Do not purchase anything from this company. Even though they sell items through Walmart, they do not allow returns. I bought a iphone 12 phone case from them and it did not fit so I tried to return it, they would not take it back. I will never buy from them again.

The WORST! Bought 2 lifetime iPhone chargers 1 lasted 2 weeks before going to a very slow charge. The second stopped working period! TiaMountain will not contact me. The email doesn’t work like their chargers. I have filed a complaint with Walmart. This is a shoddy company. I wish I could give you 0 stars

Ordered the iPhone mti certified chargers I’ve only had them 2 months before they quit on me they have no damage to it I want a new pair or a refund

I ordered a product from them through Groupon & it’s terrible. Would not recommend them.

have tried to return an item asking for return information and they have emailed me 3 different times asking what the problem is, or suggesting I order the right product for a discount. I took item to Walmart, they will not accept the return because its a 3rd party seller. This company will not give refund or return information for unopened item. I contacted WalMart, they are suppose to be sending a refund and still have not in 3 weeks. I will not purchase from WalMart website unless it is something I can return to store from now on. Should have no stars!

Ordered a phone case and put the second screw in and the hard clear plastic front shattered. 5 minuets after I received it in the mail,Not happy.

Will never buy a thing from them again. Ordered two portable iwatch chargers. They cancelled one and claim they sent one. Look at tracking never made it to the post office. They don’t even deserve a star.
