TOP Dream Furniture LLC

This is a tricky one to review. I don't know if they are working or not. I purchased these to deal with a mice problem. The problem MIGHT have improved, but I have put down other mouse deterrents as well. I do still sometimes hear a mouse or two scratching around. The problem is there is no way to tell if the devices are doing anything or not. They are ultrasonic. How does one test to see if they are actually producing a sound or not? There is a blue light that is supposed to signify that the device is working, but is it??? It might just be a box with a blue light that does nothing! Also, and the fact they are working or not working might be my own installation problem. The instructions say that the devices need to be positioned 80-120 cm away from the ground. How far is that in inches? 31 1/2 - 47 inches off the ground! I don't know about anyone else, but all of my electrical sockets are positioned about 10 inches off the ground! Do these repellants NOT work if plugged into a normal socket?? If so, why would someone manufacture a product that will not work in the vast, vast majority of homes?? So, they might be working - or not. But I do still have mice problems. One star.

Never got my stuff and the phone number dont work and it been 1week and 5days took my money and gave me nothing

I ordered a three tier shoe rack from a company who works with Top Dream Furniture,, LLC. Top Dream shipped the item to some obscure address in Buchannan, TN. I contacted the Post Office there and the carried verified he delivered the package, but it was days later and they couldnt do anything about the item. I checked the Web site where I bought and the item had more than doubled in price from the same thing I purchased a week earlier. I've contacted the seller today, but doubt I'll hear back. I really want them to ship me the same shoe rack, or one better. The address I used on my order was correct.
