I placed the order on 1/24/21 with an ETA of 2/16/21. I contacted the seller on 2/24/21 when I didn't receive the item. They responded by saying they checked with the assigned carrier and they deemed that the package was lost in transit. They refunded my payment that day (30 days since the order was placed). I asked for the tracking information to ensure the package was actually sent. They provided an incorrect tracking number that showed the item shipped out the day before I placed the order (impossible). When I insisted they provide the actual tracking information that they said showed the item was lost in transit, to prove they actually shipped the item, they would not provide it. When I asked if I could reorder the item at the original price, they would not honor it and said the price increase was in effect, and I would have to purchase at the higher price. I would never do business with this vendor again. They could not provide the actual tracking information to prove the item was actually shipped. They held my money for 30 days (interest free on their side) before refunding me. They would not honor the original price if I reordered, and would make me pay the higher price.
