I ordered 7 sets of Christmas pajamas on December 3, 2020. I received them on January 6, 2021, I returned them on January 7, 2021 they received them on January 14, 2021. I no longer needed them since Christmas was over and we did not get out family Christmas picture taken, now my mother-in-law is knocking on Heavens doors, because the shipper chose to use the cheapest shipping possible and USPS is a joke. Today this day I have not received my refund of $180.00+. They don't answer their phone nor do they respond to emails.

I will never order anything else from Viking Glory Products Inc. Again. My order is over due and the order I placed now says it is delayed. What the h*ll is going on. The rating is not even 1 star.

I placed an order the first of December for my family pajama's and have never received them. All I have heard from them is DELAYED. I order from Walmart before and was satisfied with my order and I thought there wouldn't be a problem. Well Walmart has lost my business and next Christmas I will remember how I was treated this year. My daughter and I had to run out on Christmas Eve to finds some pajama's to keep our tradition. Thanks but no thanks for lousy business.

Like other reviews.... delay, delay, delay! Ordered Dec 18, was supposed to be delivered 12/31, still no package. Held up in Indiana somewhere since January 4 - today is January 12TH. Pathetic!!

Ordered item Nov 27, never received item. Walmart should hang their head in shame for dealing with this lousy company.

Company is a scam dropshipper. Fraud transactions. Will take money; never provide a product, uses fake shipping labels printed in a completely different state. Phone number doesn’t go to a business. Company addresses dont seem to exist.

Company is a scam, Walmart needs to stop advertising their products. This company takes your money but do not send you anything, from November 2020 to now it’s still saying delay for shipping status and if you search the tracking number it tells you that no label was created. I contacted the company and they told me that I already got the product and they can not offer me a refund. I would give 0 stars.
