I purchased beach shorts from Dong hong at Walmart twice and never received them. I dont understand how Walmart allows this seller to sell on site! Disgusting! I have pics of need be!

Ordered a 3 XL warmup suit, and it was so small that it would barely fit a child. Walmart quality control does not exist, they will order from anybody, all they care about is how cheaply they can get an item and make $$$$$s on it, screw the customer. A one star because they don't have a 0 star.

FALSE DESCRIPTIONS. BAD BUSINESS. 3XL ADULT CLOTHING WOULD NOT FIT A CHILD. I RETURNED ITEM. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MONEY. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. WALMART NEEDS TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Total SCAM! I placed my order and they immediately "printed a label" and instead of giving it to USPS they gave it to "DING HONG"... whoever that is. They likely don't exist. Anyway, ten days later and USPS still hadn't even received it... Multiple emails and the same blanket, poorly worded excuses. They were telling me to wait but luckily WalMart agreed to refund me. Here is the link with tracking number showing USPS never received it, still to this day. They never shipped it... likely never even had it. I'm having the same 'delayed' issue, tho not for elastic. When I checked for my order the other day, I did see on some page, a red block indicating that 'P.O.'s were closed due to the fires between CA/OR to keep everyone safe'...so, tho my birthday gift item that was to be here by 9/03 and given 9/04, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt that it MAY be waiting for USPS to pick up. The world is in disarray now, so I'm cool as long as it DOES show up. I was told (Topkaran) I'd get a refund-which I'll accept. However, it's a mess out west-so I can be reasonable. God Bless and stay virus free all!!

I ordered the Christmas wreath and the wreath was delivered to the wrong person. The address was correct but when the shipping label was created they put to WRONG city so, the wreath went to someone else. I called Walmart and received a refund but now the item is no longer available. The reviews from this company is very poor so I don't understand why Walmart continues to sell this products when they must know of the problems their customers are receiving. SHAME SHAME!!!

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE COMPANIES. I ORDERED AN ITEM ON APRIL 5TH. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, NOR DO I GET A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY AFTER SENDING THEM AT LEAST 5 INQUIRIES ON WHERE IS MY ORDER. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE IN SHIPMENT. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRES OR REFUND. $27 MIGHT N OT BE A LOT OF MONEY TO THEM, BUT IT IS TO ME ESPECIALLY NOW.

Ordered 125 yards elastic April 7, my account charged April 8 with delivery by April 16. USPS tracking number as of today, May 5 still indicates it was never shipped. Every time I tried calling Topkaran, the voice mailbox was full. No surprise. On April 23, I contacted Walmart to cancel my order and an email with a return label was sent to me stating that I would receive a refund once I returned the item to Topkaran. I can't return something I never received! I contacted my bank thru which I have my credit card and they will dispute the charge. Walmart needs to drop this company from its Marketplace Merchants! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I REPEAT, A FRAUD!!! Not just a horrible company to work with, but an actual fraud. They took my money for an order I placed on the 7th. Everything was taken from my account and everything and we were told that we would receive it by the 17th at the latest. I got a notification that the order was "delayed," only right before we were scheduled to receive it. THEN, I got information CLAIMING that they shipped it on the 20th and giving me a FAKE tracking number. We went to the USPS after waiting over a week and a half. We have countless healthcare, frontline workers, and vulnerable people depending on us and waiting for the life-saving equipment me and my mom decided to serve our community with a service project to make masks. We have our names, reputation, our word, and other peoples health, safety and lives depending on us. It's one thing to be honest about a delay or backorder but I have been given false and fraudulent information from day one. Apparently I am not the only one with this complaint. They do not answer there phones, and the company is so backed up with other fraudulent complaints right now that you can not even get through to leave a voicemail. I am going to have to go through my bank and report them for fraud to get my money back. I hope the bank has other tools and methods they can utilize to have this company reported to the proper authorities. I am trying to find out more about them now so I can file reports with the BBB and the proper US authorites, since they claim to be "made in the US," company but don't feel like they need to abide by the laws. Do not give them your money or trust or believe a single thing they say or advertise.

I am like a lot of other people. I ordered elastic on April 7 and was told it would be here on the 16. I never heard anything from them. When I checked the tracking I saw that is was delayed. It finally shipped on the 20th from Orlando. I could have driven to Orlando and picked it up by now. I ordered some elastic from another place and it came in a week. I have already used it up and really need this shipment. I cannot even give them 1 star. I will never use this company again. If they could not supply the elastic they should have said so up front.
