You guys do not stand by your products. I wish Walmart would stop selling your nonsense

Tinsda Inc. sold me a defective Web Cam costing $49.99 through Walmart Online. Please avoid buying this product from Walmart or any other supplier.

I will never order from this scamming company again. I got an email that said my order arrived but I never got it. Why Walmart does Business with this company is beyond me.

SCAM - created a ship label on 8/07, billed me on 8/13 NEVER SHIPPED THE PRODUCT. Walmart does not take responsibility for this seller. Seller will not respond.

Scammer. Buyer beware. I ordered a daybed from this seller via Walmart.com. Delivery today was a package of 5 cheap face masks. Tracking number on this package matched tracking number on daybed shipment. FRAUD! I am. Senior citizen and can’t afford to be scammed like this. Walmart is going to refund my purchase. Do not buy from this vendor.

Never order from this vendor. Placed order in Jul 22, was told order would be delivered Aug 7, tracking says it has been in Chicago since Aug 10 (I’m in New Jersey). It is now August 17. Walmart can’t even find a record of the order although all emails originated from them

My order came arrived super late and on top of that there was a piece missing from the item. Never order from Tinsda Inc. never.

I took a screenshot of what I ordered and then after I received it (way past the delivery date) it wasn’t at all what I ordered! Never will I order from this company again! After seeing the reviews (that I should’ve looked at prior) I can see why I got the crap I did instead of the actual picture of what I ordered. Note: they changed the picture on Walmart website AFTER (I’m sure they knew they didn’t send what they had pictured) Shady company that I’m going to make sure as many people know about as possible! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THIS CRAP COMPANY!

I ordered hair clippers form them and not only did it come 2 1/2 weeks late, the item was damaged and didn't come with all of the attachments. I've emailed them numerous times, with no response. TERRIBLE customer service!! Will never order from them again.

Ordered a webcam on March 27 and it was delivered on April 21. I was happy to get it but was very disappointed when it didn't work properly after waiting 25 days for delivery. Took the item to Walmart but they refused to handle the return and referred me to Tinsdal Inc. After looking at the above reviews It doesn't look like I will get any attention. Believe me, this is the last time I will do business with Walmart... they are Amazon wantabes .

On May 19, 2020, I purchased a "1080P Web Cam HD Camera Webcam" from Tinsda Inc. using the Walmart Marketplace. The webcam is advertised as 1080P and HD; however, this webcam is neither. I have been trying to make it work for me and have tried every thing I could think of but the picture is always very blurry and, as a result, I cannot use it. By the time I gave up trying to make it work, the Walmart return window had expired. I am greatly disappointed in this product. I have since purchased a Logitech C615 Webcam and it provides excellent picture quality for about the same price as the Tinsda product. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this webcam from Tinsda!

This is a HORRIBLE company. They did not ship my item. . .. I emailed them and called them 20 times. . . NO RESPONSE!!! DO NOT purchase anything from these creeps!!! This is another garbage Chinese company that scams 99% of the people who buy something. They will provide a bogus invalid tracking number and then nothing happens. They need to be kicked out of the United States. Probably a good thing they never shipped the item. . it probably would have been covered in covid 19 virus!!!! The U.S. needs to stop doing business with China and deport all of these con artists!!!!

I received ONE boxing mit today that I ordered from Walmart.com from this maker and I was never told that the other mit was going to be delivered 10 days later. Very upset because it’s like getting a left shoe but not the right!!! How funny does that sound?

Ordered a pool, they sent a tracking number. Product said delivered but it went to a Napa auto parts and was not the pool. I think they literally stole the tracking number. Scam!!!

Worst seller. Deserves less than one star. Doesn't reply to messages on the Walmart site. Good luck cancelling anything! I sent back an item during the refund period..they signed for it and never refunded the money. Finally after no response to my emails I eascalated to Walmart customer service and received a manual refund from walmart. Beware of Shady vendors like this one.

Ordered an item, they were quick to create a shipping label. But nothing happen after that. Contacted them a couple of times with no response. Google their store name, found this review page. Looks like everybody has a similar experience. Walmart should drop them as a seller. But they just change their name and start back up and continue to be crappy.

Item took forever to just get to usps... Ordered the 3rd for I to be delivered BY the 19th... Still hasn't arrived!

They sent me a wrong item and ignored my e-mail requests for replacement. Total SCAM! I wish I could give them zero stars

I ordered all of my Christmas online through Walmart and out of everything that I ordered I have received it all but the 1 thing my granddaughter wanted for Christmas from your company the email said I would receive it between December 15th - 21st and now the said the 24th - 31st!! I ordered this a whole month before Christmas I hope and pray it comes before and I hope it is correct cause if not I will be turning you into better business bureau!!

Do not trust this co. they take your order then 2 wks later indicate their out of stock. I went to their website and it states there are 7 left. Then they don't refund your payment for 7-10 working days.

Ordered on December 9,it is now January 7 and still not here..will never order from y’all again..status on package is December 22it is in Illinois..no update or anything..apparently it is stuck in Illinois

I ordered a wreath weeks ago. Yesterday I received an email that my order had been delivered. NO WREATH, instead a cheap FACEMASK. And tracking number on package was the same as tracking number sent to me for my wreath order. Who is this company? Why are they allowed to be sellers on Walmart.com? And I have been charged for this purchase. I contacted customer service through Walmart.com and they said they would send a replacement wreath, but as in other reviews I just read, this wreath is now listed as unavailable on Walmart website. Will never buy an item from Wal-Mart without reading all reviews. I thought I could trust Walmart. One star rating only because I couln't post zero star rating. I do not have money to waste. This company needs to be investigated.

Zero stars- I didn't realize that I wasn't ordering directly from Walmart until I needed to make the return. Sent the item back to Tinsda and have never received the refund. When I contact the company, they don't understand what I am talking about, and Walmart won't help with this because it was ordered through Marketplace. SCAM- do not order with them. Horrible, Horrible experience.

Tinsda or whatever they call themselves is a fake business website, they are scammers don’t do business with them and I don’t know why Walmart will allowed such criminal to scam people using their (Walmart) platform. I ordered the Acme vendome ll tv console sku#91313 for the amount of $2,290 the so-called order was shipped with tracking number and this is a product that weighs over 250 pounds but what caught my attention was the fact that they shipped with USPS knowing very well that usps doesn’t ship order of such weight and something told me to call Walmart and cancel the order which I did. After few days the so-called order came and guess what a disc cleanser that’s what they shipped something that value less than $1 . Don’t do business with these guys they’re criminals but luckily for me Walmart refunded my money within less than 24hrs.
