Do not order from this vendor. I ordered the tires in early September and they were delivered quickly. The car was totaled the next week before the tires could be installed. I requested a return well within the return window and paid to have tires shipped back. The costumer service rep sent mailing labels that were incorrect. New labels had to be created which took only a few hours. I shipped the tires back and according to tracking information they were received October 8th. I was told I would receive a refund in 2-4 business days. I have reached out twice, Oct 21st and Nov 4th, with no response and no refund.

Ordered Rims for Nissan Altima 2008. Shipped fast but did not fit. This company sending wrong orders seems to be consistent with other reviews. I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Can not even return on line. Will have to go to a Walmart store for in-person return. Will not order from this company again.

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I bought 4 tires from them and one of them is bad. I called it in and was told to call manufacturer. Called manufacturer and they told be tires nation should warranty the tire. Spent a lot of time going back and forth with them and now they say it’s out of warranty and won’t replace the tire. Crazy as I called it in well before the warranty expired. Now I am stuck with an unsafe brand new tire. Stay away from this company as they showed the true colors to me. There are too many other real tire sellers online that run a real business so there is no reason to deal with this dishonest company. Read the other reviews and see how terribly their service is! Dishonest is the norm here. Also stay away from their various eBay stores such as megaautoparts. These crooks have created another company name to make up for the other bad reviews. New company is 4wheel Custom. Stay away from any tire shipped from their lair in walnut California.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! I ordered 4 tires in pairs of 2 and 2. They scammed me and sent only 2 tires but they used 2 tracking numbers and only delivered 2 tires instead of 2 pairs. WHAT SCAMMERS!

8-3-2020 Never buy from this seller- they shipped Used tires claiming they were new! Side walls had worn spots like they hit the curb and all the little black hairs that are on all new tires were worn off. ( There are little rubber hairs that you see on every new tire. Order tires online for delivery. Tires were delivered and was refused fue to the fact that they were NOT what was ordered. Wrong brand, wrong size, better yet 2 tires were 17" and the other were 18". I clearly ordered 265,50R20 Toyo High Country ATII and this is not what was received. Now trying to get the order corrected is near impossible as no phine number is available, only contact is via email... Which when a response was received, I was critized for refusing delivery of the shipment. Again.. The tires that were shipped were clearly a racing tire.. Different sizes, and most certainly were not going to fit on my Jeep! Now trying to get a corrected shipment or refund continues to be a challenge. Highly recommend you order elsewhere.. Its worth it to spend the extra money because this company is a scam!

Ordered Ultra Rims for Toyota (6 Lugs) and was sent the 5 Lug version - wrong item sent. No phone number means extra hassle and wait time to figure out a resolution to this problem. Giving them 2 stars because the product is good and it shipped/delivered earlier than expected.

Worse customer service ever! Basically ordered tires I never received I have been charged and refunded twice and now charged a third time because they show delivered. I said ok when they arrive how do I return them no response!!! Horrible

Terrible customer service experience. FYI THEY FEEL THE NEED TO HARRASS YOU VIA EMAIL ABOUT YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEW. I bought tires from Walmart and 1 out the the 4 failed. Walmart agreed it is a defective tire and said they would have a new one sent out. Tires Nation is fighting it saying it is a road hazard issue and not their problem. I contacted the manufacturer and they also agree it is a defective tire and they thankfully replaced it. Email communication was terrible one word answers from tires nation, extremely rude tone and completely blowing it off. When I informed them I would be contacting Walmart and the manufacturer about the negative experience they just said "ok" as if they don't care. I contacted Walmart about my experience with the company and contacted the tire manufacturer as well to open a formal complaint/dispute with them about their distributor. It is also important to note that THEY WILL EMAIL YOU TO HARRASS YOU ABOUT YOUR REVIEW. BUYER BEWARE. 0 stars would not recommend.
