Very dishonest! Never shipped item. Then told me I had to find it with FedEx before they give a refund. FedEx says they only created a label, never shipped it. They then ask i wait 3 more days, then 3 more days the following day, all while saying it will arrive by Christmas, which is now 3 days away. It "shipped" on the 9th without every actually moving. 13 days is enough time for an item to be delivered when it's only 2 hours away. Avoid this company like a plague. They lie, deflect, and then ignore you when you have them cornered as a result of their lies.

I ordered a gaming desk for my son, expected delivery was for December 23rd, first I got an email saying fedex had issues so their using ups and ups only said label created, today I check the status and now it’s saying it was voided! I am beyond upset. I tried calling the number and it is not in service

I ordered a trampoline in November, asked for it before Christmas, still have not received it. They told me to call FedEx to refuse the package. Worst people. Walmart uses these horrible services. So sad

i ordered a computer desk for my boyfriend for Christmas on the 1st and it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th, every time i check the tracking number it says pending.

HORRIBLE!!!! We surprised my daughter with a vanity for Christmas only to discover upon opening it that the vanity arrived DAMAGED. When I called Walmart for the exchange I got a run around. “I needed to communicate with the vendor “ THE VENDOR WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!! The wanted to refund me $50 and asked that I send the item back!!!!! WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT! I DONT WANT YOUR DAMAGED ITEM I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!! My next step is the Better Business Bureau!

BUYER BEWARE PLEASE After speaking with someone in the company, even worse customer service. They wanted me to keep the destroyed desk and only refund $5 of the $99.86.

Worst company ever!!!!! Walmart is stupid for allowing you guys to scam people through their website. I ordered a Christmas gift for my sister and they only refunded less then half of what I paid! I'm reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau! Your scamming people out of Christmas gifts/ MONEY!!!!! & on top of that the item was previously returned BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED via Walmart records!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back he full amount ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the modern gaming desk from them. Arrived damaged and had to print return label and bring back to FedEx ASAP Not only did I request a return through Walmart.com, I also made a request to my credit card as I received this email 10 hours after my package was delivered, DAMAGED. "Sorry for your long time waiting.Could you please accept $5 refund and you do not need to send it back?You can still keep the product, enjoy its convenience and modern look."- Verde Bishop

I ordered a gaming desk for my son on 12/7/2020 and was billed on 12/8/2020. The product was never delivered. on 12/24, I received a poorly written email stating that due to some sort of traffic accident, the product was unavailable and sold out, thus it they could not fulfill the order. Supposedly it was referred back to Walmart.com. I have since requested that Walmart.com pursue a refund on my behalf. They were marginally helpful, online, but ask me to wait 48 hours for a response. They also said that I would receive a confirmation email from them (Walmart.com help) referencing our online conversation. I have yet to receive it. If I do not receive proper follow up by tomorrow, I will contact my credit card company to pursue a fraud investigation.
