This company selling items through Walmart is a scam don’t be deceived! Fraud!

I ordered a heated vest for my husband for Christmas when the package came it was 3 rubber ring. When my mom ordered one as well she got a mask. When you try and contact this company it rings music and then disconnects. When you try emailing this company it’s a fake email address. Should have thought something fishy with a company email ending In Hotmail.com. Contacted the company through my order page on Walmart they said they shipping it right out gave me a shipping tracking number that has never even been registered! My advice is if you want the item your ordering then don’t order through here! Zero stars

Less than one star. Totally a scam!! I'm just upset that I can no longer trust to order from Walmart because they allow this to happen to their customers because of their business affiliayions. I hope Walmart discontinues business with them but I can say for sure that I'll never order online from Walmart again.

I don't understand why walmart does business with this bad business supplier

They sell junk. The material is very thin. I bought two knot tops from them both were sewn with raw edges on the pockets and they were unraveling and one shirt had a seam that was not sewn flat it puckered at the shoulder. They wanted to give me a total of $6.00 back. I said no then they said I would have to pay to ship them back. If you do buy from them don't deal with them directly, because they won't help you. After reading a post on this page I went to the Walmart website and clicked on returns. Walmart just sent me back an email they are refunding all of my money and they said I could keep the shirts or dispose of them. ( For reason for return I chose "poor quality")

Just ordered some shoes. Guess I should have read reviews first, my bad. I want the shoes I ordered, correct size, color etc. No need for 3 silicone rings. Were waiting to see UKAP.

I ordered a ring through Walmart. The ring was priced at $258.00 except for the size 6 1/2, it was on sale for $24.49. To good to pass up, right? Well, I received an email my ring has arrived but when I opened the package it was a women's black dress jacket, a very ugly cheap jacket. There was nl information in or on the package so i reached out the walmart. They told me it was through a 3rd party and the sent an email to them to reach out to me about this mix up. I waited 2 weeks and they never reached out to me. When I reached out to Walmart again, they said they would refund me. Since, I have researched this company and was surprised at so many negative reviews and I'm very disappointed at walmart for working with a company as shady as this.

I never recieved my disabled son's school face masks.. I am contacting Walmart and I am going to fight to get them removed from Walmart.com!!!!!

I just ordered a top from them on Sunday. I found this page a little late. I tried to cancel it the same day, they marked it already shipped by Fed-Ex on a Sunday afternoon? I absolutely did not see a supplier name on the website page at Walmart, and only 4 pages of comments,, reviews, most only had 1 or 2 stars without comments.. I can't cancel it, if it's as cruddy as the other reviews here, someone is refunding me almost $20. I'll review 1 star even though I haven't got it yet, I don't expect it too be made any different than the one shown and the 1 star reviews it has. Has anyone tried to file a class action lawsuit against UKAP-TRADING LLC?

Less then 1 star if I could! This company is horrible!!!! Not only did they not have the product they claimed to have in stock and put it on delay, but when they sent it the product, it was the wrong color and 3 sizes bigger than I ordered. I then looked into this company and the phone number listed is not even theirs it is a guy's phone number who has never heard of the company.! DO NOT USE!!!!!!

0 Stars. This company is a scam. I ordered 3 pairs of yoga pants and I received 3 silicone rings from an address in Monroe Township in NJ. I at first did not realise that these rings were supposed to be my yoga pants order from walmart. It wasnt until I received a shipping notice telling me my yoga pants arrived that it clicked, that the RINGS were my "yoga pants". The package had NO company name on the return, only the address it was shipped from. I researched the address the rings came from in NJ and found that the BUILDING IS VACANT AND CURRENTLY UP FOR RENT. So its a total scam address. The good news is that I went online and contacted Walmart and they are reporting it and REFUNDED ME straight away. Please go online to WALMART not UKAP TRADING L.L.C. for a refund. Walmart had excellent customer service and was very quick and helpful sorting this out!

I too was very disappointed and out 100$. Walmart said their return machine was not working. I will do better selling on Facebook. Here I come Target.

Please.....dont entertain them they are scambug! they claimed that they delivered my orders but i havent got them.

Back in May I ordered two head wraps from this company through Walmart. To this day still have not received my order. It keeps saying delayed in NC whenever I track my order. I've emailed several times. They ask for my order number then in return say can you please send your order number again we can't find your order. I've sent it to them along with pictures from my Walmart app showing the order number, what I ordered, the tracking number, along with photo of showing it's delayed in NC.. I stated I've never had so much problems from anyone ordering online. They happily took my money but play dumb whenever you question them about your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Worst experience I've ever had! I wish Walmart would drop them. I order all the time from Walmart and get my orders always! This company is a freaking joke!!

The shirt was an 18/20 XXL NO WAY is it true to size fits like a size small. I contacted them through Walmart and they offered me a $5 refund and I can keep it?? Wth?! Yeah I’m going to keep a shirt I can’t wear while you still pocket my $16.79 .. no I want to mail it back and get a refund. I wish Walmart would drop them.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This is the worst company ever. I usually don't leave reviews but this has been the worse experience I have ever experienced. I ordered a bathing suit in the middle of June and never received it. Stated it was delivered on July 25th while I was out of town, but when I got home the package contained 3 little silicone rings. WHY? I have sent this company plenty of Emails about the product missing and they stated I would get a refund and Im still waiting. Take it from me I will never again order from Walmart unless its coming directly from Walmart. I rate this company a big fat 0

Ordered bathing suit June 28th still haven't recieved it, said it was in route. Suppost to have it july 13th, needed it July 17th , Still don't have it and its July 24 .....Not happy

This company has a D+ BBB rating. Don't order. I ordered 2 coats separate orders. They "shipped" separate but WITH THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER!!. Called Wal-Mart they are honoring the purchase and refunding the money. They operate under several names. When I ordered no reviews showed on the page. Rip off

I don't buy anything from China but this time Walmart fooled me. I ordered knee braces from Walmart. Turns out this is a Chinese company supplier for Walmart. The knee braces? I don't know they are stuck for eternity at ISC Customs JFK for over one month. Stay away from this company and don't trust Walmart for anything.

I don't understand how this company stays in business. I purchased a top thru Wal-Mart online and it was so flimsy and small (ordered XL based on their size chart) and it was like an x small! Plus it looked nothing like the picture. Have tried to return for weeks and countless emails I was a prepaid return label which they refuse to provide. Now they tell me they will credit $5.00 and I can keep the item. Wal-Mart should quit doing business with this scam company. DO NOT buy from them. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a swimsuit from this company. Top and bottom have yet to receive the bottoms. NOW I have a top with no bottoms and the top is wayyyyy to big. Wished I had read the reviews first before wasting money!!!!! NO star rating!!!!!!!!!! OOHHHHHHHHHHH won't let me send without a star!!!!!!!!!

I depend on walmart.com. service has always been convenient and practical. However the company UKAP TRADING L.L.C. is NOT a supplier that Walmart should associate their name with. I'm over 80 years old. I ordered a size L garment and received one that could fit a 6 year old child. THE COMPANY CONTACT OFFERED ME THIS, Hello, Thanks for your message,we are so sorry to hear it. Concerning return the package bake will cost you much time and money, we suggested we could offer a partial refund of 7 USD that you do not need to return the item. what do you think? I ordered a pair of house slippers ten days ago and they still haven't shipped. When I try to cancel the order it keeps saying, " We're having trouble with your request. Please wait a moment and try again."

They want to have me keep an outfit that runs about two sizes too small and refund me $6 of the $27 I paid for it. Won't stay in contact with me about the return. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Walmart needs to drop them!!!

This company sells poor quality product, and has terrible customer service. Also, upon sending their horrible shirt back they did not refund my money… it took several attempts to get a refund, after they said they never received it… THANK GOODNESS I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER. Hi I have ordered shoes threw walmart got balloons instead saying we r shipping your item separately but guess what they will not get awY from this one you met your match here ! Walmart will not be using you they r going to refund my money back and drop this lying scares and probly press charges this is wrong of you how could you do this to people its time for you to pay ! This is a scam and I contacted the FBI. I was sent a fingernail file with the tracking number for what was suppose to be a camping tent.

Obviously I’ve made a huge mistake by ordering through Walmart for this product. Ordered 4 shirts and they look like the could fit a toddler.
