Sellers contact number for customer service is not an actual number. Had to do an intensive internet search to find an actual contact number which ultimately goes directly to someone's cell phone. Whomever answered (did not answer as a customer service rep) was surprised by my call and couldn't help me as they indicated they weren't working right now (it is 3:30 pm EST). The sellers info says they strive for great customer service, not sure how that is even possible since they don't have an actual customer service number or dedicated employee.

0 star!!! I ordered a item from this retailer on Walmart.com.after two days I got a email that showing I made a request to cancel my order? ?I never request a cancellation!! I guess because the low price they canceled my order by themselves!!but they shouldn’t saying that I was requested a cancellation myself !! A dishonest company!!

An item I ordered was never delivered even though it said it was. Walmart gave me a refund and THIS company emailed me demanding I return the item I never received even after I informed them I never received it. They were rude and never acknowledge that I never received the item I ordered

Lousy terrible service. Will never use or recommend again. Never got my product, no message re the cancellation and did not get a refund. Product over $100.Never any response. Doesn't deserve even a 1 start but the damn site won't let you state 0 or non or not rated. It's all a scam and fraud and should be out of business.

I placed an order through Walmart for 2 identical items. It said it would take a 3-4 weeks to arrive which was fine because I didn’t need them right away. Well one came 2 days later with Amazon packaging and over a month later the 2nd one still hadn’t arrived. I contacted this seller via the Walmart site and the response the seller gave me was that it was already delivered. To boot, the tracking number on the second package lead to a shipper called Bluecare Express and the shipper said they couldn’t find the package because the seller provided an invalid tracking number. I still haven’t received the 2nd item and will be requesting a refund. From what I can tell from other reviews, I shouldn’t hold my breath.
