They charged me $39.99 to ship something fast. I got it late. Looks like they sent it regular USP and keep the premium money. Product was a watch.

I just spent 309 dollars on a ps4 bundle.. open it up and the games smashed.. this is rediculous. I'm quite upset I got shipped a damaged product it best be replaced. I shouldn't have to pay 40 bucks to protect my items from shipping. I know damn well I'm not gonna break it. It should have made it to my steps in one piece. N this is a christmas gift , I really hate to hook it all up to my tv and pray to god this ps4 works. This is rediculous.

Tech zone is not professional by all means! I emailed them twice the day I placed an order to cancel it and emailed them three times the very next day to cancel the same order! In stead they shipped the order and will not contact me! Leaves me out $300. I will not recommend or use tech zone! They don’t even deserve one star!
