Wish I had done my homework. The review on this seller are terrible. I've been waiting for my order for weeks. It shows delivered to a P.O Box some where in Livingston. opposed to my home address. I am going to be forced to buy something else as my event is this weekend.

I ordered a L t-shirt from Wal-Mart . The shirt came from SySea you sent a XL. I informed Wal-Mart that was not what I ordered and it is too big. Wal-Mart informed me they contacted the company and they would get in touch with me. It's been 3 weeks no L shirt and no credit. Someone better be taking care of this immediately. Not a happy customer. I give you a 0 for terrible. I have to check 1 star or it won't let you submit but it is really a 0

The sweater I ordered was nothing like what was shown in the pic. I should of read reviews before ordering. I will not order anything else from this site.

I wish I had found this before I ordered a cape that somehow got sent to a totally different address, that I don't know and somebody picked up my package in person at tacoma post office which is not where it was supposed to be sent! Beyond furious...

I made an order for notebook and they said is been delivered and I never receive it and when I contact them they didn’t do anything

I placed a order in April for 2 shirt never received my order. Never got a call now asking for a refund.

Terrible! I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my order to be sent to usps. Supposedly in NY since June 30. COME ON!

I never received my dress. The tracking stated it arrived but it had not. I get many, many packages delivered and none of them have ever gone missing. I've attempted to contract this company 4 times but they've continued to ignore me.

Terrible product. Not even close to what it looked like. Walmart should not allow them to sell products. No refund given me. No return instructions. I purchased 1 dress ,I was sent 2, billed for 2 . Both the wrong size. I have attempted several times to make on contact with this seller . I still haven't received a response. Their return policy is 30 days, I have tried to contact them since March when I made my purchase . I don't recommend to purchase this seller . Terrible low quality material,wrong quanity, wrong sizes and I can return them.

First of all in a scale of 1 to 10 this company is a minus 100. The beginning of May I ordered 3 shirts that totaled around $80. I would track the order and it would keep saying it was delayed. Then it finally said they were delivered. I got one package and it was a pair of maternity shorts. I have never received my shirts. Contacted Wal Mart and was told that the company would call me within one business day, that was 3 days ago. So very upset.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I ordered a shirt on May 2nd. The item was immediately delayed. No activity since May 2nd. I've attempted to contact the seller, I have been ignored. If you actually want your merchandise to show up, don't order from this company. Absolutely abismal customer service.

Ordered 2 shirts may 24, now June 2 this company paid in full I still have no shirts. No response from Walmart. Steal, lie about shipping to get paid, the sizes are supposed to be USA as shown by chart better not be China. Apparently this is a China owned company hiding behind a dozen names i.e. most Chinese company use dozens of different names, close one to hide from not sending items, people buy not knowing all the same. Got an email saying I received my order but have not!

i thought i was ordering from Walmart who I have ordered from for years, lesson learned. My shirt delivered to a different address. after reading these reviews I know I can not expect a response or a refund. When the Pandemic is over, I will take my receipt and BS emails to the service counter for my refund. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pair of shorts on 4-19. I was charged and never received them. I have been asking for a refund for over a week and haven't received one response back as of yet! NEVER USE THEM!!!! !

Well order has not come yet says delayed??? Also last order of masks were sent to a wrong address.....Not happy with this service

Do not buy from seller!! I Red flag it this week.. which means give to Walmart consumers. I hope they take it off there website. Refund or just dispute it, this is false advertising seller. Do Not contact seller!

This company should be brought up on criminal charges. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. The old bait and switch scam. They advertise a beautiful garment, but what you get is absolute crap. They have no shame or integrity. They willingly and continuously take advantage of trusting consumers. As American consumers we have the power to stop this outrageous business practice. STOP buying from this company and its affiliates. We work hard for our money and want what we pay for. There's too much going on today to be wasting valuable time fighting with a dishonest company. Walmart your disclaimer does not absolve you of a moral responsibility to your loyal customers. We want more than our money back. We want to trust you.

Very disappointed in return policy. Was not given any return policy information. I ordered through Walmart.com and should have been able to return to my local story. If not I should have been told up front how to return to 3rd party. Sandy Ginter

Never received my product, customer service is a joke. This is a Chinese company scamming Americans. Shame on Walmart!

Immediately cancelled, the product is pending (getting order ready). Walmart should be held accountable It's their responsibility to screen their suppliers. Would they allow this with Food.

Do not order from this company , I ordered a swimsuit got low grade garbage about 4 sizes too small. talked to Walmart to return and they contacted the company this was right around july 4th 2021 , it is now 9/17/2021. I was emailed an address to return the product to, cost me $6 shipping to mail back. Well Im now out the cost of the bathing suit and the shipping to return. Have not heard from sysea and although Walmart tried to fix the issue they got no where. I now refuse to order anything that doesnt come directly from Walmart.com and most certainly will never order anything from SySea again. They are scamming and taking peoples money and taking back products and not returning the money as well. Shame on them and honestly shame on WalMart for continuing to allow them to do this!!!!
