I have been trying to cancel and I can not. I only orderd the book 5 min. ago and now there is no way to cancel!!!! I am so upset with this company.

Unfortunately there is not option for zero stars. I did not realize I was not ordering from Walmart. Received the wrong book set (not even remotely what I ordered) and have had 11 emails with Walmart and The Book Pros so far with no resolution.

I'm so sorry if you bought it from this re-seller and did not get it. I had no idea it was being offered for sale by them. Shame on anyone who offers a service and does not fulfill an order placed in good faith! Walmart, please do not allow sellers on your site who are not up to your standards! :(

NO STARS IF I COULD JUST LEAVE IT BLANK. I've Have STILL TO THIS DATE SEPT 26TH HAVE NOT RECEIVED 2 DIFFERENT ORDERS FROM JULY AND APRIL. ONE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED-NOPE NOT EVEN CLOSE. THE OTHER THINGS IVE BOUGHT DONT EVEN SHOW UP IN MY ORDER HISTORY. I NEVER GOT MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING. SCREW THIS!! I PAID QUITE A BIT OF MONEY ON THOSE ORDERS. I ordered a book on the 2nd of August and I still have not received it. They said that it would on the 11th. Then Walmart backordered it a day before it arrived. That was the 10th of August I have waited for about 2 weeks, and I still have not received it. This is honestly a disgustingly terrible company, and I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. But even though I didn’t read the reviews they should at least deliver it less than 2 weeks after the delivery date.

Recently purchased Ghost in the Shell Deluxe Complete Box Set and was super excited for it. It was delivered today and came in a thin packaging with no real protection which resulted in a crack in one of the top seams of the slipcase. Will be returning it to my Walmart store tomorrow and have already reordered it from Walmart themselves. Please consider better packaging in the future.

I dont have a review to leave just yet but I am definately worried because I too ordered without reading the reviews first. What does that say about Walmart if they continue to fix this company's screw ups over and over again. I mean really. Are they alright with someone they have under their "reputation " scamming and screwing people over? I would sincerely like to think they have a little more integrity than that.

I ordered a calendar for my son and had it shipped to him. Instead of a calendar he received a book. I realize mistakes can be made, but it was a real headache to return and get reimbursed for something I did not order. I had to repackage the book, figure out where to send it, and mail it back at my own expense. I did get reimbursed for the book/calendar after several emails, but not for postage. After contacting Walmart, Walmart gave me a credit for postage. Thank you Walmart. As for thebookpros, I will not be ordering anything else that would go through that company.

Great with half of my order...arrived in a few days. HORRIBLE ON THE SECOND PART, which they claimed they shipped to me twice! Almost a month later and neither one has been received. Customer Service wasn't on the ball, as they kept asking me questions that I had already answered in the email thread!

This company IS HORRIBLE. They did not have my book in stock but almost a month later won't refund my money. They keep your money and send nothing! They are impossible to work with also. DO NOT USE THEM> Walmart should not use them. They are a scam.

Ordered Kent State: Four dead in Ohio on Dec 1. ETA delivery 12/21/20 (not delivered) 12/23/20 -- Delayed. Check back later. No email update for status from thebookpros or walmart. Unable to cancel order on walmart.com, only return with reason. Should have an option to cancel when a simple book is not delivered within 20 days.

I purchased a "book" for my grand daughter for her new Guinea pig for $9.58 plus tax, paperback, I received in mail a pamphlet with information on it with a cover with a picture of a guinea pig on it, Are you kidding me!!!!! I read through "so called book" and it was basic with general information, SHAME ON YOU, I will not purchase from this company and will let EVERYONE I know about this company

I recently order 2 adult coloring books from you/wAlmart.. I have never felt so cheated, scaammed......these "Voliring bookss" look like someone sketched real quick n ran off copies which by the way are very POOR QUALITY, its terrible how u FOOL, CHEAT PEOPLE THAT ARE ON FIXED INCOME...IT WAS A SPKURGEEE FOR ME.. Ordered a calendar Dec 12th. Shipped on Dec 15th. It was received January 11th. I am sure some of the delay was due to COVID. Packages should be sent USPS from the beginning not a third party delivery company. I don’t believe I will order in the future.

I ordered an adult coloring book and half of the pages of this poorly put together piece of **** were either blurry or non-existent. This is the worst product I have ever bought in my entire life! ...I wish I could give negative stars!! Such garbage!!!

These are the worst sellers ever. Do not buy from them! They cancelled the order that I had and raised the price to sell to others. Even after claiming they had none in stock they continue to sell on the website. Walmart said they did not have time to update the stock amount to zero but they had time to increase the price.

I am totally upset with this company!!!! I ordered "My First I Can Learn Greek Book of Coloring For Kids : 3 5 years preschool words coloring collection for children (Paperback)" and received The Florentine Codex.... How are these two books even similar... I have a. package confirmation that I got the book I ordered from Walmart but it wasn't the book I ordered. This is absurd. I have had to jump through hoops for over a month with no resolution!

Ordered 2 children traveling books. It was supposed to take longer than 2 weeks to arrive. Such a misrepresentation of delivery time, since I bought it through Walmart, and Walmart delivers everything in 2 days. Dear Walmart, please don't ruin your reputation by representing this unprofessional company. How can anything travel 2 weeks in the US?? Disappointed with Walmart! Zero starts from me!!!

I ordered a book through Walmart and Book Pros was the third party vendor. I found the book somewhere else for $10 less so I sent Book Pros an email to cancel the order. They acknowledged the email but then shipped the item anyway. To add insult to injury they then shipped me the wrong book. They did not respond to numerous emails requested a return shipping label, a refund and cancellation of the original order. I contacted Walmart to see what I should do and Walmart immediately issued a return mail label and refunded my money. I also filed a complaint with Walmart regarding this company. Walmart's customer is great. I am sorry I can't say the same about Book Pros. Stay away from this company unless you want a lot of frustration.

TERRIBLE seller- bought a book on Walmart from The Book Pros. The book never showed up. I called to follow up and they said the book is out of stock. They cancel the order and immediately raised the price with item back in stock. WTF??????? So just purchased it from Amazon.

I bought two grammar books from Amazon. Due to severe shipping delays, I canceled my order and ordered them from Wal-Mart instead. At the time I didn't realize my Wal-Mart order was outsourced to a third party. My two grammar books were shipped fairly fast separately, and both were placed in a very thin, plastic, non-padded bag. The correct books arrived. The covers on both books are badly dinged up though. I don't know how much better they would have faired through Amazon. For they have bubble padded shipping now and have stopped using boxes, from what their packaging advertises. To me, printed books deserve better treatment. It's wrong for a company to assume how a customer values the product they purchased. Not everyone is careless and creases the book spines, creases pages, and throws out the book after they are done with it. Some people value their books, and the books still look brand new, after many years of use.
