DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM 'SUPERIOR HOME'. My purchase arrived damaged, I sent it back and once Superior Home had the product back, they stopped communicating with me -- but still owed me either a product or a refund. They seem like one of those scam vendors. Be aware and don't buy things off Walmart.com from SUPERIOR HOME. There is not an option to rate them zero stars but they deserve zero!

I bought a google nest through this company for a son-in-law for Christmas. It was delivered on Nov. 18. When my son-in-law went to install it on Christmas Day it was discovered that this product had been used before and was defective and inoperable. A copper wire was left in one of the "tabs" and the tab was depressed. When I complained to Superior Home they told me the 1 month return window had expired and refused to refund my money or exchange for a new nest. I feel like they passed this product on knowing it was possibly a Christmas gift so they could get rid of a defective product and still make a profit for their business. DO NOT buy anything from them because they cannot be trusted. If buying off walmart.com stay away from this scam business. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating!!!

I ordered a Fitbit Versa from Walmart.com but it was defective. Would never charge or turn on. I could never get a hold of Superior Home. The number says it’s out of order. I thought that I had ordered it through Walmart. You would think Walmart would have to refund my money but they won’t either! What a scam!! I’m out $157.00 and it was my daughter’s Christmas present. She was very disappointed!

I ordered a KitchenAid from this company through Walmart. They said it would be delivered a month from when I ordered it and on the delivery date they said it was lost in the mail. I asked for it to be resent. They were supposed to call and never did. They emailed and asked if I wanted it shipped to the same address, but never resent it or responded to my email. The phone number for the company does not work. I am working on getting a full refund from Walmart currently. A complete SCAM. I would give 0 stars if I could and have lost trust in Walmart as a company as well for working with them.

I placed an order for a Dyson vacuum cleaner and right when it was to be shipped they canceled it because they said they could not ship it to my address which is not true I have gotten many packages from Walmart and my address is correct. I have tried to contact them and Walmart has tried to contact them they have not replied and it's been several days

Bought a Nest E Thermostat, was told it was going to arrive in 3 weeks. It arrived in 1-2 weeks, in a non padded bag, opened and not even the right model. Will be going to Walmart directly to complain. Horrible company, especially based on confirming reviews above.

Steve Supe was great communicating about a Goodman furnace we ordered online through Walmart. It was delivered early and we were notified of tracking along the way.
