If there was a minus star I would choose that one. I ordered something from them. Sent it back and still haven’t received my refund. It’s been 2 months. Walmart need to stop letting g them use their site. They have “tried” contacting them also and no response.

Absolutely wouldn't recomend this crappy place! Order anything from them and you're lucky if you get it, but they'll take your money! Do not order from this place, walmart knows how crappy they are and still uses them! My business will go elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible seller. Bought a chromebook, and NOWHERE in the item description did it say it was refurbished. When the item arrived, there was no product packaging, no manual, the charging cord had someone's handwritten nametag on it, the case was all scratched up as if someone had dropped it several times, someone else's account was still logged in, and the product was EXTREMELY sluggish. I immediately requested a refund and sent it back. It's now been 4 days since they accepted the package (and confirmed via email that they received it and a refund will be issued in 24 - 48 hours), and still no refund.

Out 600.00 dollars never received two laptops I bought and emailed them a lot never heard back. What a waste of time and money close this place down and investigate all the money people messing out on.

I order 2 chrome books for my grandsons for Christmas. I got them in and one was ok but the other was a piece of crap the F key was missing, there was scratches all over the back. It would not power up unless you had it plugged in. The real kicker was the Chrome OS IS MISSING OR DAMAGED. What the F***. If I would have know all this before I ordered I would not have ordered.

I canceled this three days ago through they said they sent you a notice requesting a refund of $334 they said it would be in my account by today NOTHING!!! If I do not get a solution to this by Monday I willl contact my nephew who is a judge and lawyer !!! ! I do not want this

I ordered a Chromebook on Aug. 16th. Was told I would receive no later than Aug. 27th, shipping label was printed on Aug. 17th. The 27th came and went still no updated shipping. I spoke with Walmart.com customer service and they contacted the company for me. I did get a response saying my order would be mailed in 24-48 hours. So I gave them another week to get the item to me. So I am now at 21 days since ordered and still no further. I sent another message to this company and got a response of I’m sorry it hasn’t shipped yet. I ended up buying a different chromebook from my local Walmart and contacted Walmart.com to cancel my order and receive a refund which they did. I understand that shipping gets backed up, but this was ridiculous! Don’t print shipping labels and commit to receive by certain dates and never come through!

They deserve ZERO stars. Ordered a refurbished chromebook July 31, 2020. They created a pre-shipment label, but never shipped laptop. I contacted the seller via Walmart.com and waited 48 hours with no reply. I contacted Walmart.com customer service who also tried to contact this company. 48 more hours later still no reply. It’s August 28, 2020 and Walmart had to personally refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! I wish I would’ve done my research. They seem to be running a scam business.

I ordered a refurbished computer from Walmart. Com. Three weeks passed no word from Unlock Gadget. I contacted Walmart they were very helpful! I sent several e-mails to U.G..their response was my order was DELAYED. They assured me that I would definitely have it by the next week ..lol ... ya ya..sure sure.. lol. I waited like a dummy. At this point I am bugging them daily as well as Walmart..talk about a squeaky wheel!! Sooo I cancelled my order..a refund was promised..WHERE'S my REFUND??????? I got to the point where I told them about all the people I had spoken with about their SCAM COMPANY. Let them know I would be getting them booted. So much power lol!! Walmart refunded me.. woot!!! I kept bugging U.G. about NOT getting a refund lol (even though I got it)..two days later they send a dirty Levenvo.(I had no clue that these things happened with Walmart??? ) This company should be banned period! I had a somewhat happy ending however lol. Moral of this ordeal...Don't mess with an old lady with too much time on her hands during a freaking pandemic!!

This company is completely unprofessional and the service was awful. I placed an order for a laptop and was given a delivery date. When I didnt receive my order I contacted the company and was told it didnt even ship yet. Because I was on a deadline, I cancelled the order and started my refund. I was told my refund would be processed and in my account within 3-5 business days. I never received my refund, but instead, the package I CANCELLED arrived at my door. The laptop looked as though it had been scratched up with sand paper and it didnt even include the power cord. Ive been trying to get in contact again with the seller but my calls and emails have been going unanswered. I am filing a complaint about this seller with Walmart Corporate Office and I highly reccomend that NOONE else orders from this seller again!!!!!

Ordered 2 Chromebooks for my nephews to use for school since Covid has closed them. Was suppose to received them by July 30 and still have not heard anything about them. Was told by Walmart that I cannot get a refund or exchange. I can't even get the order cancelled. Walmart needs to quit using this company and they should own up to the products ordered through their web site.

My grandkids received these for Christmas. How dismayed they were when all 4 were bubble wrapped together and thrown in a box. The charging cords were incorrect and all of them had scratches all over. Thanks alot for ruining their Christmas.

My experience was HORRIBLE I ordered a laptop with windows 10 and received a chrome book. I dislike chrome books because my first experience was the exact same as soon as I entered an email address I was locked out of the chrome book. I tried to work something out like a 50% refund however as soon as I started I entered my email address UNLOCK GADGET wanted the laptop back. As I tried to communicate with the representative he acted if he could not understand English.

I order a efurbished chromebook Iart Feb 2 O ordered it through walmart.co It went the bank Feb 4 I have not hear about the delivery I about to tgurn 69 on Feb 16 I ordered the chrome book for my bnirthday. I do not have anybody it for birthday. I have worst year last year . I Had a stroke and yes I fell on the city bus this year. I purchased a chrome book from Walmart/Unlock Gadget I received it Monday in perfect condition I charged it and then powered it up the power light came on but screen remained blank after trying again and again I decided to call and email Unlock Gadget and of course they didn't response so I called Walmart and requested a refund they emailed me a return tag and I mailed that piece of trash back to them.

I ordered a new Chromebook. They sent me a fake "your item shipped" notice. After I didn't receive it in time for a birthday present (because it hadn't shipped yet), I I told them to cancel and refund my money. I never received a refund because they lied again and they shipped it anyway. It was not even in a box as a new Chromebook, not the same chromebook I ordered, had a huge 3" crack by the keyboard, mouse pad is pushed in, the word "IT" is scratched in the screen, and it is filthy dirty.

Ordered a Chromebook on may 14, 2021. Was suppose to be delivered May 26,2021. Here it is June 4,2021 and I have yet to receive my Chromebook. They even gave a fake USPS tracking number, when I called USPS they informed me they never received the item. Also, the number they give, is fake. No one answers the phone, nor emails.

I ordered a computer form Walmart and apparently it was thru this people... Let me tell you, I never received the product!!! The tracking information was that the shipping label was created and nothing after that... Luckily Walmart was able to refund my money, but I was fortunate enough..... THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered an acer laptop. I received it today. The laptop looked like it was old and dirty and even had a chip missing in the front. It is an Acer C738T-C44Z and not an Acer C738T-C7KD 11.6" Touchscreen Chromebook Intel N3060 4GB 32GB Flash ChromeOS as advertised. I am very disappointed and felt that either mine was switched or they sent someones throw away.

Ordered a dell laptop. What a piece of crap. Don't even think it can be rated as refurbished. Thought battery was dead, Not, It was removed and not replaced. Took a while to get it going. Very slow. Scratches all over face. Appears the drive was wiped clean and then shipped. Wasn't listed as a refurbished. I know its not Walmart's fault but if enough people complain to them, they just might get rid of them.

I had to ask them 3 times for a tracking number and they finally provided one. I was supposed to get a 1TB hard drive and I got 500GB. They will do nothing about it. I ordered a Hp Chromebook from them on Dec 1 was told that it would be delivered on Dec 9 I never received it Walmart contacted them and they said that they would ship it out to me yep they used the fake shipping label as well because fed ex couldn’t even find it in there system these people are scammers I contact them via email and they will tell me the same thing daily that they haven’t gotten around yet to shipping.
