Do not buy items if they are sold from Ually!! I purchased a bicycle on December 1st through Walmart to have December 22nd for my toddlers birthday with a guaranteed shipping arrival of December 14-18. You would think this would be enough time to get 1 bicycle shipped. They created a shipping label on December 5th. They didn’t ship until December 17 at 11:36 pm. My guaranteed arrival is now December 24th two days after my girls birthday. Now I’m scrambling to find a hard to find item due to their lack of customer service. I tried calling the number Ually provided, but it doesn’t accept incoming calls. Ually, you are worthless!!!!

Horrible sellers, my couch came with just 1 out of 6parts. they didnt give cushions or backrest nor the arm rest, just came with the seater. LOL.
