We got broke DVDs which we couldn't return at store and by the time we found out the date for return had passed, terrible!!!

We had issues with 3 out of the 9 seasons and 1 movie, got 1,2,3,5 replaced which was awesome. We get to season 6, not even 5 min in and brand new disc is skipping and freezing. Im so pissed off. 100 bucks just gone. I give one star since they did replace what we knew wouldnt work, but now there is nothing we can do, how do you expect us to watch all 9 seasons and a movie in the time alloted to return.

Total Garbage! ordered product in the 18th paid $19.99 for expedited shipping no updates until the day before it arrives and that’s to tell me it won’t be for another 7 days. I don’t give a damn about shipping problems you charged me and I didn’t get it end of story. I will be expecting a refund for the lie told to get the extra shipping charge. A 1 Star rating is too high at this point. Thank you
