So frustrated that my item was delivered to someone who lives almost two hours away from me. I ordered through Walmart. They offered me a refund. I just want my item. Fed ex said my information was not on the package associated with the tracking number that was provided to me. I'll probably end up getting a refund through Walmart. I'm waiting on an email response now. So ridiculous.

Same happened to me as they shipped my order to another city, but Walmart has a CRT team that handles these issues with Unique Shops.

Wow! I thought I was the only one with a problem with this company. I ordered something from them and it also got delivered to a wrong address in a different city!!! So frustrating never again will I order from them. Ive left emails and have called and no answer. Disappointed at Walmart for associating themselves with them. They see these complaints and don't do anything about it.

YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR ON MY 2 ORDERS! I ordered 2 items of the same thing "Dishwasher Magnet" and both went to other addresses. How does 2 separate orders get screwed up! I have emailed over 5 times with only one response with a refund for the 1st item ordered. However what about the 2nd dishwasher magnet. I never got it . You said it was coming back to the warehouse and you would notify me but I haven't heard a word from you. You purchase items from other companies and sell them but what nut works there that can't put an address label on it correctly?? Most of your negative feedback is due to sending people's items to the WRONG ADDRESS! Pretty sad! You sell on Amazon and Walmart other item from catalogs! I don't think you have a warehouse. Your phone never puts me through to anyone. I think your a one person working out of your house and screw up a lot on your orders! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE YOUR NAME "UNIQUE GIFTS" ON IT. Now on to Walmart to fight for my refund you owe me!

Add on from previous review. Received text From company through Walmart which stated I was given an incorrect transit number and was given what was supposed to be the correct one. When I checked new number there was no activity and it noted a package hasn’t been received for shipping. That’s exactly what was reported by other reviewers. I expect I’ll have to call Walmart Corporate office. They get minus 5 stars.

BEWARE! SCAM! First time I ordered from Walmart marketplace vendor and didn’t investigate before ordering. Never again. Walmart should have removed this company months ago. I had same problem as all others. They give false transit number and you get notice it was delivered to another city. Contacted Walmart and was told to deal with Unique Shop, the vendor. I tried calling but not open weekend. Based on reviews I will Not deal with vendor but with Walmart directly. I want a refund from them since they didn’t take necessary action to remove these scammers from their website. I’ve ordered many times through amazon and eBay and never had a problem.

They will charge your card then send a phony FedEx number and it will say delivered. You will go on a wild goose chase looking for a package that you assume was delivered and stolen! You will look suspiciously at your cat , your fish, the dog, kids, husband, wife, granny, the delivery ghost, and neighbors, you will rant about your stuff being stolen only to find out it was never shipped let alone delivered. What the hell! Then the idiots at unique will avoid you. You will fight like the battle of gettysburg to get a refund and you won't get it. Walmart will give you a coupon to shut you up and allow these con jobs to ripoff new customers. The end. Of course I didn't google this review because I assumed Walmart would never allow this to happen. I was wrong. I was conned. We must get revenge.

These people don’t send the items, they just charge you for the item and shipping and when you call they don’t answer the phone or don’t return your calls . I will make a complain at BBB

Same here. Ordered slippers from Walmart.com. FedEx says they were delivered. Called Walmart and they say they were delivered to another city. They contacted Unique Shop, who sent me an email saying they gave me the wrong tracking number and gave me another through USPS. The package was never sent. I called and emailed Unique Shop and no one responded.

I am so disappointed I did not see this sooner after I was scammed out of my order! Like all the reviews below I too was told my package was delivered to another city in my state! This is a scam and I cannot believe Walmart still uses them! I wish I knew someone at corporate to get them to ditch Unique’s Shop! Poor customer service Walmart! Last time I order from you! Negative 5 stars from me!

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT ME THE PRODUCT I ORDERED! I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO FREEZE MY DEBIT CARD AND ISSUE A NEW CARD TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! where is my garden tool organizer? It was delivered to another city. No response from seller unique or Walmart. Trying to get any answers forget it. Plus they already took the money ..

What kind of scam place is this??? First time I ordered a shelf unit from Collections, Etc. Never came. Excuses upon Excuses. Second time I ordered the same shelf unit through Walmart from Unique's Shop thinking Walmart would be safe. Same bungled transaction. Email said it was delivered to Clio, Michigan. I don't live anywhere near Clio, Michigan. Walmart contacted them and they shot back that the item was shipped and would arrive by FedEx on 3/10 late in the afternoon. Well, its March 11 and there has been no sign of a delivery to my house by FedEx. Am contacting Walmart/Capital One not to pay for this item. Either Collections, Etc. and Unique's Shop are crooks or them are stupid dumb. I'm inclined to think they are BOTH!!!!! Don't do business with either of these companies.....You'll get the runaround, excuses, different tracking numbers or who knows what /!!!!! There is no rating her for crooked companies.

I wished I would have read review before I ordered from this company. They do not answer emails. It said that it was delivered to a city that is 4 hours away. Tracking showed it. My 9 year old has been waiting for the marble track pieces and doesn't understand that it said it was deiivered but it wasn't. I would give them a zero so I gave them 1 star. DON'T BUY from them SCAMMERS. Will be contacting Walmart tomorrow.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record: Received an email that the item was reportedly delivered to me (it was not). The company gave walmart the wrong tracking number for FedEx. Waited for nearly 3 hours yesterday for a call back from walmart customer service, who couldn't do anything without the 3rd party seller. This morning I finally received an email from the seller requesting that I give them up to two days to "investigate" the problem. Really? They need two whole days? I'm never ordering from Walmart.com again. I'll stick to Amazon and trusted small businesses only for all future orders.

I'm left with the belief that Unique's Shop and Collections, Etc. are crooked companies. I ordered an item through Walmart from Unique's Shop which never came but I received an email that said it had been delivered. Checking the tracking feature, I found the item was delivered to some city I've never heard of. Reading the comments about this company, there are dozens of complaints exactly like mine. Walmart needs to stop doing business with these people. Its frustrating and disgusting that I have to go through such gymnastics to find out if I've been charged and/or how to find out what happened to my merchandise. Walmart needs to cut them off.

Purchased an item at walmart.com. Found out they use "unique's shop" as third party delivery service. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN . I LIVE IN SARASOTA.. MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO PORT ST. LUCIE! BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS BOGUS COMPANY.

It would be in the best interest of Walmart and their customers to remove Unique's Shop as a " Marketplace" vendor. There are too many occurrences of orders being shipped to the wrong location, ours went to Weatherford rather than Austin. I first tried to request a "Return or Replace" online but did nor receive a response, then called Walmart Support, but again never received the email response promised. My second call to Walmart Support was successful, after getting past the "offshore" location and speaking to a very helpful person who processed a refund for which I did receive an email confirmation.

I ordered 2 down comforters at 2 different times BOTH orders were delivered to somewhere in California while my shipping address clearly states Tennessee. If you could rate a negative star I would!! Walmart however was extremely helpful but this kind of third party seller makes me want to never use it again and go back to using Amazon.

I am so angry at this company I have spent over 222.91 on 6 items. 4 of the items went to Aiken, SC and 2 went to Hartsville, SC and I live in neither of those places but it has all been paid for by me and can't get any kind of response from them at all. Walmart needs to stop dealing with this company all together. There is no negative stars you don't even deserve 1 star your company is awful and will never order from you again and will post on media about your company
