Horrible experience with this company. They shipped the wrong item and then I had to pay shipping back to them to get a partial refund. I would never do business with a company like this again. Their better business bureau rating is D+ and here's what it says on the website: "Since November 2016, the BBB Houston began receiving several complaints that are continuing to exhibiting the follow pattern into 2020. According to the consumer’s disputes, AmiVentures, Inc. and its related companies (Virventures) sell products through the Walmart.com web-site as a third party vendor. Complaints state products purchased based on the picture and description, are not what is received. Consumers state there is no way to contact the seller to dispute the purchase through the site. Complaints also state when they are able to reach the company, they receive poor customer service. Consumers stated, when the wrong product is received, an exchange or refund will not be processed until the wrong product is returned. They also stated difficulty in returning products and getting refunds in a timely manner."

I would never purchase another product from this company through Walmart. The electric heater that I purchased was not suitable for my outdoor space. I was encouraged to return it which I did, I was informed after the company received the product that I would not be refunded my purchase price given that it had been used! With every email correspondence I was asked to have a nice day!

DO NOT order from this company. I’m trying to return a product and with no success.I have sent emails and tried calling. I just want to return my item for a refund or replacement. One star only because I had to.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered my fireplace console via Walmart.com. Item was never received and bogus tracking number. Walmart.com customer service said the funds will be back on my card in about 4 days. I hope so...

Horrible exeperience with Virventures . I get an email saying item was delivered . never received it . When I tracked the order number , it said it went to MI , USA and received by the customer but I live in Canada. The date was inconsistent too. Very very shady business. Thieves! I am not after Walmart to get my money back. I will send this review to Walmart. They should stop doing business with it. And track them down

SCAMMERS!!!! SCAMMERSI!!!!! lost 300$ with this people the item never arrived there is no way to make a claim costumer service its almost unreachable and after 3 months they reply telling me that i have contacted the wrong sellers SCAMMERS!!!!!!! I am not buying on WAL-MART.COM EVER AGAIN THEY HAVE NO CLAIM AREA!!!!

Warning: Do Not do business with this company. They are not reachable via phone or email. Answers are automated and do not pertain to the question at hand. It took me 3 weeks for a confirmation of a cancellation of an order. It should get NO stars

Horrible experience and cant get anyone to answer the phone or reply to an email regarding my package that was ordered thru walmart.com order # 4162053-417380 that ended up at someones front porch in New Jersey when I live in Bonne Terre Missouri....quite a difference in location! haven't gotten a response from usps yet either regarding the situation so i dont know which of the 3 entities i should be more angry at walmart, usps, or virventures

HORRIBLE is a understatement for this sorry company. Ordered a blue tooth speaker that won’t even charge. Called company can never get a person to speak with. Will NEVER deal with them again!!!

I advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to NOT order from this company! Incompetent seller, and customer service is a disgrace. Never answer emails, and forget about phoning them! The mail box is always full.

Ordered a tv got a bluetooth multimedia something or other!! don"t want it can't use it !! Checked reviews and was shocked at the reputation that I saw. Why is Walmart selling through them? Our local manager was concerned and is checking into the matter.

Absolutely scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY OFFER. Will issue bogus tracking to collect on order and NEVER reply to any calls, robo customer service line too. Just take your $ and flush it rather than give it to this company. Walmart and others should lock them out as a seller NOW

Bought bean bag chairs through zeal-Mart for Christmas. They were poor quality and uncomfortable. Reached out to seller and he said I’d have to pay for shipping to return items and s 20% restocking fee. He then said it would be easier for “both of us” if he offered me $13 after I spent $120 for both chairs. Lousy customer service.

I cannot believe Walmart is working with this terrible company. These people are selling bags of Scotts mulch 2 cu ft. for 33.47 each. after I bought this product and realized it was not nearly enough. I looked for more locally and it was being sold at Ace hardware at 4.99 per bag. this is price gouging at its worst as we are in middle of pandemic and as elderly people we cant get out to buy for ourselves, so we ordered it for delivery. Shame on you for taking advantage of people when times are so bad!!! and shame on Walmart for working with you!!

placed an order which had 2 parts. first part delivered fine, second part delivered to a different state. Sent several e-mails and no reply at all. Walmart not handling the customer service, which is very disappointing. Feel like it will take months to get a credit.

I have 3 different phone numbers for Virventures and have called all 3 of them 6 times a day, throughout the day, for the last 8 days and every time all I get is a recording saying “sorry this mailbox is full”. The control unit for our chair lift has stopped working (only 7 months old, and still under warranty) and the manufacturer says we have to go through the seller for a replacement. Hard to get a replacement when they don’t answer the phone. It wasn’t cheap through them but we thought since it was a Walmart vendor it would be a safe buy: WRONG!!! We will definitely never use them again and recommend no one else does either. I would give them a ZERO if it was an option. Walmart: what are you thinking for using a vendor such as they are!?!

This Company is a SCAM!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU WALMART!!!! for partnering with VirVentures and not giving us (your customers) the TRUTH about this company-such as we will never receive are purchases, the company will never answer the phone, absolutely NO tracking # for purchases-of course not-THERE GHOSTS-Sooooo upset and disappointed. I am fortunate to work for a big company in a 3 building attachment-SO I HAVE PASSED MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with VirVentures to a extreme multiple amount of people to pass the word and stay very clear away from these SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! There is enough bad in the word right now, we do not need are hard earned money taken from also SHAME ON YOU VirVentues!!!!!!

I order online all the time and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I can’t believe Walmart is connected with a sham like VIRVENTURES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never order anything again. Have been trying for 3 days to contact them and no luck.

Will NOT order from Vir Ventures again! It's been 3 months and I still have not received the item. They charged my credit card a week after my order. Customer service is non-existent. No response to emails, calls, or through Walmart.

ordered a sauna from them before I read the reviews. less than 24 hrs I cancelled. They told me refund is not guaranteed if it's been processed or shipped. I said neither has happened. They stalled for 4 more days with no response, other than they were working on it. I contacted the supplier of the sauna told them what was happening, they told me immediatly I can cancel because they have not shipped and not to worry because they won't ship. If not for the supplier being on my side I would not have been able to cancel. Many reviews says they don't cancel and allow the item to be shipped so that they can charge 25% in restocking fees to make money. I'm lucky, it worked out for me. Never again!

I purchased a product on Amazon. It took forever to get delivered to me. In the meantime, I bought something else locally. VirVentures was terrible about returning the produce. I never opened the package and sent it via FedEx. First, they didn’t issue my refund and I had to go through Amazon Customer Care to get the ball rolling to get my refund after several weeks. Then, the refund was much less than what I paid for the product. They claimed that it was used or damaged upon arrival. I literally sent the box back unopened in perfect condition and they refused to return my money. I asked them specifically what was wrong with the item and they could not answer my question. What a ripoff! I’m out $120 just because I tried to go with the least expensive listing. Won’t do that again!

This Vir Ventures company is a joke. I ordered patio furniture covers that did not meet the product description back in early June. It is now October and I am still waiting for the RMA email to return. Just contacted company again for the 20th time and same story. I have now begun to contact BBB due to fact this is consumer fraud. You can not take money that does not belong to you. I have also contacted the legal team at Class Action to see about a lawsuit? Somebody needs to stop a company like this.
