Wasted my time with a fake product they didn’t have. Waited 10 days for it only to have them cancel the order. Don’t waste your time with this unreliable seller.

Seems to be there pattern held my money for 4 days cleared payment then gave fake shipping info then contacted me to cancel because it wasn't in stock ordered gazebo for wedding in two weeks. I'm suing there lying asses

this company states u can return this item becore 90 days', well its only been one month & they told me some bs about my to.e has expired. ive been emailing them & they dont respond. when they finally do they let me know I will be able to return but pay a restocking fee I said fine. well the next step was to take it to walmart since there the only ones that can return it & when I email they back with some questions they prosceed to ignore me once again. & then tell me I cant return it after someone had already told me i could & they would take care of it. the product is wayyy to small. its really only useful for a toddler till about 4 yrs old. the metal at the top of the frame bends inward when we had 2 kids on it. its NOT sturdy at all. & i wanted to get a bigger size & more durable but there making it IMPOSSIBLE !!! they do not care about there customers & there products SUCK!!

This company is trash! they want you to buy their product but never shipped it and when ask for a refund I have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Thank- God Walmart refunded me my money. Walmart really need to drop this company- stop selling their trash.

Wasted my time waiting for the trellises they were not even shipped. Now, this product is 50% more expensive in all other places and out of stock in Home Depot where it was for the same price but with longer wait time. Be aware of this seller!
