Imogen is a bunch of foreigners that need deported from the US and Walmart needs to deport this fraudulent company . I am sending this to www.ripoffreport.com and the BBB. If I can find am address for this company the state attorney general will be getting an email as well.

Why doesn't WALMART drop this Seller. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REFUND FOR MONTHS, THEY NEVER RESPOND NOR DOES WALMART. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WALMART ON LINE...

FRAUD WARNING--- Ordered in April and still no product. Complaints get lost in the Walmart automated system. Very surprised that WALMART continues to allow this supplier to be in their system. Otherwise , WALMART gets five stars for on line ordering. Amazon gets four stars.

Ripped off sense July . Same issues tracking says waiting on supplier! Can’t get a refund! No response from anyone! Fraud don’t use them! I would not give them a rating they are crooks. Sure quick to bill you! Beware

Ripped off by them in July, now I can't even get a response from Walmart.com. Walmart is bad about telling people they'll contact the 3rd party and they don't, they just tel you that to get off the line from you. I told the last person I wanted to stay on the line while they called. So she called them and "Oh wow what a surprise! She couldn't reach them either! Walmart sucks as bad as they do! Until I hear from one of the companies they both get 1 star

I should have checked the reviews. Said shipped. No product. USPS tracking says waiting for product. Now must get it on Amazon.

Terrible service...says shipped Aug 28 now it's Oct 1st and still no product has arrived.

Same opinion as others on this feed. Order was placed in July and here it is almost November with no response from them. I also hope Walmart will take them off their supplier list as they are a sham company.

Do not order from this seller!!!! Wasted a lot of time and phone calls , says shipped then you hear nothing and seller does not respond at all you call and it’s nothing but advertisements one after another so DO NOT ORDER !!!!!

Why are the still allowed to sell on Walmart? They say they shipped the item, the Post Office waits for the item and they never receive it. What a scam. Walmart refunded my money but a month wasted waiting for a product I needed.

WOW! I wish I would have read reviews of the seller before placing an order! Just like everyone else, get a shipping notification but it never updates and says waiting on package from seller. EXTREMELY disappointing Wal-Mart allows this seller to remain on their site after all these reviews claiming the same thing.

I ordered 2 signal mirrors from this company via Walmart.com. They missed the delivery date of Aug 24th and tracking shows that the items were never delivered to the USPS. Call to the number listed for the company online give me a recording "Press any key to enter for a $100 Walmart Gift Card" scam. I blame Walmart for this BS. They were all to quick to cancel the order and return my money instead of solving the issue. This Imogen Medical Parts is not a real company. Talk about Fake. Thank you Walmart for your amazing service. I will stick with Amazon and Ebay. A One Star rating is one star above what the rating should be.

My order was marked "shipped" and payment was made, but USPS never received the package, tracking only states "delayed". I have made several attempts to contact the seller with no success. 25 days after ordering, USPS has still not received the package and I have not received a word or a refund from the seller. THIS SELLER SHOULD BY ALL MEANS BE AVOIDED!!!

This is a scam company. You will not receive the item you ordered. I ordered on August 10, received notification they "shipped" my item on August 19th and to date have yet to see the item. The provided tracking number says a USPS label was printed but that does not mean the package was delivered to the postal service as there is no scan from the receipt of the actual package. They do not respond to messages requesting an update. Walmart should remove them from their marketplace. I would rate them 0/5 if I could.

This company is a fraud. They bill your credit card but do not ship items. They are thieves.

What is Wrong with Walmart? This Imogen company is worthless...I told them to stop using them as a vendor...PLEASE be warned...everyone that has written a review about not receiving product and wasting time is tell the TRUTH...Not even a 1 STAR...8/11/20

Never got the product after 2 months. They did not respond to multiple emails and had to go back to the primary company Walmart, to get my money back. I did send a letter to Walmart saying.....GET AWAY from this crappy little company.....they are worthless.
