Ordered these: Mead Primary Journal, Half Page Ruled, Grades K-2, 100 Sheets, 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" (09535) - 3 Count $33.99 - on Dec 26. Still haven't received them. Got partial shipment of glue that was ordered at the same time. But now I have no way to track these. It keeps saying my package was delivered. Walmart better wake up with this company. Obviously I'm not the only one that is fed up.

A blank thank you card. SCAM! I sure hope Walmart takes this seriously.

This company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from this company. You will be sorry and you will never see your money again. Its true mail fraud and they need to be investigated ASAP.

I ordered dishwashing detergent at a price of about $7.00 for two bottles. After ordering I noticed that they charged me $33.00 for the order. There were no shipping charges, since I had a large order with Walmart. I immediately canceled the order. They sent the product and then refused to deal with refunding me. I called Walmart and they are giving me a refund and are initiating an investigation of this seller who is clearly conducting a fraudulent business. I may throw out the soap as I fear it may even be doctored in some way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UPTOWN DIRECT.

pd 29.99 for an item I should have picked up from Walmart. It would have cost me 10.00. Free shipping wasn't free. 20$. Product was more than ok just the price was way too much. Companies r too money hungry.

Ordered a two pack item only received one of the products, and was sent a sketchy thank you letter from vendor. Called Walmart they gave me the run around and said I need to contact vendor called the vendor no answer emailed the vendor no answer and online it says they are “permanently closed”. I called Walmart again and I told them the vendor never answered and I need a refund immediately and they finally assisted. This was a ridiculous experience and makes me not want to order from Walmart again. DO NOT TRUST ORDERING FROM UPTOWN DIRECT through Walmart’s website. Shame on Walmart for allowing them to be a vendor. Scam scam scam!!!!

I placed an order through Walmart and I received an envelope with a Thank you card from PinkLeaf and not my package. The tracking order says placed in the mailbox, yeah the bleeping empty envelope was placed in the mailbox. My product is too big to be placed in the mailbox. One=hundred percent Fraud! ZERO STARS

Don't buy from this company, it's a shame fro Walmart to sponsor them, you'll get a "thank you card" instead of the product but the money are in their pockets!

never received my product since may and it s now end of October. I have called and emailed numerous times with no resolution or refund. I am so angry. Waste of my money and time. Horrible company.

I got one of these recently. I think they are a small outfit that is saying thanks for paying over the going rate for standard Walmart products. Silly way to do it - caused me no end of concern because the card was printed on the stationary of a third company (neither Uptown-Direct, nor Walmart).

Extreme corruption supported by Walmart from sponsoring these creeps on their site. All you get is a thank you card. No products. Why is this not being handled by legal. Walmart needs to be investigated along with this company!

Like the other comments posted I ordered a product for almost $50 and received a thank you card instead of the product. I won't be ordering from Walmart again since they obviously don't vet their marketplace sellers very well. This same complaint has been going on for months. Lesson learned!

Same here what is going on and what did I buy for this thank you card? clueless because I have purchased many things from Walmart but from this company I don't recognize. I thought I ordered 2 of one thing but only one on order. So what's the deal walmart? Who reads these reviews?

WTF I got envelope with a thank you card

Yikes! Looks like I won't ever receive my package, and won't even get a response from Uptown Direct. Hopefully Walmart is aware of this. Rats!

I received the same as the reviews below. An empty package with a thank you card and from my order history I can’t find anything that has not been delivered! Wal-Mart needs to do better to bet their vendors!

I have notified you through Walmart. I did not receive the Velvetta Cheese you say was delivered 2-22-2021. I got the rest of the order, but not the cheese. I expect a refund as it states you or Walmart charged me )44.19. Ridiculous!!! Contact me at [email protected] it 307-277-0506 !!!!

This company scams people. I ordered 2 pack of vitamins. Over a month later, I received a small First Class envelope with the same tracking number for the order with a small card that said, "thank you". I got an email that my order was delivered. So they ship an envelope with correct tracking number to show delivery but you never get your product. They are permanently closed yet taking orders on Walmart.com, debiting your account with no intention of fulfilling your order. I reported them to Walmart.com

Actually you deserve 1/16 of a star. Ordered products and got a thank you card. A bunch of crap.

I ordered two Crest mouthwashes. I did receive them and two weeks later received a postcard in the mail and the Wal-mart site they had been delivered for a cost of $34.99 when a bottle costs $5.37. This is price gouging and taking advantage of people during a pandemic.

They definitely are a scam they sent me a postcard instead off 45$ worth of pitboss smoking pellets so when the post card got to my house with the same tracking number as my pellets I knew something was Walmart said they would refund my money in four days I guess we will see.

This company is a scam. I paid $160 and only received a post card with a shipping label attached on one side and thank you printed on other side. Called Walmart said money refunded checked credit card and the double dipped instead of refunding. Pure scam according to posts Walmart must be aware this is a scam and they are helping screw customers over.
