Didn't receive my order. Delivery confirmation received had wrong address (300 miles away). Tracking # was not for my order. FedEx could not help me and Penguin LLC did not have a live customer service rep., at the 800 #, nor at their direct #. Very disappointed.

Got confirmation emails through Walmart that item shipped, then delivered. No package though. Steer clear of Penquin LLC.

Got an email that the item was shipped and delivered to a city 30 minutes away from me. Called fedex they told me the tracking number is for a different person at a different address. I am highly upset

Claimed delivery confirmation a full week earlier than original due date. No shipping / tracking information emailed until 3 days after the "claimed" delivery date. They get a star for refunding purchase amount.
