i ordered a equinox 600 metal detector and never received it their response was we sent it and somebody signed for it i asked who signed for it they said bb wtf is bb ... maybe mail person put bb and left it on porch or kept it or it got stolen or never sent either way their customer service is past horrible... their attitude is f&ck you pay me glad i ordered through walmart who customer service is perfect to me or i wouldve been out of 700......

I ordered a bottle of acid to check gold. Which was never delivered to me. Even though the website said it had been delivered!! I called left a message with no return call!! I also left them a message through website with a reply saying that my item was delivered!! I never received Item from them!!! Horrible customer service!!!
