I wanted to buy the tartar remover but after reading these reviews I'm afraid to trust this company.

I am giving a one star review bc of inability to get a refund. I sent away over 3 months ago to get a roll of elastic to make masks. It never showed. I have asked for a refund, after asking for 2 months where it was. I understand the covid disaster could have been at fault. That doesn't matter now though. I don't need the product anymore, bc I went elsewhere after waiting for so long. Now, am being refused to refund, told I have to keep waiting for a product that has been lost for over a month and I don't want anymore. They continue to send me emails to keep waiting. I want my money back. It is 24 dollars, for elastic , that I don't want anymore.

I ordered TRX Exercise Bands 2 weeks ago, and for the past week it just says "item delayed, check back later". I am asking for a refund. I should have bought them somewhere else. Terrible service.

Sent me wrong color of elastic . Wanted to see pictures of it. Does not answer emails very fast and wants to give me $2.00 refund then a $5.00 refund,I said no I want the correct product. Have not heard from them for 3 weeks now. Walmart has to see all of the bad reviews but still uses them ad a third party seller. Wish there was a zero star rating

Our item was to be delivered by July 29, 2020, we emailed on July 30th about shipping which said it was still waiting acceptance & they asked us to give them 8 days to check transportation! Now when we check the shipping it says item delayed! We sent another email on Aug. 3 asking to just re ship our item & they said give them 8 more days to check transportation, the exact same email as the 1st!!! We just got tired of the waiting & asked for a full refund & now they won’t answer any emails!!! Our item was a training collar for our dog, we ordered & chose 2 day shipping because we needed it right away & still haven’t received it & now can’t get a refund!!! Walmart should NOT let them sell their items from their Market Place!!!

I placed an order from this company one month ago. I ordered the Xpreen Pen and have contacted this company many, many, MANY times to find out where my order is. They tell me to be patient. One whole month and I have not received this item. They are in California and I am in North Carolina. I could have driven there and back and picked up my order quicker than the time it is taking this company to get an order to me. After reading the above review, I guess if I ever receive it, it won't work. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered an Xpreen Professional Mole Removal Pen from the WalMart website in the beginning of May. I received it about two weeks later and found that it did not work at all. The charger is good, but the unit WILL NOT charge or turn on. I immediately called the service number and spoke with a representative who could not give me the contact number for the sender, but told me that he communicated with them. I have waited patiently for more than the one week I was told to expect a return call from the sender. Since I have not heard from Vinsic at all and cannot return this to WalMart since they are not the principal sender, it seems that I am our my $40 and a working product. I say that if you want to order from the WalMart site, DO NOT order anything from VINSIC or you may get stuck with a totally unusable product that has no return address. Needless to say that my anticipation has turned to ire.
