Never heard back from this seller

These people deserve NO stars . Not only would they refuse to provide me a good phone number nor an address to issue a refund but they’re a scam! The person “crystal” who answered my email was unprofessional. She tried to tell me how I can get rid of the chair but did not offer a refund. Her responses were always after normal business hours. Something is off about this so called “business”. DO NOT BUY from them!

Fake Best Choice

Very unprofessional!! I asked for a refund and they begged me to keep it because they can not send me my money back! They argued back n forth with me telling me to give it to a friend or sell the item!! SMH NEVER AGAIN!!!!! They do not even deserve a star at all!

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not buy!! Bad product and THE WORST customer service ever!! They aren’t located in the US so it’s been a pain to return this thing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Walmart needs to stop supporting such horrible vendors for their US based customers!! Walmart isn’t helping me at all. If they’re going to support the 3rd party seller over their customers then why would we shop there? Giving a star cause the process requires me to. They do not deserve any stars.

Scam company. Won’t let you return even though it says free returns. Never will buy from them again. So difficult to communicate with and very unprofessional

If I could rate this company in the negative, I would. My mother ordered a gift for me for my housewarming and never received it. FedEx returned it back to the warehouse. Suddenly they don’t have a warehouse for returns and only offered me back 80 dollars back when it was almost double that amount for the purchase. How is it my fault you guys don’t have a warehouse for returns? Get it together and stop scamming innocent people.

Ordered jewel box from Wal-Mart.com got package from vik tech said China on box was fake wood all crooked and no customer service number..co that produces this product hives and honey is in Texas and tags there products..no tag all chipped and different colors of fake wood..some anniversary gift..

This company is a fraud,I am stopping payment on my credit card as I have had no response on how to return an item. Do not order from this compay

Bought a filing cabinet from Vik Tech via Walmart. Once it arrived I saw that it was difficult( at least for me) to install. Attempted to return the product and had a TERRIBLE experience.

Bought a couch and loveseat from this company. Worst couch and loveseat ever. Even though it says free returns they would not let me return it. So difficult to communicate with. Scam company.

Buyers DON'T ORDER ANYTHING THRU THIS COMPANY... They always send fake products and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

These people are beyond words. The last email they sent me making fun of my cancelation request was the last straw. I have reported them to Walmart and my Legal Team and are considering legal action for harrasment and fraud.

Terrible customer service will not take returns.

Horrible scam setup. I was sent recliner that wasn't what I purchased. It was way lesser and damaged to boot. Customer service does not exist from what I can see. No one has contacted me back and now this becomes a job to return a chair I didn't order.
