I'm being extremely generous with this one star rating... I ordered a RC tank off Walmart.com for my son's Christmas gift. Four times now, they created the label and it never left Brooklyn. Last order was made on 1/4 with an ETA of 1/12. When it didn't arrive, I contacted Walmart.com for guidance. All they could do is issue a refund each time or reach out to the seller. The apparently singular customer support rep refuses answers calls or emails from either Walmart.com reps or I, and when she DOES pick up the phone, the CSR answers with an annoyed "Yeah, what?" No company name, does not offer her name, nothing that indicates you called a business and not some punk teenager's phone. I recieved an email this morning with the subject line "Please contact the customer - Damaged/Missing Parts/Not Received," but the email itself says "Hello, Your item is on its way. Thank you" and the FedEx tracking they gave me shows my item still sitting in Brooklyn as it has been since 9:45 am on Jan 5th. This company is disgraceful and not one I will do business with in the future. I pray that this business is marked for the scam that it is and that the reprecussions are swift, painful, and long standing!

Ordered via Walmart market place. order date: 11/27/20. Original ship date estimate was 17 December. Contacted on 22 December to report no shipping data. No estimated delivery date. I got no response. This will be reported as a scam to Walmart. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP-OFF.

We ordered a car for Christmas on November 11 . We never received the car and we have tried to contact this seller with zero response . Don’t recommend . Awful customer service

I will this company for SCAM. I place an order on Nov 30/2020 they created a ticket but never shipped the item with FedEx.

We ordered on Sept. 14, and still have not received our order or any communication regarding our order after multiple attempts to communicate with them. Do NOT purchase anything associated with this company. They are fraudulent at best!

Horrible company. Said my item had shipped. Only ever created a label. Never shipped item. Never responded to me even after Walmart reached out to them. Walmart needs to cut ties with this company! Not even a one star company ..lwould give zero of possible.

Said I would get by Friday and has never showed it has even shipped by vendor or that fed ex has even received it. Total scam and you should just keep your money. This company needs to be shut down for scamming customers. Get a refund. Can’t believe Walmart would go through a company like this after so many refunds and poor reviews.

This company is absolute bullshit. All they do is purchase a tracking sticker so your card is charged. I just had to request a refund from Walmart and filed a formal, escalated complaint to have this company taken off of their website.

Do not order from this company!!! My boyfriend bought the Nintendo switch from Walmart through this vendor 2 weeks ago. A day after he bought it, it was ‘shipped’, in reality they just bought a sticker so they would be able to get your money since they don’t take it out until it is shipped. It was supposed to be here a week after that email saying it was shipped and it wasn’t. We then saw all the reviews that are on here and realized it was a big scam. He contacted Walmart and they thankfully gave him a refund without an issue but please don’t buy anything from this company! Always double check what and where you’re purchasing from, even when it’s through a huge chain like Walmart. They get to keep your money and they leave it to your bank or Walmart to deal with. Don’t buy and spread the word!!

I ordered a Nintendo Switch on Walmart.com (in America) and received an Australian Nintendo Switch; totally unusable and not what I ordered. Zero stars.

Nintendo Switch was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Item hasn't even shipped yet. Cannot contact seller via WalMart website due to an "error." This is a bad company.

Same as many above. Ordered nintendo switch. They Immediately printed a shipping label, which then charged my card as the site terms says once the item is shipped is when you are charged. Contacted FedEx, nothing was shipped, they only purchased a sticker. That was over a week ago. I am now working on a charge back with my credit card company.

Orders a Nintendo switch in august and it never arrived. Seller made shipping label and marked her as shipped but shipping stayed in delayed for weeks. Had to get a refund from Walmart. Stay away from this seller they clearly are scammers!

Nintendo Switch never showed up, shows as “delayed” with FedEX with zero updates, no ability to contact seller directly so I can’t return or cancel. Am initiating chargeback on credit card, contacting my state’s BBB and FTC. I advise all of you to do the same. Good luck!

No delivery! They say it's shipped and take your money, but shipment never moves and your delivery is always delayed, basically until Wal-Mart gives you a refund. Seller sounds like they are scamming you!

SCAM!!! This company does not fulfill orders. They wait 24-48 hours after you order and then create a Fed Ex label so that they can charge your credit card. They cannot be reached, and Fed Ex never receives anything from them. I had to work with Walmart to be reimbursed for the Nintendo Switch that we didn't get. Very disappointing that Walmart has not removed them from their marketplace platform, as this appears to be a common issue for people. I would have left zero starts if I could!

Total scam. These people are a complete fraud. Never buy anything from them. I’m the same as everyone else. Ordered two ps5’s for my kids for Christmas and received two slips of paper in envelopes. Walmart needs to disassociate with them.

Ordered a PS5 Nov12 received a fedex enveloped today with a piece of paper. Seems to be the trend. The shipper’s name was John Smith wow if this doesn’t scream scam. I am disappointed to see complaints going back so long ago and seeing Walmart still doing business with these People.

Literally paid $1,080.00 total for a ps5. Didn’t even mail it till the date it was supposed to be delivered & only received an envelope with a piece of paper. The most worthless company I’ve ever come to know.

OMG!!! The same thing just happened to me today! I ordered on the Walmart site and I guess they were the seller. On the phone with Walmart right now. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves to even allow this company to do this to its customers!

They literally just tried to rob me of $999 for a PlayStation 5 that they did not send me they sent me an envelope from FedEx. I'm working with Walmart right now I pray I can get a refund I am literally just sick to my stomach over this I didn't realize this could ever even happen. Wish I'd seen this sooner! I'll know better from now on. I'm another WalMart customer who trusted that the Marketplace would use reliable, trustworthy vendors. Not so! Ordered a PS5, was told it shipped, got tracking, the whole nine yards. When it "arrived" today -- just a FedEx envelope with a piece of paper inside. On chat with WalMart now for my refund. These people are scammers! I'll do my due diligence from now on.

I ordered a PlayStation 5 for over $1,000 for my son’s Xmas present. Here’s what they sent me via Fed Ex: a packing slip. No game, no nothing. You cannot reach them by phone or email, and Walmart is useless. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES.

This is not a review all the consumers here are right Supply Experts Wholesale inc are a scam they are using FedEx to commit fraud on Walmart Market place they give Walmart a tracking number that Walmart uses to tell consumers where product is but what they do is take a ground FedEx envelope and put a single piece of paper that looks like a packaging list that shows product. So the tracking number Walmart thinks is tellingthe consumer where there package is it is actually just an envelope and not the product. Then they tried to give me a second tracking number. Walmart had know idea about second tracking number when I called customer service. Walmart’s customer service was called many times but they were more concerned what getting me off the phone bye saying they will refund my money. I am not taking refund until Walmart removes this Vender comment fraud and mail fraud I told Walmart all of this repeatedly but still waiting for them to call me back. Every day Supply experts wholesale inc are not removed Walmart should be accountable for doing nothing and letting this company use Walmart’s name and FedEx systems to defraud consumers it is unbelievable that nobody in that organization would listen to me not stopping until they are removed.
