Leaving a one star is high. This company is a joke. Advertised a full nintendo switch online and sent me the lite version. Complepletly wrong product. sent several emails explaining the situation and I'm getting nothing but a run around. charged me full price for a system that I didn't get. I got an email back saying based on there records they sent me the correct item and thank for my business with no solution to my problem. Called several times with no answer or option for vm. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Looked at other reviews and im not the first person to have this happen to.

SCAM...paid nearly double MSRP and item showed up missing everything but the console, even had the wrong paperwork in box.

I bought a Nintendo switch with accessories and it didn't come with all the accessories. When I contacted them all I got was it should have been in the second package thanks for your business. What a bunch of crap walmart should stop selling their products.

You are selling Xbox series x consoles for 1300$ on Walmart.com.. that’s insane people are trying to buy them for their kids for Christmas and no one can find them anywhere.. and you are price gouging at Christmas time.. I have two boys at home that both want one.. what a shame.

I bought 2 Nintendo switch lite animal crossing bundle I received the console but no game I have been emailing them to send me a code they sent me TWO ALREADY USED CODES. Then I received one that worked only for one of my consoles I’ve been waiting for the other one to be sent and have received nothing by far the worst company to buy anything from

Unbelievable rip off. i ordered a new console from an entirely different seller - ushop mall (their bad rating didnt show up until i received the product. and guess what. it was shipped by Tech Max. So here's another scam they are pulling. Wasting myn time and effort to return this thing to Wal Mart. Oh, i didnt get a packing receipt with it either.

I’m getting the run around from them. I called Walmart customer support and they told me it’s within my return time frame to contact them. They tell me it’s not within my time frame and it’s past it. And to call Walmart. And it’s back and forth and no refund for a damaged computer. I’m going to report them further.

IM SCARED BECAUSE I ORDERED A 2019 NINTENDO SWITCH FROM THEM WHY DOES WALMRT ALLOW SCAMMERS ON THEIR APP

I purchased an oculus quest, realized it was over priced and returned it. Upon receiving my item they claimed i sent “the wrong one” saying the serial numbers did not match. I only bought one!!! I physically couldn’t have returned any headset other than the one i had!! Scammers trying to steal people’s money!

Price gouging scam artists. Walmart should be ashamed allowing them to be a reseller on Walmart.com. I thought the Walmart of 2020 has higher standards and stronger ethics.

Emailed the company about my bundle missing the game and never recieved a reply.

Ok so by viewing all the other reviews I could tell that this seller has a bad habit of not sending the complete orders. I bought a Nintendo switch bundle and only got the switch without the Mario Kart Deluxe 8 and believe me its frustrating specially when it’s paid for. None of the numbers get picked up and when you leave a message they don’t call back. It’s unfair how you could scam people that are trying to give there kids something to do in this difficult situation. Unacceptable

I received the wrong nintendo switch console . I payed $549.00 for the Nintendo Switch 28 game bundle with neon blue and red Joy con. I received a Nintendo switch with neon blue and red Joy con. The system did not have enough memory to load one game. I immediately had to purchase an MicroSD card, 2 days later the red joy con stopped working despite being charged. I reached out to walmart who sent Tech max an email. I recieved no help or response. I called the phone number. No answer or business voice message on the other end. Very poor customer service

Ordered a nintendo switch bundle for 604.00. They lost my first shipment then took over 2 weeks to come. I didnt get the bundle all they sent was the switch. So we call walmart and tech max and havent heard anything. They stole 300.00 from us and are not gonna give a refund or send the rest of my product. Horrible i will jot order from there again

Need a Nintendo Switch for my sons 9th birthday. 299.00 is retail price. Would I pay a slightly higher than resale price? Sure. But $250 is price gouging and not ethical. Shame on them.

I’ve been terribly scammed, no package has been delivered, someone else has signed my package and has been “delivered” but to the WRONG ADDRESS, this is a scam. I want my refund immediately, or else I will call my lawyer to make a lawsuit. Give me my refund or I’ll see you at court. Contact me now.
