I should have checked the company 1st before placing my order,then again i thought i was ordering from wallMart ,I canceled my order 15 mints after i ordered via email. 2 days later i get an email from them saying :Dear Sam , Dear customer, this is your order: 5302073461363 We got your message. It is our honor that you had ordered an item in our store. Would u mind tell us what is wrong with it in detail? We need your pictures to help us solve the problem better. Do you mind opening the package and taking some pictures in the package? Thanks for your help! And we will solve it for you as soon as possible. Please don’t worry. I ordered a Topcobe portable compact washing machine. What I received was a Zokop which is a smaller and much cheaper machine. I sent an email set up on the Walmart page and was told it would take 48 hours to hear back. After not hearing a word, I contacted Walmart (online) and was told again, that she sent an email and it would take 48 hours to hear back which was Thursday afternoon. It is now Tuesday early evening. She did give me a phone number though THAT DOESN'T WORK". Apparently, they went out of business.

I ordered a guitar for my grandsons birthday and it was sent to Trinity NC. 9/25/2020... I got emails from the company and now they said that it was delivered in Lincolnton NC... on 9/29/2020... I have yet to receive anything.... I want a refund now!!! They seem to jurk people around or say that it could be lost in the mail... this is not a good company to order from... buyers beware.....

I have had the same as other reviews . I ordered a product from Wal-Mart didn't realize it was from this company , my mistake of not looking further into my order. I ordered on August 27 2020 and still no order received to date. I've contacted by e-mail twice and only get back that it's being delivered . well today I check the shipping and it says it was delivered today but again it was sent to Ohio, well I live in Georgia . Now that's a kicker two times sent to Ohio when my order clearly says Georgia wow. I've asked for a refund and I've told this company and Wal-Mart that if I don't get it by next week I'll will take them both to court. Actually no star but had to put it to be able to take review. How redeculious .

Cheap cheap material. Over a month to receive product. Impossible to reach customer service for a return! Shame on them! & Walmart for doing business with them!

I just received my order of Tents for Kids, WQ133PKPC Princess Castle Play House for Girls, Pink Outdoor Indoor Portable Kids Children Play Tent for Boys Child Birthday Gift (Including Led Lights). I ordered this for my 3 year old niece for her birthday! It clearly says Including LED lights. This tent came with NO lights at all. Pretty disappointing!!!

Walmart needs to take this company off their website. We go to walmart.com and end up order from a company that did not ship our orders and no one pick up the phone when we called. Where is my orders????? This is also Malmart's reputation......

They havent responded to multiple inquiries regarding an order placed 3 weeks ago. A week after scheduled delivery and still no response. Walmart needs to block this seller.

Don’t buy anything from them. The product I ordered was nothing like the photos or descriptions. Still trying to return it. Can’t get through on email or phone. Very frustrating. Can I give a 0 star rating?

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Just like everyone else my package says it was delivered yet I never received it ?? I live in Boston and they delivered it to Hadley, Ma which is two hours away and will not pick up the phone. Never ever order from here they suck

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on april 27th my order says delayed I have tried contacting them several times and no response just give me my refund already or get my shoes to me . I will not be ordering anything from this company again horrible customer service now I may have to call walmart and see how far that will get me ......

Ordered a pillow on 11/29. Shipping label printed on 11/30. Here it is 12/16 and have not received product. The product never left the warehouse and this sorry company doesn’t return emails. Never again will I purchase from them. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I wish they had zero star All I can say stay away from this dealer, I order something through a Walmart , I never got my item and when I called the guy was rude and very unprofessional, so I called Walmart and they take care of it and they credited to my account, I don’t think This business is legitimate. Very bad experience
