We ordered a BBQ from this vendor. It looked like it they had shipped it with tracking number and everything only to receive a package saying that the BBQ is backed ordered with no delivery date. We contacted the seller several times to cancel the order which they said they did, but never happened. We finally had to dispute the credit card only to have it reversed. After then spending an hour on the phone with Walmart they told us the package had been delivered. We had to tell/show them it was the letter which was in the package). DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

I ordered a case of pens, I got email of order shipped, it came in a big box with 1 pen in it. How hilarious!!!! I contacted Walmart .com they said they would contact vendor still haven’t heard back. This started the first week in August. My opinion Walmart needs to own up since my order was through Walmart.

Avoid this vendor. It seems I've lucked out. Yesterday I got the BS email from "Lisa Robbins". Total spam. Today, surprise, I got a Paypal refund from Walmart. No explanation. Item is now shown on the website at 2/3 the former price but "out of stock". Whatever. Going elsewhere. "I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. I have more calls into the carrier this morning they said they would update us ASAP. I am working on the tracking number information with our carrier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible experience. I truly believe their email responses are truly auto generated, as I have been getting the same canned responses over the past month. DO NOT USE TPM through Walmart. Ordered a case of 1,200 Dixie paper plates for $14.95. Received 1 package of 100 plates. Weekly emails promising resolution and refund received, but zero actual steps have been taken to resolve this issue. Finally having to request refund through Walmart, returning my 1 package of 100 plates to the local store today. Unacceptable in this day and age, appears to me, and in my own personal opinion, to be a sham offshore outfit. No one can be this bad at handling on line orders. As a previous poster here said, "Shame on you Walmart". They should be banned from what is otherwise a pleasant experience on Walmart's web site. Shame on me for not paying attention to not getting directly from Walmart.

This company sent me a note saying my item has not been shipped inappropriately USPS tracking envelope. So I would think they shipped my order. I requested a refund through email & haven't got any response. This company is fraudulent company!

Same! The envelope of a “will send when in stock - please don’t leave a bad review” but they purposefully sent a package so it can be marked as delivered when it is not. They don’t respond and obviously I’m not receiving the product. It was months of trying to believe they would do what they were paid for. The product I could’ve ordered elsewhere - instead I had to deal with the hassle of this thief who doesn’t deliver the items delivered.

How is this vendor still allowed on Walmart's marketplace? Walmart should vet their vendors to prevent scams like this. My experience is the same as the others here with the canned email responses. This will be the last time I will be purchasing online in Walmart! Same thing happened to me, I purchased a power supply for my computer and to my surprise I only received a small envelope saying its back ordered but WTF! If they dont have the item then just let it stay as pending in Walmart not sending note to your customers using the same tracking number just to make it appear the item was delivered then charging their credit cards! What a perfect modus for a scam! I don’t believe in Walmart anymore yes prices are cheap but its a gamble to transact with them coz you’ll never know if you will receive what you purchased.

These guys are dirty scammers. The item I ordered was a 60lbs subwoofer and was sent a cheap 6lbs amplifier. I contacted them and they lied and told me it was a subwoofer on the way . I’ll be getting to the bottom of this

Definitely a scam. Due to ongoing shortages in my region, I had no choice but to order$120 worth of toilet paper from Walmart.com. I had the exact same experience with this seller as the other reviewers here. Same bubble wrap envelope and same run-around. I contacted Walmart and told them I was getting a bad vibe from this seller. The customer service person treated me like I was wrong for being concerned and told me to work it out with the seller. For nearly a month, TPM has been stringing me along. I have been emailing the seller who repeatedly sends me the same or similar responses to make it seem as though they are taking care of the problem. Example as follows: "I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. I have submitted a refund request for your order. The refund is submitted as a return request through Walmart. Normally takes 5 to 7 days to get back to your card. If you do not have it back to your card within this time email me and I can push it through from my side. I will do everything I can for you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I am Hoping for positive feed back from you, as I try to do my job to the best of my abilities, and take care of you our customer. Beware, this seller is an outright scammer. I ordered 5 computers and received two empty padded envelopes in the mail. I immediately called Walmart customer service and they promptly refunded me. Do not trust this 3rd party seller!

I ordered an expensive MSI computer. It took 6 days for them to even print a shipping label, then another 4 for it to be dropped at the UPS store they use for their scam. Then it took another week to arrive... and it was a small, empty, bubble mailer... How do they have good reviews on Walmart? The Walmart sales rep is in on the scam. Only explanation. I can get the refund easily through walmart, but I would really like the physical address for this seller.

I made an order for for a computer. All I got in the mail was an empty envelope with nothing in it. Called American Express (God Bless them) and they refunded my money back within 48 hours. This company is a scam and should be in business. I have also opened up an investigation with the California Bureau of Investigation where the seller is located. They will soon be in jail!

These people are despicable and Walmart should dump them immediately -this was a scam from start to finish. They did not ship the product I ordered. Instead, they shipped a small, empty envelope that had a tracking number, so I fully expected that my product was on its way. Oh, and they of course charged my card the day they created the label for the empty envelope. Thank goodness Walmart immediately processed a full refund. Wish I could leave a ZERO for the company.

I made an order for Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series 15.6 Inch Laptop , I was looking to buy two but it was saying that this one was the last. Later on , I check to see if I can find another one and I find the same Laptop with different price. All I got in the mail was an empty envelope with nothing in it. Walmart must replace all the orders that people have made, because people have trusted Walmart platform. I think that it is Walmart's responsibility to check its vendors, also Walmart must check their rating as they do not look good.

I ordered a computer memory card from Walmart.com. These clowns "filled" the order. When I received the envelope, it was EMPTY. I tried to get them to send what I ordered but after three weeks asked for a refund. It's now been Five weeks and I have received neither. Ridiculously bad customer service. BTW, I ordered the same part from Amazon.com on a Friday evening and received it that Sunday. Less than two days. Sorry Walmart. I tried.

I ordered a BeFree Sound BFS-450 5.1 Channel Surround Sound Bluetooth Speaker System in Black in August of 2020. Ordered a tv from Walmart.com and this scam company "fulfilled" the order. The shipment arrived in less then a week, which was fantastic. The problem is, instead of a nice new tv I instead received an empty envelope. Looking at the rest of the reviews stating similar experiences, I'm appalled that Walmart continues to use this scam artist.

I ordered this printer the 1st week of March - today is 3/22/2021 - I received an empty envelope with a USPS First Class label ---- ??? NO PRINTER - I get an email saying that my printer has been delivered! Where? In an empty envelope? I had to call 3x before Walmart was willing to give me a 20% discount on my next purchase - but I have to call in and reference a ref# in order to get my 20% discount - really? I am mad - I've never had this problem before and I buy all the time from Walmart and I buy groceries all the time through pickup and delivery - Customer service manager told me to order the same product because it's sold by Walmart ??? Hello All - Now that I found this review site - I would like to address the following about this company and Walmart: 1. I called 3x - I got Walmart to refund me on the 1st call - However, I was still mad because I had no product and was counting on it. I waited a long time to receive an empty envelope. 2. The 2nd time I called I called to state that this is bs - this seller should not be allowed to sell - No additional offerings from Walmarrt 3. The 3rd time I called I asked for a manager - He was going to give a $25 promo but then changed it to 20% off my order if I order the same printer right now from Walmart and now Walmart is selling it, not a 3rd party seller????? really? How odd - I told the manager, I can't order the same printer until the money is back in my account, and 2nd, why would I want to be pressured to buy the same thing again and hope for better from Walmart? Why didn't Walmart sell this to begin with instead of this 3rd party scammer? 4. I tried to leave a crappy feedback for this seller on Walmart - the website rejected every edited version of my feedback - hmmmmmmm why is that? I left their complete address and email info in the review - BECAUSE IT BELONGS THERE!!! I took a picture of the scam label on my empty envelope BECAUSE IT BELONGS ON THE REVIEW - Everyone needs to see that this company is FRAUDULENT - I received an unprofessionally written email from someone claiming they gave me a refund when I know full well WALMART REFUNDED me, not TPM - hello? It would appear that I am not alone in being scammed by TPM! I ordered a gaming PC from walmart.com (not realizing it was a marketplace reseller). I received an empty envelope! Before I connected the dots that the empty envelope was from TPM, I contacted them and received the same, broken English, canned response as everyone else: " I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. I am also working with the warehouse for assistance. I have called the carrier 2 times so far and I have more calls into the carrier this morning they said they would update us ASAP. So I contacted my post office and they sent me a scan of the package with the tracking number. That's when I remembered receiving an empty envelope in the mail a couple of days prior. Sure enough: it was from TPM! I called Walmart proper and they said that there had been no refund requests (of course), but that they would refund it immediately. I would suggest to everyone on here to contact the US postal inspector's office. Those guys have some teeth. Since TPM is using the US mail to defraud people, this should count as mail fraud. If they get enough complaints, maybe they will do something about these crooks.

Just got scammed by these scumbags, they scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. I am livid. I ordered something on Walmart and didn't know it was a third party seller. " I waited over the weekend and noticed they printed a shipping label after telling me they refunded it. I sent them a scathing email and was told "sorry for the inconvenience" Then 4 days later they shipped out an empty box via First-Class Mail which has a 13 oz weight limit!!! A 13 oz box for a 32 lb printer??? I called Walmart and was told they can't refund me until I return the item. I flipped out on the rep and ask to speak with his supervisor. I told him how the hell am I supposed to ship back something that was never shipped? It wasn't until I showed him the "refund emails" and the 13oz weight limit the seller used to "ship" a 32lb printer that they said they would refund me first then dispute with the seller later. While I was on the phone with Walmart, they sent me the same dumb email talking about "sorry for the inconvenience and please allow 5-7 day for a refund" Judging from the broken English, this is obviously an overseas scam. Now I have to wait even longer for a Walmart refund. Walmart needs a rating system for there 3rd party sellers, act like the juggernaut they are and refund these scams right away. After seeing 160 reviews about this seller scamming, shame on Walmart for allowing these scammers to rip off it's customers.

I received an empty envelope with their information on the address label the same day that Walmart showed an item delivered. I too was given the empty small envelope after purchasing a shovel. The sellers name shows up as Faucets Complete. I called 1-800-925-6278 and spoke to a Walmart rep that said they are aware of multiple complaints and issued me a refund. Got the refund alert on my phone before we hung up the call. Hopefully they will be removed from Walmart's website as a seller soon.

Do not purchase from this vendor. As with all other complaints all I received was an empty envelope from this vendor. Walmart needs to take this vendor off their site. Walmart was nice enough to give a refund, but I have never had this problem with Amazon purchases.

I ordered something from this seller. It took a week to ship and I received an empty envelope, like many others. The housemate that received the empty and unsealed envelope contacted them via the email address on the shipping label. After a week, I sent an email to the same address and got the EXACT SAME RESPONSE WORD FOR WORD. This raised a red flag to me and I requested a refund. I waited 10 days and I contacted them again and the bot told me they will contact the accounting department and my refund will be issued within the day. So I contacted Walmart and they issued a refund. I received it in about 3 days. I sent an email back to this company and told them they were a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. They never replied back.

They also "sell" products they do not have. They make a rapid first reply, then delay a week and send a "tracking number" . They print these out ahead of time and hold them. Apply the tracking number to an empty padded envelope a week later and submit them to their carrier. Once you get the "tracking number" delivered you complain and they, at least this time, issue a refund after I spent an afternoon on the phone with walmart.com customer care. In case you do not already know walmart.com customer care - does not care. They will email their sellers but will do nothing to help you get your merchandise or a refund. All that is on the seller and this one is less than honest. They now have all of your personal and credit card information. I wish I could give negative stars. Please count my 1 star as no positive response at all.

I received an empty envelope from the address mentioned in a previous email. Of course I ordered C02 Cartridges. I'm so sick of hearing folks say," it's a secured site", which does mean anything. It's like , how does Walmart not catch on? Obviously, there's NO Q&A program, or follow ups with their vendors . I appreciate everyone else's messages on here.

Yep blank envelope here instead of $1400 laptop. Here's the chat with Walmart Agent said Upon checking here, your package was delivered yesterday as per track. I’m afraid to tell that your package seems like was lost after delivery because you haven’t received it. Since the item came from TPM, you don’t have to worry and I will be the one to coordinate with our vendor to request either a replacement or refund. Please allow me a few moments to escalate this issue directly to them. You should receive a response via email or phone call within 48 hours. Agent said If in case you won’t receive a response within 48 hours, please contact us back so that we could take further action. You said The package delivered yesterday was an empty emvelope. It was not lost. It is fraud Agent said I understand and I’ll take note of that but first please give me a chance to reach out to them. If you won’t receive an updae within 48 hours, we’ll take full responsibity of this item. You said Just so we're clear. A company on your website defrauded me of over $1400. I want nothing to do with walmart at this point Agent said Actually, you placed this order as Guest so we’re not able to close the account as this can only be used once. This is not the way we would like you to experience from our service. I will have this corrected and sorted out for this not to happen again. You said yes I know but I created an account today. I want that one deleted You said I'll do it myself if you can provide a link. Agent said Oh, I understand. Let me close it for you. You said thank you. email address is [email protected] Agent said I already closed the account. Please know that you won’t be able to login or place new orders. You said Perfect. Thank you. I hope to have the fraud issue resolved in 48 hours Agent said You’re very much welcome. Don’t worry, we’ll take care everything in our end for you to get your money back. I wish I could give TPM no stars. To start, I didn’t realize I purchased a television via a marketplace seller on Walmart.com Saturday my tv was due to arrive and like the rest of you I received a small manilla envelope with a shipping label on it-envelope was empty. I immediately contacted Walmart.com, they referred me to TPM where over the past three days Lisa Robbins has given me the run around about getting in contact with the carriers is difficult due to Covid and they’re over stretched, etc. So I requested a refund. She said to give her time. So I requested a refund via PayPal. I provided all my information to them and Walmart.com and was issued my refund in under 45 minutes. Now, because I’m the kind of person who does these things-I checked on the shipping information and discovered TPM’s physics address shows as a UPS store in California. Ergo, I doubt they hav an actual physical location for their ‘business’ and it’s likely they’re just scamming people via Walmart.com, and I’ve requested Walmart remove them as a seller. We’ll see if they do.

Well what can I say. I order an item that was "sold and shipped by wallmart" only to find out i would be part of this scam. Even after I cancelled my order and money was refunded.. this company still recharged my CC. 2 weeks later Make sure you change your CC so it wont happen to you... TRASH of a company

Ordered a TP-Link Powerline Adapter and received an empty 8x5 envelope. This is definitely a scammer and Walmart does not help by making it seem like you are buying from them and not a third-party vendor.

Negative stars. Ordered a Vizio TV and received a 4x6 empty envelope. Same bizarre email reply to my inquiry, and same unhelpful Walmart.com chat experience. DONE with Walmart.com -- it's criminal that they will keep this company as a seller in their Marketplace.

How.....could Lisa.....betray me? No, but in all seriousness, it's a scam. Like many others, I got sent an empty envelope instead of my item. Let this a PSA to ALWAYS research companies you are buying from, although I understand why everyone got scammed here because you would think Walmart of all companies would team up with trustworthy people.

I ordered a Magna boat pedistal through Walmart via this TPM seller. They charged Paypal immediately and shipped me an empty envelope two weeks later. I have notified TPM via email 4 times in 5 weeks and have only received automated emails back with no info on my order. Contacted Walmart two weeks ago and they were no help either.

My order was not complete. I ordered 8 items and they only sent 2. I have talked with Walmart, but they have not been able to fix it so far. TPM would not respond to my request for help.

like everyone else, I ordered from them and had to get a refund because Item was not delivered on the day it was supposed to. contacted TPM via walmart and they told me the same thing. we contacted the carrier and will have an answer for you ASAP.

DO NOT buy from this company. Wal-Mart should remove them from from their sellers list. I placed an order with them 2/24/21. I never received the items. Order still shows its out for delivery. They cancelled the order 3/24/21. They charged my credit card $476.54 and as of todays date 4/14/21 I have not received a refund. Horrible customer service.
