraud?? Shame Shame!!

I tried to get my phone fix by them then left with a piece of paper that states to send it back them and they will replace it only to find out they ripped me off and now Im out of money and phone This BS and ridiculous how a business can stay open after ripping people off.. I still want my money back or I will take some drastic measurements as to sue this place. I cant even rate because they are liars.

We received the phone we purchased today in a stapled at top fed ex envelope. The side of fed ex envelope was completely opened on one end and the phone the box was in had water stains and the box itself was crushed.

Ipad I purchased was listed as it was new. I recieved it and it is used with scratches on the screen and some scuffs on the back. Somewhat disappointed, but I'll see how it goes.

DO NOT SHOP AT VOVOYA INC. I purchased an Iphone and received it in 4-days when I ordered 2-day shipping. To top it off, when I received cell phone in the mail, it was completely shattered and I had no way of using until I went in to another vendor for a screen repair. Also, I received a charger but the charger box was completely defective as well. I do not know how companies like this are in business but I am sure that it won't be for much long. 0/5 rating.

This seller has very poor customer service. I tried calling the seller, and when they answered I got just an annoyed "Hello?" After I had to confirm I was speaking with Vovoya, I explained I got an iPad "not as described" which was supposed to be "like new" and it had scratches across the front crystal. They blamed it on a mistake on their part and would give me a $20 refund, but were not willing to exchange it. I took the refund, and got $18.45 back. When I contacted the seller again on why I didn't get the full $20, they said there would be some other credit coming in the form of a Tax refund. Well, it's been over a week and several emails later I'm no longer getting responses from Vovoya and it seems I'm not getting the full $20 refund as promised. So I ended up with an iPad not as described and a refund not as promised. And, dead silence now from their customer service. I would caution anyone from doing business with this company, which seems fly-by-night since their email is not even a company email, but a generic free gmail address.

purchased an iPhone 8 from Walmart through VOVOYA INC, in July 2021. The phone came locked. I Could not immediately get a hold of representative, When I did( after two days) VOVOYA INC told me to take the device to apple to get it unlocked, I did Apple reset the IPhone to factory reset I did not want any more headaches so I returned the iPhone to Walmart who eventually give me a refund. Only to be harassed and threatened by VOVOYA Inc. to remove the Lock which I could not have because I did not put it there. VOVOYA, INC Got my info from Walmart and they Scammed me out of $200. The phone was $129,00 . They should be Sent to Jail....

I purchased an iPhone a few months ago. The phone stopped working all of a sudden. I tried to call seller several times, no answer. I sent emails, no answer. I finally got through and they were no help. The lady that answered was very rude and hung up on me after asking to speak with someone else. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Product are defective!

Purchased a refurbished iPhone 8. I called apple to have them help me figure out what was wrong with phone. I was told by apple return phone now, it’s defective. When I ran this by Vovoya, they said you're one day late on warranty!! Too bad, we can’t help you! “You bought insurance get them to fix it”.
