T&T UP

The service from this company is horrible. Not only have they not refunded my credit card for a product I did not receive they still have not responded to my phone call. I am turning this company over to the BBB and I hope these people{thieves} get what they deserve time in jail.

I placed an order on in late October. On October 31 I received a notice that the package had been delivered. I did not receive it. I waited to Nov. 3 hoping it might show up (mis-delivered, etc.) It didn't so I contacted Walmart Customer Service,and they said I'd hear from T&T UP within 48 hours. I didn't! I recontacted Walmart 2 more times (Nov. 8 and 15)--same message with same result. I contacted Walmart again and chatted with a customer service rep. She was very helpful, but still not results. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dayum this company must suck a$$. Asking anyone one here a question. I was going to order something but it seems like I would have to go to hell and back just to get my money back

This is a rip-off. Triple priced so I figured there was more than the standard quantity of 6. Your description of the product did not include a quantity. This is a shady practice. I can buy 3 of the exact same packs for this price. This company did not contact me when I requested a return. Thankfully, WalMart was able to help me. Buyer beware .

Your company is a scam. I ordered TWO 23301 Cast Iron Burner Replacement for Select Gas Grill Models by Aussie, Bull and Others, By Music City Metals Sold by T&T UP Qty: 2 for $72.38 @ $36.19/ea. I received ONE which was defective. WalMart must stop doing business with you immediately.

I was just issued a refund directly from Walmart for an item T&T shipped to the WRONG address in another STATE. This seems to be an ordinary occurence for them. Avoid this vendor at ALL costs!

I can't believe these people are still cheating Walmart customers. Walmart shouldn't allow this to happen!! Just like most people here they sent my order to 'somewhere' else. And I just saw on Walmart's website they have Disinfecting Wipes with Micro-Scrubbers Clorox, 3 Pack for $104.97. Unbelievable they are out of jail.

I received an email stating my order was received and SHOULD arrive by 7/14/20. Here it is the 18th. This order was placed through Walmart, as this vendor sells through them. Walmart’s page says contact this vendor and this vendor says contact Walmart. I will have Walmart cancel the order and recommend they see NOTHING from this vendor. If the charge shows up on my credit card I’ll have the credit card company charge them back. Close your doors if you can’t handle your business!!

My experience with T&T Up has been exceedingly poor. Shipping times are excessively (unacceptably) long and response times to customer service issues exceeds the "within 24 hours" that Walmart states. In my opinion, Walmart is not "on top of their game" in responding to customer complaints about this firm. Walmart should discontinue sourcing products through this company.

I ordered 38$ worth of Perler Beads and they sent me a small fucking clip. Something you get for 50 cents in a hardware store. This is fucking crazy. I would love to give them ZERO stars. I am not even sure if I will get a replacement or a refund after reading all these.

I guess that I should have read these reviews prior to placing my order. I never received the package despite them stating that I did, and then they place the responsibility on me to attempt and resolve the problem. Of course the message starts with the statement that they will not refund my package. I agree with the rest of the comments "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE".

TERRIBLE! PRICE GOUGING! I thought I was ordering from Walmart, and evidently it was one of your sellers T&T UP!! I ordered Pioneer Album extensions #P-3B package of six, and I was ordering SIX packages!! Other companies charged $1.95 -3.95 a package. I would have ordered from them but they were temporarily out of stock. So I decided to use Wal-Mart, because I thought it was a reputable company & a good price. Well, I only received one (1) package of 6 extensions and was chrged $22.79!!!!! I have never ordered from Wal-Mart and not sure if I ever will. Very Disappointed PS Doen't Wal-Mart check on their sellers? If they don't, they should, if they want to keep it's reputation!!

This company sucks, i ordered , though walmart, and never received my order. They contact me and told me to look around in my bushes for a package. When tried contact them again, they will not answer my emails. Id rate them no stars, but it wont let me

I HAD NO IDEA WALMART WAS GETTING MY ITEM THRU HERE AND I WAS CHARGED TAX AS A COMMONWEALTH AGENCY I AM EXEMPT. I CLICK ON TO CONTACT THEM AND IT SPINS AND GOES BLANK.

I order Table Craft Commercial Ice Pick with Sheath online through Walmart and it was supposed to be delivered. It was delivered today and it was not even the Ice Pick it was a key chain. I am not saying what the price on the ice pick was but the item that they sent to me was not worth the price that I paid. If I order any more from Walmart online and it is supposed to be from T & T UP I will not order it. I will order it from some place else or not order it at all. Wished I would have check the review before I ordered it.
